I ordered their multi-colored globe-shaped Christmas tree lights like the kind I remember so well on our trees as a kid. They came today, and I've strung them onto our tree. They work perfectly, are the same colors I remembered, and bring back lots of childhood memories. They really give the tree pizzazz, along with the separate strings of smaller led lights that I purchased elsewhere. This is very nice.
I called their customer service number. After 25 key strokes I finally got a rep. There was a delay in the phone signal and rep did not understand me. A rooster was crowing in the back ground. I asked what it was and she said it's morning here in the Philippines. She told me she could not help and to call the cc bank. She gave me the same number I reached her though. This company is a joke. If you need more stress in you're life this company can provide it. They add late fees to your purchase balance and charge interest on the total. Bills are mailed to a PO Box in Dallas TX and arbitrarily charge me a late fee. Fraudulent Fraudulent Fraudulent. RUN!
Got a catalog last week. The prices are a little high. Got a sale catalog today that says everything in the catalog is 40% off. The problem is, they doubled the price and then took 40% off. The sale catalog is higher priced than the regular. Keep your eyes open. There are no real sales with Brylane.

Placed a $435 order in April 2. Called customer service 10 days after placing to check on shipping. Was told the warehouse was backed up, and as a courtesy the company was sending the order with expedited shipping. 4/20, I finally get shipping email. Carrier is said to be USPS. When I check tracking, USPS says they are still not in receipt of the items. I called customer service to check on the issue, was spoken to as if I were stupid, and ultimately told I needed to wait an additional 30 days to file a claim with USPS. There was no professional conversation, and being condescended when I asked for clarity is unacceptable. I will file fraudulent charges with my bank to recover funds. DO NOT EVER waste your time or hard earned income on their sh*tty service. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I recently ordered a Chenille bedspread, washed it before putting it on the bed, only to fine out it was a king instead of a queen! So needless to say I couldn't return the thing! On top of that, it's the worst quality ever! It sheds like crazy! The only thing I liked about it was the color. I was so disappointed!

Brylane says it will ship product within a reasonable timeframe and then simply doesn't ship it. They blame the product manufacturer (for my order, I believe this is Skylane) and say that they can e-mail Skylane but do not know when Skylane will reply. To that I say: if you can't manage your supply, that is not the customer's problem. Stop advertising that manufacturer's product and misrepresenting that it can be shipped within 2 weeks if that's not true. I spent $860 at this company that said the product would arrive at my house within 7-12 business days. It is now 17 business days past when I submitted my order, and it still has not even shipped, nobody can tell me when it will ship, and it definitely is no where near arrival at my house. Based on the other reviews, I fear the condition it will arrive in, and I dread a return scenario. This place is a logistical mess.

I ordered a little dog holding a bear very small wasn't the same as book so I returned it. Iam being called everyday saying I have a past due amount. I have spoke to 3 people telling them I return it. So they put it on my credit as being late 2 months. I wrote to the BBB and bryland answer by saying they don't give out personal information. I will never order anything from bryland. I plan to hire attorney!

I ordered a trash can and it came in an undamaged box but the can was very damaged. How's that? They sent me a new trash can and told me they would charge me for it and reverse the charges once they received the damaged one which I returned in a timely manner. I paid my bill in full the 1st billing cycle except for the replacement can charges. Fast forward 4 months later - brylane's cc dept is trying to charge me $69.22 because brylane, initially failed to remove the replacement shipping fees, ($10.90) until last month. After monthly phone calls, the cc dept has "graciously" informed me that they can remove 1 late fee charge but I'm responsible for the remaining $34.22. I informed scott I am not responsible for one cent! I call SCAM tactics - and am interested in finding how many more they have done this to. I AM contacting the BBB and Consumer Protection but wonder if this wouldn't qualify for a class action down the road?!?!

I ordered two pieces that are 6' high. Ended up in a Fed-Ex facility for a week. I called Fed-Ex they said that the shipper had restrictions and I could not place a trace they would have to call. I called Brylane, offered to confrence in Fed-Ex... no mam we don't talk to Fed-Ex. Then go to a manager- no, we will not speak to them, we wait 20 days and if you do not receive the package we issue a refund. TWENTY DAYS. And yet they could not stay on the phone for 5-10 minutes more to just "okay" a trace with Fed-Ex. If these things ever arrive, it will be the last I order from this company.

I bought 3 sets of golden china dishes, the merchandise was factory damaged and before I buy I made sure that I can return it. They gave me a very hard time, turning me around from one extension to another and from one supervisor to another. At then end one of their supervisor agreed to take the order back, she told me that return labels will be emailed. It's been now a week that I don't get any labels. I called them they said that they won't take it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I was trying to return an item as the color is not what was expected and the needed color was not available on their website, even though I had previously purchased it there. Due to Covid-19 and quarantining, it was difficult to return the item in a timely fashion. Return policy is 60 days. The order date on the receipt was October 28 and I shipped it back from the Post Office on December 28th. That's 60 or 61 days depending on how you count it. I didn't even ask for a refund, I would accept a credit for a future purchase. The item was returned to me saying it was received too late. Really, for one day! I frequently purchase from this company, but, if an exception can't be made during a PANDEMIC, I feel their customer care is lacking and will never purchase from them again. I tried calling the Corporate HQ and left 2 messages... so far no call back!

