I ordered their multi-colored globe-shaped Christmas tree lights like the kind I remember so well on our trees as a kid. They came today, and I've strung them onto our tree. They work perfectly, are the same colors I remembered, and bring back lots of childhood memories. They really give the tree pizzazz, along with the separate strings of smaller led lights that I purchased elsewhere. This is very nice.
I called their customer service number. After 25 key strokes I finally got a rep. There was a delay in the phone signal and rep did not understand me. A rooster was crowing in the back ground. I asked what it was and she said it's morning here in the Philippines. She told me she could not help and to call the cc bank. She gave me the same number I reached her though. This company is a joke. If you need more stress in you're life this company can provide it. They add late fees to your purchase balance and charge interest on the total. Bills are mailed to a PO Box in Dallas TX and arbitrarily charge me a late fee. Fraudulent Fraudulent Fraudulent. RUN!
Do not think that you can talk to anybody to get something resolved. They sent me two of something that I ordered and CHARGED me twice. One was at the FULL price. Everything says that there is an "easy return label" included, there was NOT! I was on hold with them for an entire day trying to get this resolved. I ordered late one evening and saw the double charge on my account the very next day and tried to get it resolved and was told: "sorry its too late"... THE VERY NEXT MORNING!

I made a online purchase on May 30th 2020 I didn't receive my purchase until June 20th. When I received them my Solar Sun Faces didn't work. I called to discuss the issues about my order I can NEVER get a hold of anyone. They have an automated system that puts you in hold for hours. I would recommend No one ordering from them especially if you are expecting for something to arrive ON TIME and in working order.

I ordered something on August 27th apparently.
A label was printed for it to be shipped on August 30th. It is now September 18th and I have no delivery yet. I contacted fedex for tracking info and although the label was printed on August 30th, Brylane has yet to give it to fedex. No one can give me any information. I have, however, been billed, because the item supposedly has shipped, but it has not left the shipper. I have spoken to 14 different people including a supervisor and no one is any help whatsoever. The poor service of this company is absolutely inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from them.

I bought a bistro set online for what appeared to be a metal set. Once the shipment arrived the two chairs and the table were made out of cheap plastic. Unfortunately, there were no screws to assemble the items. I contacted customer service who told me they would only give me a 30% discount. The customer service representative could not tell the correct size screws to purchase from any big box store. I decided to return the items but could not find a return label. So I shipped it back from UPS at a cost of $90. Incidentally, I attempted several times to reach the company about obtaining a return label and they could not locate my order. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BRYLAND HOME EVER AGAIN! Cheap merchandise and exceptionally poor customer service. If I could rate them less than one star I would.

First and ONLY time customer. Placed order on 4/11, received order shipped email on 4/13 and FedEx tracking number provided. I check the tracking number and it says the label has been created but the package has not been received. Ok, cool. That's expected since its the same day. Fast forward to 7 days later and the status is the same. Label created but package has not been received.
Silly me, I call Brylane Home. Why oh why did I do that? This is thee most dishonest company I've dealt with in awhile. I was told I have to wait 30 days before cancelling the order for a refund because they have to make sure the package isn't lost. Excuse me? The package is at the warehouse. FedEx did not lose the package. After explaining to the rep, what she is saying makes sense IF the package was given to FedEx, however, that's not the case here. I asked if there is anyone they can contact to confirm where the order is. Response: No. But yet they have already billed my card and I will have to pay for an item that they are just sitting on. Horrible customer service. I was told someone would call me to discuss the issue further. Here we are 2 days later and no call. Is anyone surprised? I'm not. What I am going to do, however, is dispute the charge on my card and write a review on any and all platforms available. Oh, did I tell you they tried to charge my card TWICE for the same order? That's a whole other long story, that finally got resolved TODAY.
Please do yourself a favor and just skip past this company and all the ones affiliated with it.

