It included a seperate packet that contained instructions and everything I needed to provide the bank to open my checking account. The only poor review I have is the quality of back ground noise. It was difficult hearing him because of the excessive noise in the background.

Mark at Broad Financial was a huge help! My husband died and my local credit union froze his LLC. The credit union has been giving me endless headaches over this. When I ask a question and he was not sure he said "Let me check that for you and I will get back to you with the correct information". I valued that statement. I've been dealing with Broad over the past several years referring clients to them. Everyone has been extremely satisified. I finally decided to open an account for myself and was pleasantly surprised to have my expectation exceeded in terms of knowledge, helpfulness and most importantly, patience.

Requested Broad Financial to help the dissolution of our LLC enterprise from Texas State Registrar. Mark Weissman who coordinated the filing did an excellent job. Service was prompt and follow up actions were well coordinated and executed as and when required. Also we were well kept informed of the status during the process.

Broad Financial has been wonderful in answering all my questions regarding the Solo 401k. This area is new to me and they have been there from start to finish in helping me to get this put together. When you call them, you quickly reach a real person (not a recording directory menu) and you are able to get your questions answered. They also respond back pretty quickly via email. So far, the experience has been very good! I have checked out other firms that offer this same Solo 401k setup, but they were either more expensive in their setup fees and/or their annual fees. It pays to shop around!

It's been good. Jeff has been helpful and available and answered all my questions. The only issue came up when I hadn't heard anything for several weeks and wondered what the hold up was on getting this set up. I was contacted by Joel and apparently the social security number was incorrect somehow. Ok, things happen, maybe it was my fault or not, doesn't matter. What surprised me was no one contacted me about this. I had to initiate an inquiry. This could've been solved in a heart beat and I'd have my Trust in place by now. As it is, I'm traveling extensively now and having a hard time scheduling a visit to my local Wells Fargo, but I should get it done tomorrow. It's not a big deal, it just backed things up a few weeks. Other than that I'm a happy camper so far.

Broad Financial has been a good resource for me in handling my Solo 401k. It offers me flexibility in investing in those investment that typically are not available inside the standard retirement account that is limited to mutual funds and the stock market. These types of instruments will increase in popularity as they are a much better tool and gateway for investing and opportunity to select your investments. They are always quick to return my call and answer questions when I have them. If they don't know the answer, they find out. Many times even when the rep knows the answer they often double check. I appreciate their attention to detail and care in 'getting it right' because it affects my investments. They do a great job.

My experience was great! The support team at both Broad Financial and Madison Tust Co were excellent. I utilized the optional wire and expedite services that are available. Along with with the quick responses to my questions from the support teams. I was able to get my checkbook IRA set up quickly and smoothly in about 2 weeks. I was then able to take advantage of a market situation and close on a real estate deal! Could not be any happier! Thank you.
