Ordered item via credit card and received email stating 'on hold until payment verified'. Next day received email stating order has been canceled. Sent email to their support asking why and no response from them. About three weeks later I had a charge on my credit card for Sushi.

RECOMMEND not giving this questionable company all of your credit card information.

I have had a hard time finding a product I have used for years (TING liquid anti-fungal spray). Available on EBAY for 3 to 5 times normal prices. Not available on site I normally buy from. Was happy to find it on Brivol site for normal price. Ordered and got confirmation saying order was on hold until payment authorized. Since this was early Saturday morning, figured OK...

Just on a gut feeling, decided to visit Site Jabber to see ratings. NOT GOOD. Seems to be a scammer that steals your Credit Card info. The positive reviews seemed fake - never mentioning the products ordered. Also odd was the ratings were either 5 stars or 1 star - nothing in-between.

This morning (Tuesday), I got an email saying the order was cancelled. No reason. Went online to my CC company and locked my card.

This teaches me to check out ratings before ordering from a new (to me) vendor, and don't shop on-line at 2 in the morning.

I was actually stupid enough to order from BRIVOL. I searched high and low for a wheelchair for my mom and found one at a price that I should have known was too good to be true. I feel like an idiot. My first attempt to contact him was by phone, which immediately disconnects. My second was by email. It got a short strange reply. My third was after I placed my order and email said the order would be sent after they verified my credit card information. Only then did I find site jabber and the helpful reviews from other people about these scammers.

I felt something wrong with that shop site. But unfortunately, I found this review already late(the previous review describes everything as absolutely true and what I am concerned about!
It is a catfish shop site. I place my order one week ago and my order is still on hold! But they say delivery usually 3-5 days. Support chat just prolongs time and kicks me out. I am so pissed and disappointed about wasting time, waiting my order and losing money((((

I also placed an order with Brivol.com, and order was placed on hold for over 2 weeks. Then fraudulent charges appeared on my card. I had not used my CC for over 4 months prior to this, so it was pretty easy to figure out where my CC number was stolen from. I don't know if the company is fake, or maybe an employee stealing CC numbers, but I suspect the former since I also looked up the listed address and discovered it is actually a Costco store. I did email the company (namecheap.com) that hosts this website, but they emailed me back, and here is their reply: "We have thoroughly investigated your allegation to the extent of our capabilities, but we were unable to validate your claims on the basis of the provided evidence" I have email them back with additional info, and highly encourage others to also email this hosting service and ask them asking them to investigate Brivol.com

First received a confirmation of my order, then nothing happened. My credit card payment stated Pending. After reading the reviews on this site, I began to worry. They never sent my order, but they had my credit card number. So I canceled my card just in case some dubious purchases were going to be made. This was time consuming and annoying.

Fraudulent credit card charges made to American Freight eCommerce (Delaware Ohio) in the amount of $1934.99 showed up on the card one month after Visa was used to attempt purchase at Brivol. Attempted purchase at Brivol was pending and then cancelled- same card harvesting story as others in these reviews.

Placed order over 2 weeks ago. No conformation of order email. They said order was on hold & they had Payment Gateway issue on our website when I contacted them on the chat. I had to cancel my credit card to be safe.

Fraud! Fake website. I ordered something 6 weeks ago and it never arrived. Today I saw 3 fraud charges of over $200 each!

Thank God I was able to decline the charges and stop the card! Watch out! FAKE COMPANY!

This is the latest in a series of scam websites, purporting to operate out of Florida, that harvest credit card numbers. If you place an order, you will not receive a confirmation or product. A few weeks later, fraudulent charges will appear on your card. FYI the business address listed on the website is a Costco.

Was trying to place an order. Their "live chat" person was useless and just gave boilerplate answers.
But I went ahead and placed the order. Received no confirmation email. Back at the website, the "live chat" said it "will look into it". Never got a response. Then I got an "Order has been cancelled" email with NO EXPLANATION. Emailed the *******@brivol.com address. No reply. Called the (305) 686 – 2419 support number numerous times over many days: the line is ALWAYS busy! When I tried to place the order again, this time it repeatedly gave me a red alert message: "problem with your credit card". I should be thankful the order never went through as this business is either a scam or totally incompetent!

All of the reviews are the same. Shortly after placing an order fraudulent charges appear on the credit card used. They canceled the order claiming their gateway to payment method was not working, then 5 attempts to place an order with Apple.com showed up on the card I used. Fortunately, that card had already been replaced and the bank immediately flagged the attempted charges as fraudulent.

Found a product online tat Brivol that is hard to find elsewhere. Placed the order and two days later the order was canceled with no reason why.

This company should be turned into the attorney generals office in each state! After reading the reviews of other customers, this seems to be a scam company, or a made up company.

Credit card fraud! Made a purchase on 5/13. Never charged my account and never delivered. After 3 1/2 weeks, two charges for almost $1,000 made with my credit card account for what appears to be furniture (wayfair.com and homary.com). Do watch your credit card charges or cancel your card before fraudulent purchases are made with your card if you've attempted to purchase from this site.

I am glad I checked out the reviews on this site before placing an order. It appears they change the address of this SCAM company often and the latest address on their site actually comes back to a 692 SF apartment in N Miam. Scammer! Take Down this fake store. They will keep your $ and your credit card info. Already reported to Google plus it has lots of bad reviews from people that got robbed.

Their address is a Costco and their only good review is clearly them. Do not buy from this company! They will harvest your information and you'll be done.

They advertise / show two 1lb containers of lecithin powder for $30.17.
I paid and my receipt read; PURCHASED...ONE POUND OF LECITHIN powder.
The next 2 1/2 hrs were spent trying to get them to answer their phone while trying to get customer service to respond via chat. I got all sorts of replies via chat, but none addressed my simple question. "ARE THERE 1 OR 2 CONTAINERS IN THIS PURCHASE? IF ONLY ONE THEN CANCEL MY ORDER,IF TWO, THEN WE ARE GOOD.
Finally after waiting for a response, sometimes 20 minute wait, MARIA/ CUSTOMER SERVICE writes
"two".
The next morning I get a notice from BRIVOL..."Your order has been cancelled"

I made and pay for an order on BRIVOL, after 20 days without no news, I look online. The address reported in their website is COSTCO in North Miami. The phone number works, but nobody answers,
I will try to discuss with Miami Dade consumers services. The owner of the corporation is MARC MOYAL, with address in Bal Harbour and New York. His phone number is *******855

SCAM.My credit card was processed. They said it was a "Payment Gateway" issue but my card was stolen. I sent them repeated emails and online chats inquiring about the products I ordered because I had a screenshot showing my order was processed (after putting in all my personal info) and they repeatedly told me that there was a "Payment Gateway" issue and I would "Receive an email follow up" from their company within a week but I never received any email from them and a few weeks later my debit card was compromised with over 6 fraudulent charges in a row (over $2000 worth of fraudulent charges).
Also, I am suspicious this company is affiliated with another company selling the same products called Vitneo. I tried ordering my items through Vitneo when the order on Brivol never went though but also received the exact same experience there - I got an automated message saying there was a "Payment Gateway Issue" and when I called or tried to get info via online chat they told me the exact same thing as Brivol.

Just cancelled order with no explanation. Stay away. No good. I would not click on this link every again.
