The caps were what I expected and were delivered in a timely manner. Ellis at customer service was very helpful throughout the process (and it was long on my part). I would purchase from them again.
The most popular ones are always sold out Ie. Man and Woman of God. As such, is there a limit on quanties to purchase these items. If not, can one be implemented? My company's greatest demand for these items are prior to Mother's and Father's Days as well as in August/September during revival season.

Customer service needs to be more readily available and when ordering 20 hats online only to find out that four are in stock via email the following Monday is disheartening. You need to clean up your process for ordering...
Ive shop hear before excellent service But some of the hats I received were lightly faded
The hat is bent I put in my notes please do not bend but it arrived with one side with wrinkles and bent. Not happy no need to ever order again.

As always, fast and easy. I had been waiting a couple of weeks to get a specific style and color hat and was notified by email when the shipment arrived. Typed in style number and had the order placed in a couple of minutes. It is always a pleasure dealing with these folks.
Shipping prices need to be shown prior to entering in payment info. Otherwise everything was great.
