I needed to set up a self directed account very quickly in order to participate in an investment opportunity. Jay told me my situation was perfect for a Solo 401k. Broad Financial then set everything up for me in less than one business day. The service was beyond excellent!
As a new client of Broad Financial, I have been very pleased with the level of customer service. The information package sent to us outlining instructions is extremely helpful. Any questions that I have had have been answered quickly. All in all, it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend Broad Financial to anyone that wants to pursue a self directed IRA.
Always good! Every time I call I feel like they know or remember me, I know that's not true, but that's how they make you feel. This gives confidence to the customer. It makes you feel like they will always be there and your investments are safe and respected.
I've always had any questions I had about the solo 401k with a Roth option answered promptly even during the covid19 crisis. I appreciate very much the assistance they have provided. I discovered Broad Financial through my brother in law. He has been using them for years and has been very pleased with how it all works for him.
I had funding questions...after reading over some of the specifics of the solo 401K...I now have question re: funding the trust account at the bank...I'm still wating for a call back or contact regarding this from Jay or Eva. I'm sure once I get those questions answered, my rating will be a 4 or 5 star.
Broad Financial was one of the few companies who could set up a Solo 401k. They made the process quick and easy, and provided all the documentation we needed for both set-up and maintenance. Their guide was exceptionally detailed and easy to use.
I researched to find a company that had the services I needed to invest my IRA in real estate. Broad Financial was/is that company. I have had and continue to have a great experience working with Broad Financial. I've been with them over two years. And when the time is right on my end, I plan to use Broad Financial for future investments.
Awesome experience! From someone with a technical background and no real hands on financial experience, I felt very comfortable with Broad Financial help guide me through the process. I am very pleased with the results. Thanks Jeff!
The Team at Broad financial was extremely helpful and made an intimidating process extremely simple. I would recommend Broad Financial anytime and to anyone. Call and check it out yourself! Truly a great Team
A partner and I set up our individual Solo 401K Trusts and a sub-LLC to handle real property investing business, and the process is mostly painless. Whenever we encountered problems and needed customer service assistance, the help is prompt helpful. We still have some problems setting bank accounts for the trusts and the LLC, but it seems out of the control of the Broad Financial team. We are mostly satisfied with our experience. -Ed
I've always received excellent customer service whenever I contact Broad Financial for assistance with my Solo 401k account. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rollover their 401k money to a self directed account.
Broad Financial delivered exactly what I requested from them and did so in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Their representatives were helpful in answering any questions or concerns regarding the various forms and documents needed to accomplish my objectives. When I went to open my LLC/IRA checking account at Bank of America and presented the binder provided to me by Broad for that and other purposes, the bank officer was totally impressed at the completeness of the binder. His exact quote was - "this is perfect, normally we have to ask customers for additional documents which requires multiple visits to the bank". Then he asked who prepared the binder - I proudly responded Broad Financial and the bank officer indicated that he would gladly recommend that customers seeking to set up similar accounts utilize Broad Financial too.
When I first contacted Broad Financial about their self-directed IRA program, I was a little skeptical due to being in unfamiliar territory. However, our representative (Noah Grodko), did an awesome job in patiently explaining the benefits of their program and what it entailed. They took out the complexity of the program and made it so simple and easy. There were no hidden fees or unexpected additional charges. Within a few weeks, I had my LLC set-up and pension money transferred into my account with no problem. What people don't realize is that the "Operating Agreement" within the LLC must conform to IRS rules or it could lead you to problems down the road. I highly recommend the services of the Broad Financial team. You will not be disappointed.
Operator listened to my question then quickly transferred me to Mark Weissman who answered my question/addressed my concern regarding banks accounts associated with my solo 401K trust. All went perfect. Happy customer...mark
So far so good. Just a week or two into having my own Solo 401K, but so far things have gone smoothly setting up my trust checking account. Working now with my current IRA holder to transfer funds over to provide initial funding for Solo 401K trust checking account. Hope the good times continue rolling!;-)
Every interaction with Broad Financial has been very pleasant and informative. All my questions have been answered. The process has been explained along the way. The obstacles that have come up have been handled. I am grateful for the professionalism of Broad Financial.
Being an engineer getting Bitcoin into my IRA seemed daunting. Broad Financial proved to be very professional. Setting up a LLC and moving money to it was a step by step process that was well documented and went smoothly. I always had quick phone and email contact to answer all my questions to include jumping through the hoops setting up a Prime Coinbase account for the LLC.
I was with a different self-directed IRA company and didn't like the poor service. They were slow to answer my questions and really just seemed to be inconvenienced by my business. Not so with Broad Financial. So far they have answered my questions in a polite manner and have been very thorough on the process of moving my funds to Broad Financial. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process.
I called with a question and did receive a prompt callback. The binder contained many confusing dos and don'ts many of which were clarified by a phone call to the Broad Customer office. So far I've been very pleased with the help I've received.
After checking around, I found Broad Financial to be straightforward and easy to deal with. I am setting up my checking account now, and my Wells Fargo personal banker was impressed with the detail taken to ensure a smooth process!
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
