I ordered their multi-colored globe-shaped Christmas tree lights like the kind I remember so well on our trees as a kid. They came today, and I've strung them onto our tree. They work perfectly, are the same colors I remembered, and bring back lots of childhood memories. They really give the tree pizzazz, along with the separate strings of smaller led lights that I purchased elsewhere. This is very nice.
I called their customer service number. After 25 key strokes I finally got a rep. There was a delay in the phone signal and rep did not understand me. A rooster was crowing in the back ground. I asked what it was and she said it's morning here in the Philippines. She told me she could not help and to call the cc bank. She gave me the same number I reached her though. This company is a joke. If you need more stress in you're life this company can provide it. They add late fees to your purchase balance and charge interest on the total. Bills are mailed to a PO Box in Dallas TX and arbitrarily charge me a late fee. Fraudulent Fraudulent Fraudulent. RUN!
I purchased a 6 ft. Garland with lights. When I put in the batteries, only half of the garland lit up. I did not have a return invoice so I went on line to see if I could print one. The order has this item listed as "cannot be returned". This is because of the size, according to the 4 reps I've called. If I want to return this, I have to pay the postage with is $44.00. I paid $39.00 for the garland.
After the second call, a manager named Ruth said that she could email me a return label. 5 days later, I call back and am told again that I have to pay to return it and be reimbursed.
I am throwing it away.

I ordered a comforter back in June, said it would ship in 3 weeks which was fine didn't need it right away, then once 3 weeks passed heard nothing then I get an email saying it's delayed for 6 weeks. Can't give me a reason even though when I order said it was in stock. Now 2 months later I get an email on the day they said it would be back in stock that the cancelled my item because they can't get it. They were never going to ship me anything. Now I can't log into my account to see anything

Absolutely terrible service. The receipt stated "Will arrive within 4 business days if ordered by 3 pm (Eastern)" which was now 10 days ago. No email update or response to an inquiry. I would not have ordered the item (which was time sensitive) if I had known it would take that long to arrive (also paid more for the expedited service). AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I placed and order for sheer curtains on 2/18/2021 and as of today 3/2/2021 I still have not received the curtains and Brylane Home has not provided me with a tracking number. I called Brylane customer service today and the rep was very short and rude stating that she doesn't know what delivery service is handling my package and doesn't have a tracking; only knows that now the E. T. A. Is now 3/12/2021. When I click tracking on Brylane's website it has been stating that the package has been in my state (California) since 2/28/21. So I should now believe that it should take almost 2 weeks to receive a package that's already in my state? Make it make sense! Companies like this who LIE about product availability and waste customer's time and money need to be shut down!

Customer service is SO RUDE! They messed up my return and I just had a customer service rep talk over me, talk down to me, sigh... Like, why bother buying from them if this is how they treat customers?

I placed an order for patio cushions in April. I have received 3 emails saying they were arriving on 3 different dates. When I've called about the order EVERY agent is RUDE. They say do you want to cancel the order? Ahhhhhh no. I want to know when you will honor your committment. Turn to any other company!

My grandmother ordered 4 pillows for her outdoor furniture. At time of order it was buy one get one 50% off. The pillows she selected said in stock. A couple weeks went by and then she received an email that they were on back order. She went almost 2 months with no update on her order. One day they finally showed up, sent separately with a separate shipping charge for each. When she looked at her invoice brylanehome charged her full price for all 4 pillows! After numerous attempts to call them she finally got through to a person. They told her the pillows were on back order and that the sale price wouldnt be honored. When she placed the order, they infact said in stock. This place is a rip off and impossible to reach customer service. Don't buy from brylanehome as you'll be disappointed and managers clearly dont care if they lose customers and refuse to make things right!

I ordered a comforter and shams. The shams never came. The comforter I received looked nothing like the one pictured. It took 3 chats and one phone call to get any information. The second chat girl argued with me and told me that's what I ordered, although she had no way of knowing. I said the one I received was olive. She said well we don't even make it in olive. So I emailed her a picture. She immediately said, I can't open the file, sorry! And closed my chat. She was calling me a liar. And now these tacky asses are making me sign a %3%@# AFFADAVIT to prove I never received the shams and send back the comforter. All a bunch of BS- FOR NOTHING

I purchased a new sheet set with 2 pillowcases last fall to match the color of the bedroom I was redecorating. When the package arrived, the color was perfect and there were 2 pillowcases. I put it in the linen closet until I finished the room this spring. I put them on the bed last week and one of the pillowcases didn't seem to fit the pillow. When I actually measured, one was smaller than the other. When I called to request an exchange, it was denied because it was over the 60-day window. I was not returning for a refund, I wanted an exchange for a pillowcase that was the correct size as advertised. She said I should have checked thoroughly. So buyer beware-when they say an item is a certain size, it may not be. So get out your tape measure and check carefully. It didn't matter to them that they were responsible for sending the incorrect item. I will not order from Brylane anymore.