I made the mistake of ordering from Brylane Home and I'm very sorry I did. First they trick you into giving your email, thinking you will get 20% off, then they immediately charge you for a trial "membership" for $1.99 the first month, and $14.99 the following months. What? Who ever heard of that? Then, I called to cancel (you can't do it any other way), and was treated as though I was lucky to get the $1.99 credited back to me. The lady on the phone acted as though she was really put out and I was interrupting her day. Shipping is another story. They say initially that your item will be delivered in 7-14 business days. Mine wasn't even shipped until day 12, and sat in Indiana for about 4 days, and was finally delivered on day 19. Not too happy about that. Then my sheer curtains, which are supposed to be pale rose, were more like a dirty brown rose. The picture actually looks better than the item, but it's obvious they don't look like the color advertised. They are so ugly. BUT trying to return, they charge you shipping again of $9.99, or you can get a e-card to buy something from them again. Why in the world would I want to do that?! I admit I took a risk ordering from them, and I'm here to warn you not to make that same mistake. Don't order from this company. They are sneaky, cheap, and their product is not as advertised. I learned to always read reviews about a company before ordering.

Bought a couple of Christmas Decorations (elves that were supposed to stand up but didn't) that did not work out so I decided to return them. BE FAIR WARNED that this process will take AT LEAST three to four weeks before you see any of your money. You also have to pay a 10% restocking fee (to cover postage I assume). The return carrier takes FOREVER to send the return, so the package stays in transit for much longer than it should. To speak of the quality of the items I purchased, they were just okay. They didn't perform as they appeared to on the website, but I also didn't do as much research as I should have. I also found the same items on another website for a lesser price (also my fault for not doing the research). This isn't why I returned them though. I just really didn't like them. Overall, I won't do business with them again, and I don't recommend them to anyone else. If you find something you can't live without on their website, do yourself a favor & search for the item on other websites.
For the record, I purchased the items about a month ago & shipped them out two weeks ago. They are still in transit & generally sit at a shipping hub for 5-7 days before they are transferred to the next stop. So far, they have only made it to NJ & I am in New England. I contacted Customer Service & they told me I may be waiting a few more weeks to receive my refund. It did NOT take that long to receive my items when I ordered them.

This site is overpriced and a scam! I ordered bedding which I really needed on 6/1. Its 6/17 and it still has not shipped. Their customer service is so bad it borders on funny. I finally spoke to a supervisor who activated free return on my items but claimed she could not cancel the order which I think is bullcrap because tje hold on the amount in bank account was released presumably because they're taking so long to fulfill so they could kill the order. Just think they know they suck and refuse to do it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! Go to Shein instead. They're in Europe and take a whole to fullfil and ship but theyre still faster than this co. In the states!

Ordered four outdoor wicker chairs on sale. One of the chairs was constructed differently than the others, it's hard to tell from afar but when you are sitting in the chairs you can tell one of them is different. Another chair did not ship with the cushion and pillow as it should have. When I chatted with customer service they were extremely unhelpful and asked me to email them a "picture of the missing items" so they could investigate. As far as I know it is impossible to email a picture of something that is MISSING from the shipment. Had better luck when I called customer service. I was told they they DO NOT ship any "replacement" parts. Explained it was not a replacement -- I never received the item. Then I was told they could still not ship any "smaller" parts and I can't send it back for an exchange because the package is too big. The only option I was offered was a 10% discount on that item, came out to about $15 refund. Had to take it since it was the ONLY option they offered.
Won't order from them again... two errors out of four products = 50% failure rate. Disappointing.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BrylaneHome AGAIN! I would give this company zero stars if I could. I ordered two items one month ago: a comforter and a bedspread. Their comforter arrived several days later, but their bedspread did not. I called customer service after a week and was told that I had to wait another week, to see if the order would still arrive. I waited and called them a week later and was now told that I had to wait a full month before they would call it lost. It was obviously lost, but that reality did not matter to the company, or that this was a gift. Now a month later and three waiting-on-line calls, after my initial order, they have finally admitted it actually never shipped. They credited back the cost of the item. I reordered the same item and asked them to waive the shipping charges since I had never received the item and it took three calls and a month to establish that fact. They would not do that. They offered nothing and were not even apologetic. They appear to not care about customer satisfaction or having reasonable, timely, workable rules. I would never order from BrylaneHome again and suggest you don't either.

