This is my second purchase as very satisfied with make & quality of dog collar. Purchased for my 6 year old Rottweiler like the handle on side to hold when needed overall looks good on him. Also purchased 2 leashes not pictured. This time around wait time about 6 week turnaround well worth it. Support small businesses. Good Company Glad to Recommend. Will purchase again in future. Beware of NO COMMUNICATION if there is problem in shipping. I placed an order on April 14th for a dog collar. The parcel shows delivered on May 22nd to my San Jose office. I have tried asking for status including the tracking number of the order over voice mail and over email. Not reply from business. Really unhappy with the service. I am still waiting for my order..

I purchased a flat dog collar for my dog around early April and even paid the extra $20 for a rush which claims 1 week time. I received an email on April 10th advising that my order was in the last stages of production and it will ship soon and a tracking number has been added to your order status page(Not yet shipped! Please allow a couple of days for the tracking to update).
On or around April 15th I checked for an update and saw that a tracking number had been assigned and USPS stated that a shipping label had been created and they were awaiting the item. However when I still saw no movement from this status on April 17th I reached out via phone and email. No response. The phone number provided has an automated message and a full voicemail.
I sent follow up inquiry via email on the morning of April 24 and someone responded that afternoon stating they would investigate the matter further and provide me with an update as soon as possible.
Today is April 27th and my tracking update via their website states shipped but USPS tracking still reflects the April 10th status of shipping label created, USPS awaiting item. I am aware that my interpretation of "rush" may be misaligned with theirs but at a minimum it would be ideal to just have someone communicate in a timely fashion. Supply chain delays are common and I am really understanding of that but if the item was still going to take as long as the standard shipping then I would have preferred to utilize a larger company who can handle their order volume appropriately.

My dog fits perfect in her new vest & collar! The cops now look at our dog like she's a military pup! They've actually complimented it already. I absolutely love that the leash has quick release, so helpful. The collar is beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend!

We just received the order and the collar is freaking amazing! Wow I can't believe how great it was made. You really did incredible workmanship on it. My sister saw it and will be ordering one as well. I'm sure many friends will see this and want it too. Thank you again! The buckle was nice and heavy metal not cheap plastic. The stitching was great a d the collar was nice and wide. It does take a while to get but definitely worth it if you want something original.

But they explained they were behind and would have my order sent out soon as possible. I felt a little skeptical but gave it more time
A week later finally got it! And it's great material feels sturdy and looks perfect on my furry babes I do recommend
I ordered 2 name patches from these guys for my air force jacket to be customized, its been over a month and I haven't received anything from them yet. When I call them, the operator says the office is closed even though its during the office hours. I've attached a screen shot of the Label being created, and a proof of purchase

I will admit, I was getting nervous bc it def took a long time for the collars to arrive… But, they are worth it. Half the price of other collars I looked at. Customer service is great, answers all emails. I was perfectly aware that it could take up to 8 weeks to receive my order, it took 8 weeks. Im happy to say that I ordered 2 more collars after I received my first order. I will gladly shop here again
Ordered over 3 weeks ago still haven't received anything. Messaged them several times from multiple email address, no response. Opening a PayPal case to get my money back. Please listen to the reviews, this is not someone you want to do business with!
I also wish that I had found this site before ordering. 2 months since ordering end of year gifts for my team. It's February now so pretty much ruined that gift idea. No response, won't respond to emails. Will be reversing with my credit card company. Stay Away!
Customer service rep lies about shipments - still havent received the dog collars I paid for. Phone number has been permanently set to call back during business hours. No response to several emails or phone calls. This place is a total scam.
I was lucky enough to get a response to all of my emails. They changed the size of the collar when I explained we originally ordered for our then small english mastiff puppy and realized the collar wouldn't fit by the time it arrived. I was very scared this company was a scam but we finally got it today. It's very nice and fits him well and can easily be adjusted as he grows. I will be honest I probably won't order from them in the future but I'm happy with the product I eventually received.
Definitely a high quality dog collar made by someone that takes pride in the products they produce. Sturdy and definitely not flimsy material that tatters easily. Though there was a slight delay due to the probable current state of affairs it was well worth the wait & will order more products in the future

But, first off, the product:
I ordered a couple of embroidered ID tags. The quality and workmanship are exceptional. Speaking strictly from a layman's point of view, the materials used appear to be top quality. No cutting any corners there. I am very pleased with the end product.
Delivery:
There was an unexpected and lengthy delay in receiving the product. However, Haadi was responsive to my inquiries, typically within a day. He was very contrite about the delay in the delivery, but he promised to get them out as quickly as he could.
Typically, if this delay occurred without any response from the business, this review would have turned out much differently.
Haadi is a prime example of how one individual can turn a difficult situation into something positive. Please support this growing business. You will not be disappointed.
I was skeptical after seeing these reviews but decided to place my order anyways. It took exactly 2 months and 3 days for me to receive my order. Just like the website said so, "Estimated Turnaround Time: 8 Weeks." The collar is of good quality and I don't see it breaking any time soon. If you're not in a rush I highly recommend buying. If not, I believe TacticPup ships faster, but it is a bit more expensive.

Awesome quality, nice and sturdy. The dogs were even excited about them and have been prancing around showing them off. A wait to get them but definitely worth the wait. I was concerned when I wasn't able to see progress on the website but the company was very communicative and kept me updated the whole time. 10 stars for their quality, customer service, and communication. If and when we need new collars we will be back. Will definitely tell our friends!

I bought a collar with AirTag holder for my dog. After reading the reviews I was a little worried but Bullrun exceeded my expectations every way. If you need work done I would 10 out of 10 recommend them. In fact I will be ordering collars for all 5 of my other dogs from them!

I purchased one collar and one patch a couple months ago. When I was purchasing my items at no point during the whole process of picking out and paying for my items was the turn around time mentioned. About a week after I purchased my items I tried to find and email confirmation but never received an email. I went back into the site and went to my order. That's where I saw that it's about 8 weeks before item will ship. Once that happens then you will get a text confirmation. I checked my checking account and they did take my money... Well it's been over two months and still no word from company. I just wish that during the check out process they would put in bold letters items take about 6 months to ship that way I can order from some where else. Would also be nice if google didn't put them first in the search results.
I agree that the customer service could use some improvement. That being said, I received the collar for my dog on January 19,2021. I ordered the collar on October 17,2020. Roughly 12 weeks. The quality of the collar is received is excellent. I love the collar. It is so badass on my boxer.
Instead of dogging on these guys, calm down and wait and you will get a great product.

After contacting them several times with no responses- I finally sent them a chat on their main page. I stated very clearly: when I made my purchase- and what their policy relays in shipping managment and return policies. I made it clear that they were WAY beyond the point of delivery and that if my product was not here by the end of January, I expect a full refund OR id be filing fraud on the charge and suing.
AND LORD BEHOOOLLLDDDD I receievd a notification from USPS that my product was being shipped and it should be here by Jan 22,2019 :) . Way later than Christmas. But LATE is better than NEVER. Im interested to see what my Product looks like and the quality of the patch.

I ordered in November of 2019, and received it March of 2020. I had no update that it was on its way... it just randomly showed up.
I ordered in November of 2019. Spent about $56 on custom collars. I've been blowing up their 2 emails, and 2 phone numbers. Once the guys answered and had an attitude but said I would get them next week... that was last week! It's February 2020 and still no collars. What a sorry excuse for a business. Will have to call my bank to dispute the charges.
Now sitting at (2) months without my ordered item. Inquires on order status go without response. Kinda kicking myself in the $#*! - I should have read all the horrible reviews before I ordered. Calling credit card company Monday to dispute charges.