I was thrilled to find exactly what I needed and placed the order for 2 matching items in mid - May. One of the items that was ordered arrived in late July and the other half in mid - August. Numerous phone calls and emails... long waits on the phone, lots of promiises and it was always "in process of shipping!" What arrived was very good BUT I will never look at anything from Brylane again - website or catalog... and certainly would never order from them again. BUYER BEWARE!

Realizing I made a mistake I called IMMEDIATELY after placing an order held on 20 minutes, emailed as I continued to hold. Took them A WEEK to answer then said it was too late to cancel ask for their return policy A WEEK later told me it would cost me $9.99 to use the return label no refund only exchange.

The carrier that the company hired lost the packages, I never received the items and they want me to wait 14 days to request my refund. The customer service representatives are so grosses and uneducated people. I canceled the credit card.

I used my line of credit and paid off the balance, never missing a payment or being late. At the end of June 2019, after finding out that found that I was charged a membership fee of $19.00, I contacted Comenity Bank to have the charge removed. They instructed me to contact Brylane Home customer service which I did. Three days later I received a response that the charge would be credited. Fast forward 2 weeks and the charge is still on my account and was never credited. I send another message and finally on July 27th, I received an email that the charge was credited. Today, August 14th, I receive my statement expecting a zero balance and low and behold, I find that there are 2 late fee charges due to the membership fee I never authorized plus interest charges and now I owe them $51.00. Stay away from them!
The purchase I made was Feb 28. My credit card was charged for the amount of the purchase and on March 6, it was charged $16.15 for shipping. Fine all is well. It took 3 weeks for my purchase to arrive and never showed any tracking information. On April 6th I was checking my account, low and behold there is another chatge from Brylane Home for $16.15, applied on April 5th! I tried to call, no answer. I tried to chat on line, no answer. I finally sent an email. No reply. Sent another email, still no reply. I'll take this as far as I can, to get my money back. I'll take it to the attorney General if I have to. The amount is not that concerning, but the unauthorized use of the card is!

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered 2 camp chairs in February, 2021. They were on backorder. After receiving several postcards saying they're still on backorder, I got a postcard saying my order was canceled because they couldn't fill the order. They charged me for ONE chair. I disputed the charge and my credit card company took the charge off my account. Now Brylane Home/FullBeauty Brands sent the matter to a collection agency. They insist they shipped one chair. At no time did they notify me that one chair shipped and at no time was either of the two chairs I ordered received.

I ordered a bedspread set, only opened the outer wrapping, did not like the color and returned it. After the order was returned, I got an email stating the return was successful and I had a balance of 2$ and some cents, which I paid. A few weeks passed and I got a bill for 40$, which I felt I didn't owe. Bryland Home has raised the late fee for me to pay to almost 400$ and I get at least 8-10 calls a day from Commentity Bank.

We ordered 4 extra wide outdoor recliners with cushions on April 27. It was supposed to be a two week delivery. I have called numerous times only to be told various stories. Finally, we just received our new Brylanhome magazine. The chairs are now $20 cheaper. Since we have not yet received the chairs, I asked for a price adjustment. I was told that I would have to cancel the order and reorder. I requested to speak with the supervisor numerous times. I was simply put on hold and told no, the customer service person could not understand the questions I asked OR she chose not to answer. I was told on June 30, that the new delivery date was July 12. So today she told me I would get them tomorrow. I repeated the fact that I had not received any information on them. She said the new ship date is end of July. Geeeeeez. Do not order from them. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I agree with other commenters that in order for this company to survive, they need to stop using the company they are outsourcing to. They frequently or should I say convieniently, 'lose' alot of their returns, sticking the customer with the bill. Then if you refuse to pay for item that you can clearly show them was 'tracked' by USPS, who then sends it to Pitney Bowes, who seems to take 2 or more months to get it to there warehouse, yet they Still say they've not yet received it, or it was ' lost', this has happened repeatedly to me, so I've given up on them, will not order from them again.

I placed an order a month ago and I STILL haven't gotten it! I will never order from them again. Never got an email saying it shipped. Then the tracking info said it would be here March 31, then it changed to the 2nd, the other day it's said the 9th and NOW the 12th! That's almost one month since I placed my order and the site said for standard shipping expect your order to arrive in 7-10 business days. My order was placed on the 19th. Don't order from this place.

I've never dealt with the worst company brylanehome and the bank community. They are ruthless. They start calling 804am. Till 800pm they call my home #then they call cell # when I tell them I can't pay now do to no income. Do to 24-hour covid-19 they call my husbands cell. They don't care. I will never never deal with this bank. Or company ever again. I think people should no with kind of disgraceful people they are
In short, I was signed up for a membership just by entering my email for a new order. The new credit card came with a coupon code that doesn't work. Trying to get anybody to address either issue has been impossible!
