I was very satisfied with initial purchase of the books and the customer service I received. My only complaint is that it took almost a month from the order date to receive the books even though the estimated shipping time was only a couple weeks (which is why I changed my 5 stars to 4), but the customer service representative was very helpful in looking into the issue. I would still recommend this site.

very good shopping experience. I would have preferred to have rush shipping cost options available rather than delay the shipment to wait for a call. We are on a sensitive time schedule. Other than that, it was a terrific experience.

This was great value and with free shipping it is superb. The site was easy to use and having the ability to chat with a rep is a great idea although I already knew what I wanted. The Bibles come in cases of 28 and if that was made clear to me I would have bought 56, so I would receive only two cases. As it was I received three boxes, the one case and two others boxes. I don't know but that was a bit annoying. That is my only complaint. Perhaps when you offer bulk books you can stipulate how many come in a case, so people can make better choices. That is why I only gave 4 stars on the overall experience comment, it may not be justified however since I had a complaint I thought that others may benefit.

This was the only place I found that sold Mad Libs in bulk sales. My son wants to give these to his classmates this Christmas. Thanks for making shopping for these easy and cheaper then any other site I found.

I am very pleased with the service of this company. Easy to order, shipment arrived in the expected time, and books arrived in perfect condition. My only issue was that a coupon that was offered online would not work. The customer service was very helpful in this, but the coupon never did work.

Mike was very helpful through the purchase process.
However our order came from 3 different locations and one order did not get rushed to us despite us paying for rush shipment. Luckily it wasn't the item we needed the most, but not getting a service that was paid for is a little aggravating.

Update-it took the entire 10 days. When I called on business day 6 for tracking information the books still had not shipped from the East coast. That added some panic. Only had tracking information for the last two days available to me.

I didn't remember the selection of children's books being so limited. I waited too long to order for our needs so it is my fault I was stressed trying to find the right book that fit into our overall budget for this project.

We are a group of 7 people who have a prayer group. We call ourselves B.A.S.I.C. (Brother's and Sister's in Christ).. We are having a Prayer booth at our local "Town Day". asking if anyone needs of prayer. And if anyone would like to receive Prayer. We have a prayer box, if people would, but may feel uncomfortable talking about it. We have crafts for children too. Any way. I was looking for a bunch of bibles in English and Spanish we could give out. Since I am purchasing it, I would like to keep it low. I went a 100 dollars over budget, but it is for a good cause. I am happy to do it. We don't take any donations and just give things away. I like to donate books every year. Thank you for your help.

Was disappointed that the book I had originally selected was not available at all as it is no longer in print. Other than that it was a great shopping experience and Mike was always great about responding to my questions and emails swiftly.

We had seen this book for $12.99 on Harper Collins, but price changed the next day! Then, I had a $35 off coupon, but would have spent almost $100 more than budgeted. And, we're just a few months before paperback is released. A little disappointed I couldn't find it for less expensive, but grateful for the $10 off.

Devon was very helpful and I did not feel pressured to place my order. Teachers' schedules are hectic and finding the time to place an order is sometimes a chore. Thank you for respecting my schedule.

The price for the book I ordered was only slightly less than ordering on Amazon. I ordered only 45 books. We are a Non-profit and do not have any government funding. We raise our own monies. It would have been nice to buy the books for at least $1 less than retailers instead of less than 50 cents.

We provide a copy of "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" to each child who is adopted in our court. I write a personal message in the book for a keepsake and we do pictures to commemorate the event. Thank you for providing these books in bulk at a lower price and for the excellent customer service we have always received!

Quick, easy, and great prices for bulk books. I only needed 18 books, but prices were so low that purchasing 25 books was still a bargain overall price. That was what made my mind up. I hope the quality of the books will be good.

It took much longer than I expected to receive all of my materials. At one point, I was even told that I may not receive the last shipment until April. Fortunately, I did receive the last part only a few days after I needed them.

First time using your company's service. Prices seemed very high, but I decided to pay for convenience this time. I was paying about $10/book (to include S&H) via Amazon, but I understand that there are other costs associated with your business.
Overall I was pleased.

I do feel that the prices are still a little steep, given that the fast shipping adds another three dollars per book. Otherwise, I thought the site was easy to navigate and had just what I was looking for.

I am so thrilled with my purchase. I bought a class set of The Meaning of Maggie, by Mean Jean Sovern. I came across this book a few years ago and it is my favorite read aloud. Now that I am teaching from home, I wanted the kids to have a physical copy to read along with me.
Ordering was super easy. The prices were very fair for the quality of books that I received and the customer support was superb. A few days after placing my order, I was able to speak to an actual human being about the estimated time of arrival. I highly recommend buying from Bulk Bookstore. I am so excited to share this novel with my kiddos and Bulk Bookstore is helping me to increase literacy during distance learning.

My past experience was great and this time, key will be receiving my order within the 6 days promised (I must have these books by Saturday, August 18th for a meeting I have so that will determine my next rating.:-)

I did receive my order in a timely manner. However, out of the twenty five I had to order to get a discounted rate, two were defected. I have not made the time yet to contact the company but, I feel they would most likely make good on the issue.

I was disappointed to see that the price on the book changed before I was able to place my order. Teaching in a low-performing/high-poverty school, I have to purchase class sets from personal funds so every dollar counts. I am excited you had "The Fighting Ground" in stock...can't wait to share it with my 5th graders!

I am so glad I found this site. I have been ordering 1 and 2 used books from Amazon. S of the books do not even make to me, some when I do receive them look horrible and I cannot even use them for my clients. This company has saved my business.

Update: finally received the product, which arrived in great condition and I'm still satisfied with the price I paid; however, I ordered 100 copies of the book and my shipping was delayed a few weeks because Bulk Bookstore only had 35 in stock. They did send my complete order of 100, but not as quickly as I had hoped since the remainder were not available. I was told that the initial 35 would be sent ahead of the rest, but they weren't.
