King of Glory provides books for Dobie Preschool with books the congregation purchase. This year, people donated money instead of books. I had a small window to purchase 350 books and your company made my day! Easy website to navigate, lots of book titles and great prices.

It was great! The process was very simple & easy. The books were delivered in no time!

Normally we order only through Amazon but they didn't have nearly enough of the book we needed in stock. I did a quick Google search and found what we needed at BulkBookstore. We are tax exempt and it was super easy to upload our tax exempt form and order online with our credit card. We received the books within 10 days!

The website was easy to use and the book were in perfect condition.

The website was pretty self explanatory. I was not sure what "brand my book" meant. So far, so good. I requested since I am new to your site and not aware of any coupon code, if there was one available that you would consider applying it for me : ) These books are Christmas gifts to a first grade class I volunteer assisting in reading.

Excellent service! Will use your company again. Fair warning though...double check your ISBN number and compare items before you hit the final button purchase as you cannot exchange or return items. I ordered 240 books that turned out to be board books when I thought I was ordering a paperback version.

The shipment came in 2 parcels on different days which is common.

So far so good, unfortunately the unclear shipping makes business orders difficult. Wish I could place order and advise when I want it shipped as with a holiday and a need by date time with up to number of days, is complicated.

I tried to place an order for 150 books. Got to the "place your order" button and it was then that they told me they don't ship to Alaska. Very disappointed. I guess they don't realize that Anchorage is a major FedEx and UPS hub. Oh well...

I was very disappointed in the size of the books. They were for Christmas gifts that my Rotary club was giving to underprivileged children. I could not use the 4 x 3 label stickers that I had to put in the books as they were larger than the actual books. Two business days before the event I had to hurry to find other books - very stressful.

When ordering it kept showing a much larger number of items than I wanted. It was difficult to navigate to the edit order page. That should be a much easier process.

I paid for expedited shipping and my order was one week late. Also, the books I ordered didn't ship altogether.

Before you shop, make sure you know that there are no returns or exchanges for any reason. They do not help. They do not care.

Great Prices but no communication in shipping. Didn't receive any shipping information. Waited 2 weeks and had to call for any updated information. Never heard from shipping department but did receive a call back from customer service that they would look into the matter. Waited another 4 days and finally received word ( after UPS had already delivered the product to me that morning) that the product had shipped out and should be arriving any day. Not a big deal but enough to question whether or not to order from them again. Product did come in good packaging with no damage. KH
