Broad Financial was very professional, very knowledgeable about IRS compliance and always available to answer questions. For me it worked wonderfully, I was able to turn $204K into over $700K in 4 years.

So far the process has gone smoothly, Broad made it clear how the process works and there have been no surprises or concerns. Communication responsiveness has been good with both Broad Financial and Madison trust. The process isn't complete yet, waiting for my IRA to transfer funds to the SDIRA. So far I'm happy with how things have progressed.

I purchased Broad Financial's Roth Solo 401K plan and was very pleased with the very quick turnaround and ease of setting up the plan and the cost effectiveness of the plan. I compared the offerings and pricing of several other companies, and Broad Financial was the most complete package, provided the information needed to set it up, and was the best value. I also did a Checkbook IRA with them several years ago that was also a great deal. Customer Service has been very helpful when I needed to call in with questions.

They were both consistently responsive, patient, and informative in giving me whatever level of detail and explanation I wanted. Joel provided sample forms needed to set up the LLC's bank account. These samples that Joel gave me, made the "new account opening" process very transparent and easy to follow. Joel and Mark both answered my numerous (and in some cases redundant) questions clearly and patiently.
