In my most recent phone call in September of 2024, the staff was knowledgeable, professional, patient and answered my questions in just a few minutes. Their annual updates are very helpful as well and worth the cost.

The system is too slow. Although the binder was sent via FedEx it took 7-days to arrive. It takes 10-days to process wire transaction?
