This company was easy to deal with in trying to find an indoor painter. They put us in contact with multiple painters and building contractors. We ended up using our previous painter who just came out of retirement but got no pressure from BuildZoom when we let them know.

As someone who was completely new to home renovation projects - large or small - I really appreciated that Sydney and others at BuildZoom took the time to educate me about the many facets of construction / redesign with which I was wholly unfamiliar. They helped me stay on track while also working around my schedule and didn't rush me or push me to make decisions until I felt comfortable. My husband and I would highly recommend Felipe Vargas Construction in the Seattle /Eastside area, and his crew. He built us a beautiful patio awning, stairs and new cement patio for our new hot tub. He did such an excellent job we hired him to put new piers under our home and repaint and fix siding on the outside of our home too. Then asked him to help us remodel a bathroom too. He doesn't finish until you are completely happy. He helped us from July through September 2021

Our experience with Nexxt Home Builders, LLC. has been great! We did have a slow start because of the restrictions of our county, but once they started, the build has been moving right along. Who do you turn to on a Sunday afternoon when rain drops are dripping from your bedroom ceiling? In my search for someone, anyone, I came across Brooke at Buildzoom. Though a look see revealed the source of my problem, which was repairable, it could have required more urgent attention. After waiting for favorable weather a few days later was able to reseal with asphalt and ensure that process was adequate. September 24,2023

I had the BEST experience working with our designer, Joe. He was super accommodating of all of the inspiration pictures I sent to him. He brought my kitchen vision to life! I will definitely be coming back when we are ready to upgrade our bathrooms. We also got several quotes from other cabinet companies, and this was the best price!

We have an old house and needed a new trapdoor with ladder installed to make it possible to do the work of putting a heat pump and HVAC system in our attic. I was dreading what I was thinking could be a long search to find an available contractor and was very happy to find that I could list the job with BuildZoom.com. Within 24 hours several of their vetted contractors contacted me and set up appointments to come to the house to give us bids on the work involved. The job is now being done within the week of our posting.

I called James Boden Electric the afternoon of 3/13/23 because my gas hot water tank began leaking and I wanted to replace it with an electric one. I needed him to install an electrical line from my box to the tank. I asked him if he would be able to actually replace the tank and cap my gas lines and he said he could. He quoted a very reasonable price right over the phone. Jim and Eli showed up on 3/14/23 after picking up the tank for me. He even removed an old gas heater in my garage that didn't work and capped that gas line without any additional cost. He was done in 3 hours. They were very nice, thorough and professional. I would recommend them.

We have used Justin for several big and small projects. He's built an outdoor kitchen, awning, installed windows, built a shed etc. He does quality, high end work at fair prices. We'll continue to use him in the future.

Contractors are IMPOSSIBLE to hire in Montana right now, plus I'd never hired one and didn't know the process. I figured "sign up for this and see a list." Instead, I signed up and almost immediately had an email from an actual person, asking for information about the project and personally finding a list of suitable contractors. (That list included one name only, not several, but as I mentioned, most MT contractors are working two years out now.) She followed up. Followed up again. When I hired the contractor, they offered to review the contract and pointed out where things were fuzzy.

He's been doing a really nice job, by the way. Slow, but that's pandemic for you: shortages of everything.

I was shocked by helpful BuildZoom was. I wouldn't have a new dining room and kitchen right now. I'd still be contemplating how to start.

My 50 year old free-standing garage was in need of rehabilitation-- not a big job, but not small either., plus I wanted to create a workroom within the garage. BuildZoom was instrumental in helping me find a reputable construction company. I went with Construction Plus. They did a great job. It all worked out very well.

I have tried for 3 weeks now to get the false and slanderous statements made about me and my company removed from their site! Mistakes happen, I get it, BUT after numerous emails to their "customer support" group to address my situation, I've only received their standard response of "someone will be contacting me soon", then followed up by asking if I want to sign up with them! Heck no! If I can persuade anyone to not do business with this company, I will be happy! I will follow up with legal action against them because they help support fraudulent and false information!

I was upset that you basically judge my company off one permit in Louisville KY, when I have pulled all over the state. You need to change the general description of my company to be customized metal work for anybody that needs something made. We do not install pre fab duct we make our own and install our own. Had a buddy in Louisville and he could not find a mechanical contractor to do the work so I said ok we got this. Once again been in business before you were born. 1986 baby
