I found the BulkBookstore very friendly to work with. The website was easy to navigate and gave me all the initial information I needed. Customer service staff was friendly and helpful and prompt in returning communication. I was very pleased with the prices, especially when I learned that they would price match with competitors. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would, and have, recommend this store to others.

When I first looked at the prices I was really excited, because I compared the prices to Scholastic, and Bulk was better. When I went to actually order, I did not get the price advertised. I felt this was sort of misleading on Bulk's part. Still, I would order from them again. (I've ordered from Bulk 3 or 4 times, so I am obviously satisfied.)

I was very disappointed in the size of the books. They were for Christmas gifts that my Rotary club was giving to underprivileged children. I could not use the 4 x 3 label stickers that I had to put in the books as they were larger than the actual books. Two business days before the event I had to hurry to find other books - very stressful.

Easiest transaction ever! Needed 37 books to give out at a Pre-school graduation. The books were a great price and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The kids enjoyed the gift and the parents loved that it was a book!

I had a wonderful experience through bulkbookstore. They were extremely helpful with all of my needs. My phone calls were immediately taken or if they were busy they returned them in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone.

My experience in purchasing was great. The cost was great as well. The customer service was not great or terrible. It took a few days for me to get a shipping confirmation and then all I could get out of the customer service person was that my order would arrive by the committed time - 10 days of course. The shipping guidelines state 4-10 days and all I could get was it will be there by the 10 days. This was frustrating.

Easy to search, great selection. Fantastic customer service. My only complaint is that I thought I would be receiving full size books and ended up getting little tiny mini books. Had I known they would be 2 inch by 2 inch versions, I may have considered ordering a different book and/or from somewhere else. My 1st graders ended up loving them and perhaps it gave the size specifications somewhere in the fine print - though I don't remember seeing it - but I think it should be stated clearly that they are pocket size versions of the book. (I ordered Purple, Green and Yellow by Robert Munscht.)

We got the books we wanted for training at the best price we found and they came quickly. The only small quibble I had was that there was no tracking until the books were already out for delivery later that day. It wasn't really a problem, though, and the next time we need books we will certainly come to you!

You had the book I wanted and the quantity needed. Your chat rep was also great in helping me. The site gave most of the information I needed. Books were also received in a timely manner and all in good repair.

Needed a bunch of books fast, and couldn't find decent pricing until I happened upon Bulk Bookstore! Super easy, love that this is based in PNW, and really easy to use. Hoping at least part of the order shows up on the shorter end of the shipping ETA, but either way, you saved my project! So far so good and would totally recommend in the future!

Heather was great. Even though I am a very hard individual to get ahold of she had the right amount of follow through to remind me that I still had an order pending but understood that I'm a new mom to twins and have a very hectic schedule.

The process for getting my books was very user friendly. I was able to use my school's purchasing procedures without any problems and it was nice to be able to track the progress of my order. I look forward to using the books in my classroom!

The customer service they have is unbelievable. They call you once your order is placed to let you know they have received it and that it will be shipping out. Then they call you to make sure you got your order and that you were happy with the product. Awesome company I would definitely recommend them and order from them again.

Thanks for the books! The prices were the best out there for the titles we needed. The shipping was fast and complete, but I wished I had received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. Other than that, it was GREAT!

From my initial email requesting availability of 100 books of the same title (The Dinosaur That Lived in My Backyard, BG Hennessy, & Susan Davis), to the pricing quote which was the best price, without me having to even ask, to the delivery...and then I needed 50 MORE......the customer service was flawless, amazingly easy. I can't express enough how grateful I am for making this process easy, and even enjoyable

Loved the pricing! These were definitely the cheapest hardback books that I was able to find. I am so thankful! I am giving these to each of my kindergarteners at graduation, and since I am purchasing with my own money, I am grateful for a company who provides such great quality for a great price!

Easy to order at great prices. Great selection. Customer Service was excellent. I ordered books for a school that was closed because of the pandemic. Kelly was very understanding and told me to let the books be returned so they could be redelivered to an alternate address at no extra charge. What a relief! I tried many times in vain to contact UPS and change the delivery address the first time the books were sent out. They are impossible to deal with, even with a MyUPSChoice account and even when I attempted to pay extra to change the delivery address. I appreciate your customer service and will order with you again, being careful to verify that the address is good.
