The self directed IRA has been a great asset for us with a lot of different ways to invest is what we were looking for when we contacted Broad financial. The tax deferment is the greatest asset for my investments for the future of my business. From the time I contacted Broad Financial, Jay was very knowledgeable and helped me with deciding on the right product for my business needs. Once that decision was made, the purchase was accomplished and the documentation was received in the mail in two business days. To my surprise, all the information I needed was in the binder along with little tabs on what I needed to sign and what I needed to tell the bank in order to get things rolling. An additional small packet was included to hand off to the bank for their records clearly marked as such and all other material also clearly marked along with instruction on how to use each section. Very impressive and professional!

I am a novice to the world of SDIRA, having selected and contracted with Madison Trust early in 2019. Since my plan was to purchase real estate to buy and hold the option to create an LLC was proposed.
It was obvious from the start that Madison had been doing this for some time, and had a good system approach for the process. The plan was laid out for me, then executed perfectly meeting all my expectations. I understood the scope of the effort and timing, and Madison delivered as advertised within budget, no extra costs.
When I did have questions, the response time was excellent and the direction clear.

I had some complicated IRA issues and really thought I was hosed. It was nothing short of a miracle that I found Broad Financial. Avi Kaufman could not have been more professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in recommending the perfect product for me. My Solo 401k was up and running within five days. I can confidently recommend Avi and Broad. And, I'm not a shill.

Overall it was a good experience. I guess I was maybe expecting a little more like some sort of one on one walk thought of the process in an online meeting or at least a video explaining the process for my specific plan I purchased. I had some issues setting up my trust with the bank I chose as I had sent the wrong set of plans to the bank.

Over all my experience was good & everything happened just as advertised. It would be better if I could do more on-line management of my Broad Financial/Madison Trust account. The IRS Form 5498 was very late arriving.

Avi was very informative and guided me thru the process of choosing which plan was the best fit for my specific needs. The team responded quickly to all of my questions and I had the binder in just a few days. All of the information is well laid out, and easy to understand. Included is a separate folder with all of the bank documents which made setting up the new checking account very easy, and all of the forms I needed to have my IRA funds transferred to my new account are included with instructions on how to properly fill them out. I highly recommend Broad Financial.

I would have been disappointed with the service had it not been for Jeff Astor providing a quick answer to a VERY important rollover question. I called the customer service line and was told only one person could answer my question and would be out for holiday until the middle of the following week. I emailed Jeff and he provided me the information I needed to proceed with getting my rollover initiated. Thank you, Jeff.

Joel answered it quickly and sent me to resources to calculate. Also explained the form to use to report it to IRS.

I was aware of self directed retirement before, and recently have done well with Crypto investments. Broad Financial made it very easy, and very affordable to get my self directed IRA setup. I only wish I had done this years ago.

It was great that I could hand the folder to bankers, and let them read what was needed. I received compliments on how thorough the documents were. Since it took a few tries to find the right bank, having the folder made the quest less frustrating.
