I ordered their multi-colored globe-shaped Christmas tree lights like the kind I remember so well on our trees as a kid. They came today, and I've strung them onto our tree. They work perfectly, are the same colors I remembered, and bring back lots of childhood memories. They really give the tree pizzazz, along with the separate strings of smaller led lights that I purchased elsewhere. This is very nice.
I called their customer service number. After 25 key strokes I finally got a rep. There was a delay in the phone signal and rep did not understand me. A rooster was crowing in the back ground. I asked what it was and she said it's morning here in the Philippines. She told me she could not help and to call the cc bank. She gave me the same number I reached her though. This company is a joke. If you need more stress in you're life this company can provide it. They add late fees to your purchase balance and charge interest on the total. Bills are mailed to a PO Box in Dallas TX and arbitrarily charge me a late fee. Fraudulent Fraudulent Fraudulent. RUN!
I ordered two pop up trees on the December 2. They said fedex picked up on the 4th but Ced Ex said they have never received the products. I even paid the exposure fees. They say they can't do anything until I get the trees but that they did delivery them. Why would fedex lie. It's been 10 days for an order that was paid to be delivered in 4 days. Tried to speak to supervisor. Absolute help and very rude. Asked for her name and she said sure and hung up on me. I called again after confirming with Fed Ex that they never received the items called them back. Girl was nice said I should get this week or next week at latest but can't promise by Christmas. What is this they are Christmas trees. You know the saying if someone does something right you may tell 2 people. Ut if someone does wrong you tell everyone. I have posted in Facebook and instagram never to buy from this company and with my 11,098 members I hope they go out of business. Just the worst and customer service is crazy. If they have -10 I would rate them that.

I bough a hamper, as I tried to put it together, it literally fell apart! Called them for a refund, gave me a really hard time and finally gave me HALF my money. Then tried to return curtains. I was redecorating my house, by the time I got to the curtains it was passed their return policy. I had ordered them twice without realizing, so i had extra curtains. They were still in original packaging, not even touched but they wouldn't work with me at all! I didn't want my money back cause I realized it was late, but at least a credit would be nice. Horrible customer service.

Spent $140 on 2 planters. They were nothing like im the picture... very poorly made. I mailed them back. So paid shipping twice. They claimed i sent them past the 60 day return policy which is inaccurate. I still hv the proof. They claim they wont send me the packagr back either. I guess they are pocketing all of this $$$on returns based on all of the horrible reviews. I wish o had looked at the reviews FIRST.

The span of time between the time I ordered to the time I got my refund was right at 2 months. I didn't get a full refund because they charge $10 to ship things back as well as a nonrefundable $8.99 for the original shipping. I spent $46.31 and got $26.55 back. I order the comforter a size smaller to avoid it dragging on my floor like shown in their ad and the full size comforter still touched the ground on my queen size bed, which is why I returned it. So not only was the product disappointing but so was the customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought a brnch and called back to cancel, since it was in backorder. The person I spoke to told me she would cancel it. I received an email that it had been sent, and rejected it when it came. They refunded everything but the shipping, and refuse even a supervisor, by the name of: Manny. This is so bad the way they did business, I closed the card with them, and will never buy anything again, not that it matters to them.

I placed a phone order on 10/1/21., because they told me I would only receive the discounted catalog prices by phone order. The first order was butchered when I read the confirmation. I called and they corrected the order over the phone. I received another confirmation. Today is 10/9/21 and I received a letter claiming they do not recognize my Brylane credit card number in their system. Unbelievable! I tried to call them and was hung up on, transferred, transferred, transferred, until they disconnected me. What has happened to this company?

I placed an order, on 9/17/21, for three items. I was told all were in stock and should receive them within 4 days. I item did arrive. The second was supposedly shipped the nest day, but was sent to Ohio when I live in MA. It has been sitting there since. I called to question it and was told by their standard it is not late, they have up to 30 business days to ship. Since when do they get to charge your card and sit on the shipping? The third item is now listed as back ordered, which I canceled. I have been doing business with Bryland for years and have seen their customer service go straight to the toilet. They have lost my business forever.

Secondly, I then purchased an item with my Pay Pal account and now I can't exchane it for another item because it didn't fit. I don't need to do business with company like this., I have been a Brylanne Customer for 20 plus years. Too Bad!
I made the mistake and ordered a chair from these people. I checked the items and the pole and the accessories for the chair are missing. I have been tried for over 20 hours and no one will answer the phone. I can not add photos because i sitting on the phone right now waiting on them not to answer.

I placed a order 900.00 plus over 3 weeks ago! I was told it would deliver in 7-10 days. The reason is due to the pandemic which is been a year and a half, is the reason that they can't ship it. You would think in a year and a half a company at this size could figure out how to get the customers packages delivered. They Cannot give me any date for shipping! But they sure did take my $900. DO NOT order anything from this company you can't get it canceled and they will not deliver it horrible company!

I ordered several cushions from this company on 4/16/21. As of 5/4/21 I had received all but 2. I called the company, waited on hold for 22 minutes, no one answered. Reached out by Chat, but unavailable, so I emailed them. Only other option I had! No reply. Emailed again, 5/12/21, Chat still unavailable, no reply. Emailed 3rd time, 7/4/21, no reply again. Finally on 7/19/21 I got someone on the phone after a 15 minute hold! They refused to credit my account, stating that I waited too long to reach out to them. It had been over 60 days, and they said my order was delivered. I explained part of it was received, but not two of the cushions. They wouldn't budge. So therefore, I have cancelled my account with them, never to do business with them again!

