Thorough and friendly communication at every step, including answering our many questions, has made this a very comfortable process working with Broad Financial.

In January 2016 I established a self directed IRA through Broad Financial. I found them to be efficient, professional and very helpful in answering questions.

Are in the process of opening up the "Trust Checking Acct" and so far all is good. The binder was extremely informative and leads us through step by step.

Overall very good. It would be beneficial to have the Adoption Agreement in a format the banks recognize. That would make opening a truct checking account a lot easier.

I forwarded the electronic Trust Paperwork document (PDF) to Ameritrade and I got a push back that ithe trust needed to notarized; No one at Broad mentioned this to me earlier; I will do this Monday, but I could have avoided the 3 days delay.

Mark has provided excellent support to me in the setup and administration of my solo 401k. He is knowledgeable and patient and I'm extremely happy with the overall service that he has provided.

I am just starting the process to set-up a checking account, and to fund that account, for my Solo 401K. It's a bit early to comment on the ease or completeness of the process.

Very satisfied with the account manager and she is dilligently working on helping me get my transfer done, but it's not resolved yet. (other company's fault).

Everything was very smooth with Broad Financial. Not so smooth with Wells Fargo, however,we got it all worked out finally with the assistance of Broad's referral to a Wells Banker!

Noah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I discussed my desire to purchase investment property with funds from my traditional IRA. I highly suggest Noah and Broad Financial.