I ordered a holiday centerpiece on 12/6/2021 for our family Christmas Eve dinner. Got an email saying it was shipped on 12/9/2021 and that's the last I heard from them. The Track My Package button in that email takes me to a page that says Ready To Go and no tracking number so it was definitely not shipped. I was also charged even though the item was not actually shipped out. On 12/21/2021 I called the customer service number and spoke with two people who said that the shipping label was printed and that was all that was done. No one can give me any more information about the item other than what I already knew. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to wait 20 days from the date the label was printed to consider a package lost. Seriously!? Not acceptable.
Meanwhile, I had already ordered a 2nd item on 12/13/2021, it shipped right out on 12/14/2021, and it arrived safely on 12/18/2021, so what gives? This is the only reason I have them 1 star. If it were possible to give them negative stars, I would.

I placed a order in Aug 2019. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. The prices might be right but the frustration is not worth it. If I could give them a negative STAR - I would.
The first time the product was previously used because the screws were missing from the package. They didn't want the item back and instead gave me credit.
Two of the items needed to be assembled and since I don't do well on that I placed the boxes aside until I found someone who could assembly them for me. I opened the box which was suppose to be a Kitchen Cart and what did I get? A 50 Pair Shoe Rack on Wheels. Not quite the same thing. Their standard "sorry but it is past the 60 days".
I also ordered 1 bathroom rack. When I opened the box there were 6. I called customer service and the only thing that can say "It is more than 60 days". So at the regular cost of $60 (times 5 for a total of $300) they don't want the items back because it is past the 60 days. So I'm free to sell these free bathroom racks since they don't want them back and I wasn't charge for them.

After giving this company several tries, I have had trouble with each order. This last time I contacted their resolution dept. and I remain unsatisfied and not a fan. Most recently, I ordered a dresser that didn't arrive. I was charged for it though. It tracked to a city nearby approximately one month prior to calling them about it not having yet arrived. At first, they just wanted to tell me that it's in transit, but when I pointed out how long that had been the case, they said they'd refund my money, but the amount they quoted for refund was lower than what they stated in the email they'd sent me which stated the breakdown costs (subtotal, shipping/handling, taxes) specific to this item. When I pointed this out, they said that the email information was inaccurate. I explained that the email was generated by their company. He stood by his statement. They refunded me the lower amount and I asked to be removed from their mailing list. Not the first issue with them, wasn't going to be the last. Done.
I ordered 3 shower curtains to use for another purpose. Upon receiving them, I realized they would not work and set about to return them. I attempted to let BLH know that I was returning them (following their express procedure) using the online system and ended up being charged for an additional 3 more PURCHASES of 3 each instead. When I realized their error, I contacted BLH by phone and was told i most definitely had ordered them and would have to return each of the 3 packages when they arrived. This, even though I caught their error within 18 hours and they could not have begun the shipping process yet. (It was 3 days before I got my "notice of shipping.") I am being charged the shipping on each package so THEIR MISTAKE is costing me over $30. Please be aware that this company has very poor return practice and it will cost YOU! I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN! If Amazon does not have what I want, I will do without!
I talked to 20ish different people trying to return a product within the return time limit went thru 3 supervisors who attempted to help at different times. Each attempt failed, the last one I finally received a shipping label. I put it in the mail that day 11/3, when I checked the tracking it showed it had been received so we waited for the credit. Weeks went by and no credit and than the holidays and crazy life happen and we just figured it probably had to go to China so it might take longer. So Friday 1/7 the item was returned to me, no explanation. I called them again and spoke to about 6 people and 5 of them were really nice but the last one "resolution specialist" was horrible at her job and had no customer service skills. She refused to help me and said I should have called earlier to check to see if it had been received, why would I do that when the tracking info said it was received by Pitney Bowes Return center. I will never do business with this shady company and would recommend them. I spent so much time on the phone trying to get help. Oh lastly when I made my first call, which ended because the line disconnected me right before I got to the supervisor, they blocked my number. I had to make all other calls from a different phone number.

