Got through to a knowledgeable and helpful agent on first try, within a minute. I've been with this company for over 5 years and that's always been my experience. Very impressed with this organization.

So far I am very pleased with the support and information I've received from Broad Financial. Their process to was efficient, and easy to understand. This is a great option for someone who wants more control over their investments and for a small business owner such as myself. My only frustration is that some major banks don't accept this kind of Trust Account (not B of A, Chase, Citi) here in California. I just opened an account with Wells Fargo but they are not necessarily my favored ban

When I received my binder for my Trust that was established the binder rings had broken off the folder during shipment. I reported it to BF and they immediately remedied the issue by sending me a new binder. Thank You Broadfinancial.

I have not had any concerns about using Broad Financial for my Solo 401K needs.
I have found that there is always someone available when needed that is knowledgeable, professional and willing to work with you through what ever your needs may be.
I moved to Broad Financial from another Custodian that tried raising fees for what they claimed as "book keeping" fees that I found to be unnecessary. Although the initial setup fees are not the cheapest, the yearly fees are among the cheapest to maintain the account which gives you year long support for whatever your needs may be.
I now have checkbook control of my funds where now looking back the only thing I can say is, what took me so long? Take control of YOUR money today, and never look back and wonder if(when) the market is going to take away your retirement over night!

The complete process was handled in an efficient and professional manner. The materials were clear and concise leaving me with no questions. Returning documents was quick and easily done by US mail and E mail. I was impressed with the people who handled my process as they were all knowledgeable and had no hesitation in answering questions.

Always good! Every time I call I feel like they know or remember me, I know that's not true, but that's how they make you feel. This gives confidence to the customer. It makes you feel like they will always be there and your investments are safe and respected.

I've always had any questions I had about the solo 401k with a Roth option answered promptly even during the covid19 crisis. I appreciate very much the assistance they have provided. I discovered Broad Financial through my brother in law. He has been using them for years and has been very pleased with how it all works for him.

I had funding questions...after reading over some of the specifics of the solo 401K...I now have question re: funding the trust account at the bank...I'm still wating for a call back or contact regarding this from Jay or Eva. Broad Financial was one of the few companies who could set up a Solo 401k. They made the process quick and easy, and provided all the documentation we needed for both set-up and maintenance. Their guide was exceptionally detailed and easy to use.

A partner and I set up our individual Solo 401K Trusts and a sub-LLC to handle real property investing business, and the process is mostly painless. Whenever we encountered problems and needed customer service assistance, the help is prompt helpful. We still have some problems setting bank accounts for the trusts and the LLC, but it seems out of the control of the Broad Financial team. We are mostly satisfied with our experience. -Ed

Broad Financial delivered exactly what I requested from them and did so in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Their representatives were helpful in answering any questions or concerns regarding the various forms and documents needed to accomplish my objectives. When I went to open my LLC/IRA checking account at Bank of America and presented the binder provided to me by Broad for that and other purposes, the bank officer was totally impressed at the completeness of the binder. His exact quote was - "this is perfect, normally we have to ask customers for additional documents which requires multiple visits to the bank". Then he asked who prepared the binder - I proudly responded Broad Financial and the bank officer indicated that he would gladly recommend that customers seeking to set up similar accounts utilize Broad Financial too.
