The caps were what I expected and were delivered in a timely manner. Ellis at customer service was very helpful throughout the process (and it was long on my part). I would purchase from them again.
The most popular ones are always sold out Ie. Man and Woman of God. As such, is there a limit on quanties to purchase these items. If not, can one be implemented? My company's greatest demand for these items are prior to Mother's and Father's Days as well as in August/September during revival season.

Buck's is the best value hats on the market
The above is very true. But, for the very small business on a shoestring start paying for shipping under $250.00 is a little to much for us. I had to pay an extra $14.97 for Shipping. That brought the hats up to $1.76 each. I looked on other sites with free shipping for a lot less, but not the same quality hats. The last time I bought hats from you the cost was $1.25 each, now it's $1.39 each. I will probably continue to use you, but when my supplies run down to the bare bones. Shipping really kills the little guy.

This was super easy. Too bad the camo was sold out but hey, I love these and will order again. It's nice to find lower profile caps for us ladies. Shipping took a while being Covid and all. If you want your order quicker, definitely order expedited shipping.

Customer service needs to be more readily available and when ordering 20 hats online only to find out that four are in stock via email the following Monday is disheartening. You need to clean up your process for ordering...
Ive shop hear before excellent service But some of the hats I received were lightly faded
This is my second order and thoroughly pleased with first one and impressed with ease of reorder. The product was consistent and just what I needed.
I basically knew what I was looking for. Would love 2 tone colors.
The hat is bent I put in my notes please do not bend but it arrived with one side with wrinkles and bent. Not happy no need to ever order again.
