I ordered their multi-colored globe-shaped Christmas tree lights like the kind I remember so well on our trees as a kid. They came today, and I've strung them onto our tree. They work perfectly, are the same colors I remembered, and bring back lots of childhood memories. They really give the tree pizzazz, along with the separate strings of smaller led lights that I purchased elsewhere. This is very nice.
I called their customer service number. After 25 key strokes I finally got a rep. There was a delay in the phone signal and rep did not understand me. A rooster was crowing in the back ground. I asked what it was and she said it's morning here in the Philippines. She told me she could not help and to call the cc bank. She gave me the same number I reached her though. This company is a joke. If you need more stress in you're life this company can provide it. They add late fees to your purchase balance and charge interest on the total. Bills are mailed to a PO Box in Dallas TX and arbitrarily charge me a late fee. Fraudulent Fraudulent Fraudulent. RUN!

I ordered a gravity chair last year from this company from one of their mega deals that cost 80 dollars. And they sent me a damaged item. I ask for a return shipping information with no reply I'm stuck with a broken chair, Now a credit management collector called Midland is trying to bill me 300 dollars.they have threatened my credit if I don't pay. The email only will allow me to make a payment. No other option so I cannot reply. This company is a fraud reporting lies. Commodity bank is blackmail to ruin people's credit or pay bogus charges please avoid this company before you get involved because once they have your first order they have you scammed... They need investigated for being a fraudulent scam.

Be very aware paid my bill in full last November and just recently found out they were charging me 2 dollars every month on interest on 0 balance credit acct FRAUD. This is against the law to charge interest when after an account has been paid in full.
They wany me to MAIL it to them. This is very piss poor customer service. I don't have the extra money to wait. I didnt receive my package and now I either want refund or credit. I don't really want credit cause I'm not dealing woth this business anymore. I would give it 1/2 a star. The person had no concern or care. They just wanted me to print form and MAIL. I would be very skeptical about ordering from here.
Don't buy from Brylane! After receiving a broken item I tried to exchange, I got the run around from different departments. Finally got a stupid supervisor Marissa that wanted me to pay for shipping their broken item back. Then got a specialist that is mailing me a return label in 7-10 days which I'm sure I won't receive but I have to drop off at post office, it's a god damn raised planter and it's heavy! Will never buy a damn thing from them again! Go to wayfair! Much better company! Brylane is not worth crap anymore!
I ordered 2 curtains (thankfully started with small order.). At the time of order estimated delivery date of two weeks. After about 3 weeks with nothing, not even an e mail I go trying to track my package. It didn't even start shipping until after projected delivery date. They originally would just post a new expected delivery date, however since each one was not met it now just says "soon". I've received packages from China in less time.
They will create a shipping label so they can consider your order "processed" and collect the money, but won't ship it. 20 days after saying my order had shipped, it was still sitting in their warehouse "waiting on carrier to pick up", and good luck getting their customer service to help you. They will get rude with you and tell you they can't do anything until your order doesn't show up after 20 days. I actually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN! Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

The biggest tip I can give you is to shop elsewhere. Brylane Home, Beauty Brands, and the rest of their companies are a bunch of crooks and lyars.

I returned 3 items from my order. I connected them to get a status update because nothing was showing on my account. I used the return label and packing slip that was provided and the said they could not do anything and hopefully it would arrive before return window ends even though I mailed almost a month before the period ended. I explained I just wanted my refund so I could order new items for my new home and they said they cannot do anything. This is why people order from wayfair, target, kohl's, and Amazon! Customer service matters. Now I'm paying interest on a credit card purchases because they can not get their business in order. Ridiculous! Very disappointed!

26 mins hold to have agent hang up on me. Wanted to return $126 package delivered to my address in error but agent hung up on me? I suspect this was a gift but local thrift shop will get brand new item. Customer service is atrocious.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
-I purchased items over the phone, and was sent the incorrect items.
-I attempted to place another order, they put the second order in wrong again
-I wanted a shipping label so I could return the items that were sent me, but costumer service told me I had to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me the wrong items
-Upon fully taking items out of packaging, products were damaged
-I called again to voice my concern and was given the run around. I was finally told to email the claims department.
Don't waste your time or money! This was possibly the worst costumer service I've ever received. There was a lack of communication as costumer service is located in another country and there is a big language barrier. It's better to stick with the bigger brand companies who make it easier to shop with,-Amazon, Wayfair, and countless others.