I ordered a baker's rack from Brylane Home. When I showed the baker's rack to my friend, he said that the rack was going to be too small for the space that I had. I went on-line to start a return but was told that I had to contact customer service. When I contacted customer service the lady told me that she couldn't give me a return label and that I would have to return it myself. ( Do you know how heavy a baker's rack is?) I will never buy anything else from Brylane Home) So now I have to give the baker's rack away because it will cost more to send it back than it actually cost.

They sent me the completely wrong item. When I started a chat, she basically told me I was lying. When I sent her a picture, she said, "I can't open that file. BYE!"
They told me I could return their mistake for a refund. Well it was a comforter and it no longer fit in the box... so I had to find a new one to ship it in. That wasn't the problem however. I told them I work 90+/week; I'm in the office before the post office opens every day and after it closes. By the time I sent it back, it was just a few days late. They sent it back to me without a refund or any attempt to help. I have a disgusting olive and brown comforter that I absolutely did not order, and it got back to me on the exact day of my move, in a gigantic box that I could not accommodate anywhere so I had to donate it. The manager I spoke to was a complete unprofessional butthole. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE! They "don't even make it in olive." BS. They are negligent, unprofessional and tacky, and horribly misinformed about their own products. Do not do business with them!

In early June I made a $107.37 bath towel catalog mail order. After 30 days I had not received anything and the auto phone system said that I had no order. So I waited for a customer rep. She was nice but could not give me any information other than there was no record of my order. My check had not been cashed. The following day I got an email saying that they never got my check, but since the Virus it takes Brylane 6 weeks to get to a mail-in order. By this time (30 days after my order) all but one of the items I ordered were out of stock. I figured the post office or Brylane lost my check. BUT today, July 23, I received a refund check from Brylane for only $35 with no explanation of where the rest of my money or order was, so I called. Today's customer rep did not even let me tell her about their refund check and she hung up on me. I called again. This rep kept claiming that I had made 2 orders and the check was for the small order. I tried to tell him that I only made one order and one check, but he kept insisting that I made 2 separate orders. He did end up explaining that some items are in the mail and others back ordered till October, but he also rudely claimed that I was moody etc. If I never get my items I will file with Consumer Affairs, and because of today's rudeness I will never order from them again. I have ordered from Brylane since about 2007, and this was the first horrible treatment, but it was so horrible that I will not risk ordering from them ever again.

I do not recommend this company or any of the others associated with this company: Roaman's, Jessica London, King Size, Woman Within or anyone else. If not needed to buy from all of them often, they will without letting a customer; no matter how much one's purchased in past, they will cancel your account. I was cut off from BrylaneHomes several years ago. I tried to buy something for Christmas back late November, early December told could not use card. I could use my Roaman's card as 90 day deferred. Did so. That card - with an outstanding balance on the account - now closed as of February 6 2020. This done without letting me know. Seems closed due to inactivity. Really? With an open, outstanding balance?. I tried making another purchase with the BrylaneHomes account since they were sending me advertisements and catalogs I thought reopened. Nope. Nor will they reopen. I have to reapply for a credit card. My card was a PLATINUM card. Should be since a good customer. Not so. I will be cancelling all the aforementioned cards.

This was my first, and last purchase from BrylaneHome. My wife wanted to replace our outdoor Christmas wreaths so I bought a set of six (6) from Brylane to have matching decorations across the upstairs windows. When they arrived, we discovered Brylane had shipped the wrong size wreathes and that most of the lights didn't work. I ordered 18" wreathes and they shipped 12", so I called today to get a return authorization. 45 minutes and three different customer "service" agents later, I gave up. All I wanted was an email with a return authorization before I shipped the wreathes back so I had some kind of proof they were ever received, in my possession and then shipped back out. I was told they are unable to email customers? And that I would have to take their word for the promise to refund my credit card, which would happen only after they receive the goods back in Plainfield, IN. Oh, and I am also responsible for going to FedEx or UPS or USPS and paying for the return shipping. "But it's ok because their back office staff will refund my costs for shipping when I mail them the receipts...". I guess they figure if they make it hard enough to do, some people just won't bother returning the incorrect items they ship out. Next step, dispute charges with Visa.
