I placed and order well over a month ago and never received the Lil cheap GPS tracker.a d they said it was sent to my address and showed me a photo of someone floor witch was clearly not my home.then it was 2 big boxes in the pictures and I had a small tracking device. So it's a scam

The trackers aren't accurate, I have been "working" with the team for about 3 weeks and they still aren't tracking appropriately, they said its a new device with new technology, maybe work out the bugs before you sell it! After investing over $3,000 i cant afford to just drop service and cur my losses. I am stuck with them and have to figure out how to make it work. VERY frustrating!

This was the worst tracker ever! Came with little to no instructions on how to connect. Had to call Customer Service and Tech support to get the tracker operational and explain how it worked. Used for one day then the App would not connect. They where prompt in accepting my money for a subscription for a product that barely works. Customer Service was sarcastic and rude when called. I would not recommend using these items from this company at all! Now I'm stuck with a brand new GPS Spark Nano 7 tracker that do not work!

Purchased the Spark Nano 7 with the intent to install in a personal rental vehicle at a later date. I didn't know that they automatically start charging you at 3 months at a time once you purchase the device with no authorization. You have to navigate to a completely separate page to get this information and it is not forthcoming.
Very unethical business practice that preys on people not navigating to a small tab amongst several other tabs. BUYER BEWARE!
Excellent product - works without any hitches right from the box. Went to website and setup the various settings I wanted to keep track of. Already received various tracking reports as well as alerts to test the app and unit. Tracking my HD sportster just in case someone wants to take a ride without my permission <grin>

Need to fully charge unit prior to use. Other than this, just position unit on the item you wish to track. Then, you can select the various tracking criteria you wish to track from the website. Works great - tried various settings and alerts - no problems.

I have been using their GPS device for awhile now and it has its good and bad days. It will stop tracking at times and it use to would show me more of the landscape surroundings but now it only shows the place on the map. It just started this about 3 months ago and ion like it bc I be wanting to see. I have to keep calling the maintenance line to get it started again.

When you go to their site they do not explain the monthly charge until you actually purchase the product. Then you call to cancel and they say it has shipped but has not so now you have to wait to receive it and return the product in order to get a refund. You take my money immediately but take me however long to get it back...never again!

I own an asphalt business in Ohio. We are a seasonal business because of the weather. For the last three years we have called in late fall and paused the service until the following spring. When I called this spring to activate the devices a customer service agent told me that the service was not paused last fall. I checked my bank statements and realized that I had been charged for the past six months. To make matters worse the agent basically called me a liar and refused to credit my account. I asked to speak with his supervisor. The supervisor was just as rude as the agent stating that their system showed no call from us to pause the service. I asked for his supervisor and he told me that his supervisor didn't talk to customers. I am disputing the charges and will be on every forum possible to tell others to BEWARE. Don't give them your bank account, credit card information!

I called to cancel and they conned me into two free months, I accepted. Two days ago I remembered to concel and called them but they were too busy so they'll call you back and hold your place in like, it never happened and the open chat that kept me sitting here for two hours responded at closing that they couldn't cancel I would have to call the number that never returned my call. Guess what happened yesterday? The SOB's billed me... They'll be refunding that and you now know the crooked SOB's operating methods...
Disappointed in the performance. Misses recording at least the first 15 seconds of activity in motion detection mode. No way to set the recording time stamp or date stamp and it doesn't use the time set on the clock. No manual except for the one that comes with the clock manufacturer. Naming of folders on SD card makes no sense.

I bought a brickhouse device to test it out. I just agree on the charge for the device by pass any usage plan. Few days later I receive the device, turned it on to run around the neighbourhood to test. Everything seems to work fine. I have yet to have plan of using it. Then a day later, I saw another charge of $74.97 from Brickhouse on my credit card. This type of illegal charging is a scam routine on the making. Don't buy from this company.
I thought I would receive something decent for the money I paid, but I was wrong. This thing feels and looks super cheap. Everything about it is cheap, the construction, the materials, and how the damn thing performs. If I had to guess how much this was purchased for, I'd say 3 dollars. I wouldn't pay more than 10 dollars for this. But that's fine, you live and you learn. If this review gets posted, STAY AWAY!

I have previously spent 7 hours with their tecnical department out of the Phillipines trying to get a product of their's to work. Never could get it to work. I then swore I would never use their products again. After years I tried them again. After using one of their devices on a monthly basics I stopped service and they continued to bill me for four more months and now will not credit me with the over charge. Have had to block them on my credit card of additional charges. They were sneaky on this deal as they gave me a free month and then claimed I needed to have contacted them again to discontinue service for the second time. I do not do business with people who are dishonest and will never deal with them again.
I had a account for security reasons and they bill you automatically but when you want to cancel they will make it VERY DIFFICULT for you to cancel to the point obviously they make alot more money if you have a hard time canceling. You can set up everything on line it is simply of course but to cancel WELL FOR SECURITY REASONS YOU NEED TO CALL IN TO SUPPORT, AND sit on hold for enough time you will probably hang up or lose signal and have to start over again... I am done using them and will go elsewhere next time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE PRICES THEY QUOTE ONLINE! I purchased an item from Brickhouse online. I received an e-mail asking for payment confirmation and replied immediately and followed up with a phone call. Customer service advised my payment was received and all was well including the next day shipping charge. After waiting to receive the product the following day, I called to follow up and was advised the product was being drop shipped from the supplier and it would arrive the next day by 8:00 PM. Shortly after that call, I received a call from Customer Service advising me of a "price spike" and that the products I ordered would cost me 50% more than what I had paid. I told them this was unacceptable and asked them to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me the same and said they would not honor the price quoted online.
I contacted the CEO/Founder Todd Morris directly to ask for his assistance. His response was: "This is a part that we very rarely sell and with the supply chain issues it is possible the price went up recently and we were not notified until we put in the order for you. I will ask my team to remove this part from our site and talk to the distributor because that is not how we want to do business. "
HOW DOES THEIR INABILITY TO KEEP THEIR WEBSITE UPDATED BECOME MY PROBLEM? They offered a price for a product and I accepted that offer. Sounds like a contract to me. They have not only breached the contract but also ruined their credibility to do business as a "trusted" company.