Jersey sheets are like T shirt material and should never pill or shrink like that. Customer service would not do anything to compensate me at all!

This is the worst company I've ever Put up with trying to return an items. The scarves and panels do not match the bedspread they are very blue and they should be seaglass which is on the green side. One is damaged lines going through it besides the color wrong. For me to return them I have to take a loss of $60. Worst damn company I've ever dealt with in all my years of buying. I will never buy from them again and trust me if you think you're going to exchange something and get your money back you are totally mistaken. Think twice before buying from them. I'm very pissed off. I'm also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Spent close to $300 on an office chair that said it was specifically for big and tall people. Four months of use and the cylinder isn't working, so the chair constantly sinks. I submitted a request to return the chair and was told all returns must happen within 60 days of purchase. Do NOT buy from this company! Their products are cheaply made,

I ordered draperies from this company with super fast delivery. It is now four days later and customer service refuses to tell me if my package has been shipped. I have received no emails regarding delivery or shipping either. When pressing their customer service reps, they are rude and say they have no information. After explaining that I'll just cancel my order and refuse delivery, the rep said he will cancel the items to be shipped from their warehouse. So I then proceeded to say, if you can cancel items that haven't shipped, why can't you see if my package has shipped? I then requested a manager and they have me on hold. They charge an extra $17 for super fast delivery but don't ship out the merchandise. They sure took the money out of my account with super lightening speed, though.
The handles break off in your hand as you stir fruit into cereal, mixing tuna, cutting vegetables, etc. I have called as well as emailed and the company says sorry. I am single and was traveling so flatware was not used since I traveled most of May and June. Now that I have company, it is embarrassing that the silverware is breaking off in my company's hands.

I ordered a pop up tree that was estimated to be delivered on 11/22. When I go in to track my order it shows a fedex tracking number but fedex doesn't show picking it up. I've chatted two times with customer service and all they can tell me is I have to wait 20 days in order for them to claim it as lost. Well, it's not lost if it never left your facility. I will not order from this company again!

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and paid 10.00 for shipping. I am used to free shipping so I expected something else. So as of now my tracking still says shipped but waiting for USPS to give a label. Every day the expected delivery date changes. Lol glad I did not need this fast. I will never order from this site ever again.

I ordered an item 12/3/21 and it said it was shipped 12/6/21 and gave me a fedex number that fedex said does not exist. I complained twice through chat and they said the carrier must have incorrectly recorded the fedex number but never did anything to find out where my package was and said at 20 days after ship date said you can cancel. I cancelled. They need to have a better way to find your package.

Products received were very poor quality and not what was represented in the catalog or online. Attempting to return the products for refund is a HASSLE due to ridiculous long hold times (up to and over an hour) waiting for a customer service representative, then it takes forever for the return credit to be processed and shop up on your account. It must be there theory that you will eventually give up if they put you on hold long enough or take for ever to refund your money on returns. Strongly advise not doing business with this company or the many associated companies.

Brylane Homes continually puts ads with promo codes that do not work and when you call customer service they cannot help whatsoever. They say they don't have the item for that promo. I have the ad right in my hand. This happens all the time. I will no longer EVER order anything from this company. Customer Service tries to get you to order from the price without the promo code. Scam company. Wanted snowman pathway lights. Online had for $34.99 ship 9.99. Promo code did not work. Expiration of ad was 01/02/2022. Just received this Sunday and went to order 5 days later.

I purchased an item from them and cannot get a delivery date. The support people were rude and one even told me good luck with trying to get shipping info. They said i had to wait 30 days until a shipment was declated lost. Then they would start an investigation.

I have had good success in the previous years but this year has been a nightmare! Ordered new curtains for my house - took forever but finally got them. Next I decided new curtains for another room & when I received them, I only got 5 though I ordered 6. I was told by customer service that she couldn't send another curtain without charging me, even though the invoice enclosed with the order shows I was charged for 6! Why should I have to pay for their mistake? Good customer service would have said, ‘So sorry, ma'am, I'll get that 6th curtain to you overnight!' Very very bad - I hope to never deal with this company again.
