The caps were what I expected and were delivered in a timely manner. Ellis at customer service was very helpful throughout the process (and it was long on my part). I would purchase from them again.
The most popular ones are always sold out Ie. Man and Woman of God. As such, is there a limit on quanties to purchase these items. If not, can one be implemented? My company's greatest demand for these items are prior to Mother's and Father's Days as well as in August/September during revival season.
Some of the hats are amazing but I also bought some white baseball caps and they are not the same ones that I ordered and the brim on a bunch of the hats are not aligned dead in the middle so it looks like it's shifted to the side, pretty disappointed with the results
My experience was absolutely horrible and I am completely dissatisfied with Buck wholesale. I will never order from them ever again. I also closed my account with the company. They seem to be unconcerned with the fact that my order was NEVER delivered and they claimed they "investigated" yet the result was that it had been delivered and my claim was denied. Also the shipping cost for the order was only aboit $2.00 less than the total for the order. It seems to me that they are uncaring about small orders. Buck wholesale is a horrible business and I would NOT recommend anyone order anything from them. I give them negative 5 stars.
