I bought an item from them the week of Thanksgiving, an item listed in stock. My credit card was immediately charged. After a week with no word, I emailed them to ask when my order would ship. I was told that the item I ordered was not in stock and it would take 1-2 weeks for my order to ship. Nice of them to notify me. So I waited the two weeks. Still no word. Finally I asked for a refund. Terrible communication, they sell items they don't have, they lie about the status of your order so they can keep your money longer - stay away! I relied on the good reviews from websites like this - don't be fooled!

Prices are good for hard to find products, but very poor customer service. I returned an item for store credit and requested they replace with next size. Got an email saying I would be notified via email when my return was processed? NEVER notified. Contacted them after 4 weeks and was told today that I got a credit that could be applied to another item BUT my return request specified the item I wanted the credit to be applied to (in next size). I should not have to take care of the order. They were hoping I would forget and I did forget the size I need. I can NOT log on to my account and can NOT see what I ordered last. I requested password reset multiple times in past week and no reply. Guess I am out $56. DO NOT BUY from this company.

As someone who struggles with chronic pain, I was excited to try BrightLife Direct for compression garments. I appreciated the option to chat with a specialist who helped me choose the right product for my needs. My compression stockings arrived quickly and have made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort level.

BrightLife Direct specializes in mail-order compression stockings (for people with lower-leg edema, i. E., swelling of the legs caused by various medical conditions generally associated with either diabetes, or aging, or both) and compression wraps for arms and other body parts. Their online catalogue offers a wide variety of such stockings and wraps by various manufacturers.
The website is easy to work with and the mail delivery is adequate. I'm giving the website only four stars, however, because one of the four items I ordered was the wrong one, and this was apparently due to the warehouse label (the one glued to the box) being incorrect. The label didn't match what was printed (by the manufacturer) on the box itself, which suggests a certain carelessness on the part of warehouse staff when labeling incoming boxes for storage. The discrepancy was not disastrous, however, so I didn't return the item.
