I placed my order but realized I had made a major mistake and ordered the same title twice! I only needed 120 copies but accidentally ordered 240 and panicked when I realized how much I would be charged! I called and immediately the CS rep was able to cancel my first order and place my second order. And I rec'd my books just a week later. Great experience!

I was told you would match prices with Amazon and other retailers, your representative could not quote me a price match. I still ordered 2 of the 3 books from you because Amazon did not enough available in a timely enough manner. Overall I have always been pleased with you prices but this time was not.

When attempting to checkout yesterday the site kept telling me to check my card info, which I then double checked and re-entered all together. Still could not checkout, luckily I tried the same card today and it worked.

Devon is so helpful and the pricing is great, especially in comparison to other vendors. My only word of advice is that the online ordering needs to reflect if a title is not available so we don't get excited only to find out we cannot have that particular book.

Easy ordering experience-hope I correctly provided my addresses, one for billing and one for shipping. I need to purchase from one location and deliver to another. Hope I receive the books at 3351 Fairfax Drive, Suite 448 Arlington *******.

We got great prices from bulkbookstore.com & were very happy with the books we received. My only complaint is that the books were shipped to my billing address instead of the shipping address I specified. This was inconvenient & not ideal, but not the end of the world. I would hope the company could correct this issue for future orders & customers.

Initially there were a few snafu's but per the response time it took to resolve these issues was superb. I appreciate the consideration and time it took to work this out. The Bulk Bookstore displayed an appreciation of loyalty and integrity in business. Things don't always go smoothly but when you can work it out and work through it the working relationship isn't so tense. After not returning a call or email after a few days, it was assumed that I was no longer interested in buying the books. But the reality is that it takes time to process purchase orders and get things approved. I appreciate the customer service, but calm it down a bit.

My experience with bulkbookstore.com was great! I was buying on a limited budget for a specific high school chemistry course. The staff worked me to give me a price I could afford and giving all my students access to the text. Will definitely remember bulkbookstore.com in the future!

We had ordered books as a graduation for our 5th grade students because we couldn't throw them a party during the pandemic. It was a quick decision and the PTA only received word about a week before the end of school. was looking for an answer if the book i needed to purchase in bulk was available or back order. I was told it would be a few hours for an answer and to go ahead and complete my order they would tell me then before processing the order. Not sure why it takes a few hours to get information that should be one hand.

The online ordering is not ideal for us. There are lots of special cirdumstances, but no box to leave instructions or particulars. :-(
The form for sending books to our storage facility was not great.

For a smaller organization, I was hoping for a better price for less than 100 books
But the delivery was fast and received on time. the order ended up coming into separate shipments which wasn't a problem aside from a notification that that was going to happen would have been appreciated.

Bulk Bookstore has the most extraordinay customer care of any online book reseller I have ever dealt with. At the end of the last school year, we ordered books that we would need for the 2020-2021 school year and Bulk Bookstore did not have all the quantity we needed in stock. I received personal updates from the same customer agent until we received our completed order.

I was impressed with the customer service I received. They were able to get me a quote very quickly and called to offer some other options that I was not aware of. I am a classroom teacher and was trying to by books for my classes Christmas Presents. They were able to help me find the deal possible.

Amazon and Barnes & Noble did not allow me to buy bulk, it was extremely un-user friendy ordering 1 book at a time...honestly with Amazon this was the first poor customer experience, but I am glad we disovered your company for fulfillment.

This was a new site for me. I was able to locate the book I was looking for using the search option. Impressed by the different categories of book offered. The customer service I received was very professional. I spoke with Michele on one occasion and she did everything possible to make sure the ordering process was smooth. I received numerous emails from Devon also making sure I was able to get the books I wanted. I have really enjoyed shopping on this site and I can't wait to do so in the future.

This was perfect for the value and selection. My only gripe was that I did not receive a shipping confirmation until after I contacted customer service, then the package was at my house the next day! So the only problem was that I did not know when to expect my package and the shipping email was obviously sent too late or that it might not have been sent at all if I did not contact customer services. Outside of that, however, the books are perfect and the price was great!

The person helping me with the online chat was wonderful. I was having a problem with the site accepting my mailing address. I put in the request as a quote and got an almost immediate response. Good customer service!

More than I really wanted to spend. The discount for spending over $600 is only $30...think you can do better than that especially for a personal purchase vs a business. But I still made the purchase.
