This is my first time ordering from Brazil Carnival Shop but definitely not my last! From the moment of ordering through to arrival, the customer service was brilliant and efficient. The shoes themselves are beautifully made, nicely presented, and fit like a glove. Thank you so much!

This is my first time ordering from Brazil Carnival Shop but definitely not my last! From the moment of ordering through to arrival, the customer service was brilliant and efficient. The shoes themselves are beautifully made, nicely presented, and fit like a glove. Thank you so much!
Ordered this outfit for FantasyFest in Key West Florida without realizing that there wasn't a timeline for delivery. But management messaged me and said they wouks get it done. They did and it came out fantastic! We were a hit!
Brazil Carnival Shop is great to deal with, trustworthy and professional. So far I have ordered a pair of Passista shoes, trikini costume and wing frame to the UK, the entire process was smooth and I was kept updated at every stage, Thank you Maria!
I had been in search for the most stunning, comfortable perfect fit heels. And that is exactly what I received. I will definitely purchase again.
I ordered shoes, costumes and feathers several times. Very good quality.
Maria was fantastic in working with me to find the right shoes. And the shoes themselves are excellent quality and super comfortable, even though they are really high! I'm already looking forward to buying my next pair! 💕🌟
Maria was so helpful in getting my headpiece made so quickly. She sourced a designer who could do a wonderful job and I'm so pleased with the results. Can't wait to wear my red headpiece for samba.
Maria is a doll, very helpful and hands on. Shoes came in timely manner and fit perfectly!
The shoes are great, with high heels, but comfortable. The shop sent pictures and a film with instructions how to measure a foot in a proper way. The service is excellent, Maria is a very nice and helpful person. If my "samba carrier" devellops I'd definitelly shop there again. Strongly recommend the site!
Maria has been an incredible person, I've purchased more than three times from her business for my samba costumes and shoes and she always goes out of her way to help you and make sure you are happy with your products. If something doesn't fit you she will have you return it and will get you what you need ASAP. My gladiator shoes did not fit me at first so she had me return them in two days and she fixed them for me and now they fit perfectly. Very pleased with her service.
This has been my best experience ordering Brazilian products. I never had such fast and responsive service. Brazil Carnival Shop treats us well, and aims to make sure we are in love with their amazing dancewear for the dance lover in you!
Can not recommend the Brazil Carnival shop enough! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff!
The costume was delivered on time, well made and was beyond my expectations for a reasonable price.
Definitely will be back if I need to.
Bom Dia! I am a professional Samba dancer based out of Los Angeles, CA and Brazil Carnival Shop was recommended to me by the owner of my dance company! I've ordered several times and every time my experience has been great! They are quick to respond and communicate without any hiccups! And I contact them through Instagram where they constantly post pics, videos, sales, and customers wearing their items! I will continue to shop with them as they are my one stop shop for anything Samba! Thank you so much for always being there for my Samba needs! Besos!
Very satisfied with my purchase of sandals! Maria made it very clear to me through email correspondence what size I would need, the manufacturing time and shipping information. Arrived safely to my home in Australia and will order from them again!
Maria was very good to deal with, she answered so many questions and provided enough details to help me make a decision. Her responses were very prompt which made the whole process of buying something very easy and stress free.
Above all the customer service has been beyond exceptional, I have not yet received my product as it is a special order... but I will shop again. Maria contacted me several times to make sure that the size was correct, and to see if I needed anything else added etc. I am very pleased with the service and looking so so forward to seeing my shoes! Thank you so very much!
Maria was exceptional in answering all my questions and expediting my order on short notice. Customer service like this is rare these days and I am very impressed. Also, communication was excellent. Thank you!
Aerial Angels Australia have had the pleasure dealing with Maria and team on a large production of carnival feathers.
The product, management and can do attitude' was outstanding.
We highly recommend this wonderful team!
The services is excellent, very helpful. The shoes are light and good for samba (have only used them a limited time though). However, there are minor details which show a rather hasty finishing. The skin was scratched at several places, the glue is visible here and there and there is one nail that is sticking up. Overall, ok shoes but for the money I would want to see a bit more.
I've been using this store for years for little projects. Staff (Maria) is friendly and courteous. If you're outside of Brazil, try to give yourself lots of time for shipping of you want to receive your product on time.
Very much satisfied with Maria Christina that helped me a lot. I'm not so satisfied with the quality off the product. Does not match the prise. The hole purchase took 6 months! Even the second boots were with wrong done brazilian flag :(
We completely agree with Meglena. The shoemaker did not designed the Brazil flag as per original design. We had it redone and still not the same. Plus shipping back and forth and re doing it in an Olympic month where there were overwhelming orders and more than 10 holidays was not good for us. 95% of our shoes takes 20-30 days to be made. Unfortunately these boots now, we had to change the description on our website about the flag. I am sure we will advise customers now on the flag issue.
I purchased a pair of samba shoes from Brasil Carnival Shop and they are so lovely! The people I talked with were so helpful, and the quality of the shoes Is perfect! I admire how the shop collaborate a with shoemakers from Brasil and this way people world Wide can get authentic samba items Will definitely purchase again!
Very good customer service. I was always answered my requests on time and Maria was very patient and helpful. I got my shoes on time and they are very comfortable and strong. The only minus is that the color is already peeling off in the heal after the first time I worn them.
Hi Carmen, yes, we just got the email yesterday about the peeling of the paint. This is quite unusual and it will happen when shoes are stored for a long time, which could have been the case when we ordered from the cobbler. We will gladly exchange the shoes if you send it back for us, however the new shoes will come directly from Rio as in California we are sold out of that style. Please contact us again if you wish to do so. Best Regards, BrazilCarnivalShop Team
I needed tall gladiators for Rio Carnaval and Brazil Carnival shop was able to get them too me immediately before I left to Brazil. I paid a hefty price of around $250 when you can get from Brazil for just $50-$100 and that's where this company also gets their shoes. But I had no choice and I really appreciated them helping me to get them in time for my trip. I had planned to use them as back up shoes and luckily I had them because the shoes my atelier had for me were too small so these worked perfectly. I only wore two times to practice and then on the Avenida once. They were perfect until I stepped out on the Avenida in front of my school. Right away the left flap st the ball of my foot started to detach. I didn't want to pull the whole thing off because I'm literally on stage at this point. So I had to samba for two hours straight praying I wouldn't trip over the broken shoe while dancing. So it sucks to pay so much for shoes that break when you really need them. But At least I got the shoes In time and made it through without falling.
Great communication and fast response.
Thank you, Maria!

Hello Asia! Thank you for your feedback. You and I talked about the shoes. We have two types of shoes that you are aware because you have purchased before. One is leather and the other non leather. The non leather has much more hand craftsmanship. There are small glue that is slightly rubbed off after the shoes are glued. And the nail that you mentioned I explained. It is not a nail. It’s a nail hole. They secure the shoes on the bottom to secure the platform with glue and nails. After 24 hrs the nail is removed and the “hole” is slightly apparent. I think you would definitely benefit from the leather shoes. They are more refined in craftsmanship. Thanks Assia.