Brylane Home failed to change my shipping address and then failed to aide me thru FedEx to stop the shipment and correct the label. I lost my merchandise and the $93 I will end up paying for it. I paid off their credit card am closing out my account. I do not recommend doing business with their stores.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I just opened a charge card with Brylane home and I will be canceling it as quickly as I opened it. The staff is rude and arrogant, no compassion or understanding. They seem to enjoy saying "No" to you. I need to return a comforter which is too short for my queen bed. After several phone calls I learned that I would have to pay $9.99 return fee in addition to paying for my own shipping to return the item. They already charged me $16.99 to ship the article to me. The cost, it's half of what I paid for the quilt. This is insane! They need to emulate places like Wayfair and Birch Lane who bend over backwards to help you with these types of issues. Remember the Latin phrase, Caveat Emptor! (Let the Buyer BEWARE).

Bought an item from website. When I received the item, a quick peek I to the box showed it was the wrong item, so, I contacted them and shipped the item back. One would think that since it was their error that they would have refunded my shipping costs, but, instead, they shorted my refund for more than what the actual shipping cost was. This is horrible and unacceptable customer service. I've shopped with Brylane Home for many years, but this policy of not refunding shipping when they messed up is archaic and unacceptable. For $14.83, they've lost a longtime customer.
Ordered 2 pair of jeans on 4/20. Rec'd order and ship confirmation. Status places it about an hour from my home since 5/15. Never received the order. Reached out to them 5/24 and 6/4 and never received a response. Disputed charge on my credit card - hoping they'll refund. AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a shower curtain on March 20th 2021 the money was taken out of my account (around $25) the shower curtain came and everything was good until about a month later and now I have two new charges from Brylane Home. One is $14.95 and one is $1.99. I tried calling customer service and held for 20 minutes and never got to speak with anyone. Conveniently the "chat with Custer service feature" online is currently not available.

My mom order from this store and Imstead of charging her credit card they charged mines and now I'm responsible for paying $275. And basically they blamed us for their $#*! up told me to tell my mom to returned the items then they can resend them and then charge her by then she had already used the item. If I was going to shop her this right here changed my mind for sure. Just terrible customer service all the way around

I wanted to return the item I purchased but there was no return label. I tried. Allying but the return option says to go to their website.
None of the numbers on my receipt allowed me to access the return site.
I decided to just return and pay for postage, but they wanted $62 for postage.
Since the catalog says $10.99 will be deducted from your refund using their return label, I tried calling again.
I called and only got a live person by saying I wanted to order something.
After she accessed my order she said she could not provide a return label because it was an "large item" (It was a Yarn Pouf footstool) and I could send it back on my own and hung up on me.

Received their catalog and the item I wanted is posted as $19.59. When I tried to order it came up as $68.00. I sent several emails asking them to honor their posted price. Finally received an email to call them. I called and I was told that the price is $68.00 and the posted price is a mistake. Too bad and they won't honor the price or offer any customer service. Told them to keep their catalogs and take me off their mailing list because I don't want to hear from them again!
I ordered a quilt June 2,2021. I have been given so many different delivery dates. Dates that was given saying it was on the truck for delivery was never right. Today is June 28,2021 and I have yet to receive the quilt I ordered. I am no longer interested in the product I ordered. I found something similar that I am totally satisfied with from J C Penney.

This is the worst place in the world to do business with. I was on hold for 30 minutes just to get an order#. On three occasions they said they would send me an affadavit for a $58.00 order I never received. I also never received the affadavit after speaking to 3 different supervisors They never sent it. This has been going on for 6 months. I still have not received my refund.

I placed an order online less than a week ago. Received the Brylane Home catalog in the mail and called customer service when I saw the items I ordered were on sale. The RUDE manager named JoAnna said they don't honor sale prices on current orders. I wanted to cancel and re-order. She refused for me to do that. They cannot honor it? WAHT? Any other store I have ever asked will do this. The customer service department is so rude. Is it too hard for them to figure out how to look at the difference in price? So frustrated. The cost difference is way over $30.00. Maybe to them it is not a lot of money, but for the average person like me it is! I may have to re-think ordering from here again. I have many other places I can go to. Very disappointed and just sad that this is the stance this company has taken.

I have ordered from Brylane 2 times. The day after the 2nd order I was charged $1.99 and every month since I have been hit for $14.95! I did NOT sign up for any recurring charges! I have called and stayed on hold for over an hour at a number that says it is open 24/7. I am now on hold for a 2nd time with the same message that my wait time is over 30 minutes! Buyer Beware! My next step is to cancel the card I used. What a frigging joke!

Ordered product - arrived completely destroyed - asked for and received credit but the credit was for the incorrect amount - an amount less than what was charged. Balance erroneously left on account was charged a late fee and finance charge. This is for a defective product immediately returned! You would think this is fairly easy to address... you would think. Just the opposite unfortunately. Still working between Brlayne and their supported credit company Comenity and it is a war. No one is disputing the discrepancy, they just won't give us the credit! Several calls - requests to speak to supervisors... nothing! Just don't do business with companies like this... there has to be better!

Placed an order as a gift & then discovered daughter already owned item. Called customer service the next day twice! Held 30 minutes each time and was hung up on. Called again the second day and reached c/s. Was advised order could.not be. Cancelled as it was due to ship today. Looked@ order status online item was still peocessing. After much persistence on my part rep still refused to cxl order. I asked for a supervisor and after a 5 min wait was advised that my called would be returned within the hour. It's been 2 1/2 hours and no one has called. Dollars to donuts when I check the statis this evening it will still be "processing". Would give no star rating if I could.
Here it is 5/10/21 & my order is not here! Now my rating is -0. Never again!
