I placed my order and picked the next available time. When the time had come and gone I tried to find a way to contact the customer service to find out what was happening and I was only given an email address. I have sent an email about 3 hours ago and haven't heard anything and my order still hasn't been delivered. I have requested a refund but after reading some reviews I get the impression that that might not happen. I guess that if they don't want to refund me then I will have to contact my credit card about the transaction.
I've ordered many times, spending thousands of dollars in total. Sent an email asking for clarification after I noticed a ***30%*** markup on items delivered (their Facebook page clearly states no markups). I've since sent multiple emails without so much as a reply. Scammy, sketchy, bad company - who absolutely ghosts previously loyal customers?
They make you forcefully tip a minimum of $5. On top of that they charge $1 per item to pick up! And they charge you delivery fee. On top of all this, things are charged at a 100% high premium. And then they will cancel the order on you. Used once. Will never ever use again!
Tip for consumers:
dont use it.not recommended
I placed an order totalling $320, that was shipped to my old address. Support informed me that despite the fact that I contacted them to change the shipping address, I could not be refunded, as the old address was still on file. I'm now out $320 and my next months worth of food. Also, between placing the order (for $240) and billing, the prices all jumped a total of $100. Because of this, I'm now going to the food bank.
EDIT:
An hour after I posted this review, Inabuggy retrieved my groceries and issued a refund for the item partially eaten. I may change this review to something more positive in the future after one more order attempt.
Tip for consumers:
Go directly to store and order from them instead of using this service.
Products used:
Groceries, food delivery
My first order was canceled without comment or explanation. The feedback email listed on their site is a bunk email (undeliverable). This feels scammy and illegitimate overall. Will be changing my banking info as I'm not sure who or what I allowed to make transactions on my card.
I was just about to place a very small order but I'm glad I read the reviews before doing so and putting in my credit card info.
J'ai passé ma commande et je ne l'ai jamais reçu. Il a fallu que j'appelle pour me faire dire que les articles étaient en rupture de stock.

Shawn, we have walked you though the steps to change your delivery address. At which point you didn't, which is why the groceries were delivered to your old address. In addition - we have refunded this order, and worked with you based on our response standards.
Please note, that the following language and verbal abuse you've sent to our employees will not be tolerated:
July 22 from Shawn Nerenberg: "All these f* emails are ABOUT checking the f* address I could not change on the f* website! F* you!"