I really like Brylane Home products, my family has always been patrons of them for decades. However, my personal experience with their payment process has put me so off, I don't ever want to shop with them again. Before I even started shopping, I had only received 1 of 2 gift cards my mom had sent via email, and she had to struggle with their customer service for a week before cancelling the card that didn't make it to me. Oh well, right? I thought that would've been the worst of it. NOPE.
I used a gift card to pay for the bulk of my holiday order, I only had to pay $10 to cover the entire thing. But somehow, their system messed up the gift card redemption and, rather than my gift card having a remaining balance of $43, I was charged for $43. They ended up refunding that on their own, but that $43 never returned to my gift card or credited to my account. This was made evident when it was time for my backordered items to ship and my bank card was fully charged for those items.

I ordered 3 items. All were confirmed to be in stock. Upon receiving order, the invoice says 1 item is on backorder. I would never have ordered if I knew that. I also paid extra cost for super fast shipping of all 3 items. I called them & they would not even give me any kind of discount. Also the item on backorder will be shipped standard after I already paid super fast shipping. What a total ripoff! NEVER AGAIN!

Ive ordered several items and have been satisfied with each. My wife is going to have stem cell transplant so I ordered a pop up christmas tree the lady was very nice and polite. While waiting on the tree that the lady said would be delived to my p. O. Box no problem they will not honor this now and costumer service was so rude and nasty. Just dont understand why they have no compassion for the sick. Im not home and cant drive every day to see if its been delivered to our house which is four hoirs away. When I was told it would be delivered to my po box.

I just had the worst experience with this company. I ordered 2 curtain panels from. I received 1 in the mail and was charged for that one. Then I find out the 2nd curtain panel is backordered and then they cancel that order all together. So, I'm left with 1 curtain panel - not what I ordered. I read their return policy and tried to print a return label online, but was unable so I called them. They tell me their system won't bring up the curtain panel they sent AND charged me for so they are unable to issue a return label and I must pay out of my pocket to return an item that in reality was not what I ordered. A manager said this would be cheaper because they would have charged me $9.99 for the return label... this is NOT in their return policy if you go read it online. Absolutely ridiculous & terrible customer service. I will never order from this joke of a company again & neither should you.

Bryland Home's catalog offered 40 percent off and free shipping with an order of $75 or more; however, when I tried to enter the item number, it said the item couldn't be found. Before that, when I went through the online site without giving a catalog number, the item was available--for approximately $40 more. I'm tossing the catalog and writing them off.

This company will not correct the error of its employees but instead will inconvenience the customer. There is no way that supervisors can't contact the shipping department to cancel an order that was canceled with a representative, but because the representative doesn't understand English very well and has a issue understanding that I wanted the order canceled and I will place the order through the internet. I didn't receive a confirmation email about the order, I found out when I checked my banking account.
Speaking to a supervisor doesn't help she tells the customer they will have to return it when it arrives, that will be a double shipment and I will have to wait until the shipment arrives and take it to the post office. Horrible customer service, I will not order here again and do not recommend anyone else to use them.

I placed an order 2 days ago over the phone and waited for the order confirmation to be emailed. Didn't receive anything after 24 hours. I called cs and was told that the order confirmation went to the wrong email address. Have them.the correct email and they still couldn't send a confirmation because it was too late. The system wouldn't let them. So without a confirmation I don't feel comfortable about this purchase so I tried to cancel the order and was told it was too late. So basically I have no confirmation no tracking information. Talking to cs is like leaving the U.S. and going to Asia somewhere so you can barely understand them.
If the package ever arrives I'll be sending it right back to them.

I purchases six of these planters which are so poorly made. It can not hand a simply Rose plant. It is buckling with the weight of the soil. The top is so thin that it broke off when i was moving it. Brylane product is over prices and the quality is so pooooooor. They refuse to refund my money.

Placed order on 7/13 spent $31.98 for super fast shipping. Placed second order on 7/15 with standard shipping. Received second order quickly and still haven't received first order. Excuses range from COVID safety measures to Not being able to control the shippers to everyone but themselves charging outrageous money for not doing their jobs. Told me to check back with them tomorrow and if I have not received it by then then they will expedite it. Exactly what does that mean and why are they not reimbursing me the $31.98 for the shipping fees they pocketed?

The customer service of this company is horrible! I placed an order and was told I was eligible for 20% off and free shipping, but at checkout was not able to get those incentives, like a stupid fool, I want ahead with my order, but then shortly after I placed it, I decided to call and cancel, the person on the phone said it was cancelled, but the next day I hadn't received and email confirming the cancelation, so I called again, now I'm told its too late to cancel, It hasn't been shipped, but no provisions to cancel!

Ordered first and last order in feb. Recieved bedspread. Kitchen trash can $80 to this day has never arrived. According to brylane my fault because even though they said would not charge to my account with they did right away and said was back ordered I was past 60 days for returns and could not get get money back. Hard to return something you never recieved.The agents were hostile. I supplied the fedx delivery number which had made a delivery label but never recieved the package from factory. Was my fault and no refund. Do not order from this company. They do not keep track of your order and take your money. I just spent an hour+ trying to place an order from the catalog by using their online order system. When I got to the total, I had been charged the full amount of the order, not the sale price. I called customer service and explained what had happened. Their answer was to continue charging the full price because I was placing the order online. So, I asked if I call in my order, will I receive the sale price that way. The answer was "no" because telephone orders are always charged the full price, never a sale price. So far, I haven't figured out how to ever order anything from them without using my computer or the telephone. I didn't try using mail…. I don't think that would have worked, either. I am disgusted with this company. I will never order from them again, and I asked to be removed from their mailing list. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
