It's difficult to answer question one at this time as the overall experience should include the delivery process - when it arrives, how it's packed, quality of books, etc. Perhaps the question should be reworded or this survey should be emailed to customers once the books have been shipped.

When we placed our order, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to utilize a welcome promo code I'd signed up to receive because I had not yet received the email. To my embarrassment, I discovered it in my spam folder that same afternoon - how silly I felt! I contacted them immediately and, because our order hadn't been filled yet, they happily applied the discount and took care of updating our order, including sending a revised confirmation and checking in every step of the way to make sure our experience was a positive one. Thank you for your help and support - it couldn't have been a smoother process for our team!

Thank you for the coupon very much. I would like to have more bulk items to purchase. We are a public library. we have a non-profit organization called the Friends of the Library and they fundraise to do and buy for the library supporting our small community. We delivered the books we purchased to our local school as a donation to each and every child to have their own book to read. It is such a joy to give to these children, lots of whom will never get into a library or have books to read.

I was searching for this book at very low cost in bulk. Your webpage was easy to follow and the price is clear. Your cost was the cheapest that I could fine with the quantity I had to purchase. I need the books by September 15.

I was purchasing books for the class my son was taking over in South Chicago where the former teacher was taking all his books with him, leaving the newbie who inherited his class with nothing.The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. I need a better filter for results. I was trying to find books for 6th grade and some of the books weren't 6th grade level. I would love a show all button so I didn't have to scroll thru so many pages.

I was bothered by the fact when I was looking at for a book to buy in bulk that it was implied that I only have to order 25 books and then at check out it stated that I have to order at least $100 to make a purchase. A little deciving.

Had to remove items from cart and start over to change order quantity.

On a thousand dollar order I should be able to use two promotion codes (bb25save and bb50save); and not have to enter two separate orders

Got an initial order of 25 books for a steep discount to try out how they'd sell in my store, discounted enough that I can make fair margin while still satisfying the SRP listed on the back of the book.

The Book Specialist was very helpful and I appreciated that VERY much. I'm glad I discovered the BulkBookStore website. I will be returning and spreading the word of this site to all my other educator friends!

It's just a little bit difficult to navigate site in my phone- I think that the 100.00 minimum is also hard for a teacher on small budget. Still cheaper than full price so thanks!

Been purchasing form Amazon, but they have limited quantity to no more than 5 copies. Glad to find a "Bulk" purchase site. We use these books for training programs.

I love that I can get all the books we need from one site and at a lower price than having to look in many different places. Makes my job much easier.

I have referred this site to many other Non-profit organizations. The cost of books are consistently lower priced than other retailers, with very few exceptions.

Check out was the hardest part as it kept changing my information.
