This is my second purchase as very satisfied with make & quality of dog collar. Purchased for my 6 year old Rottweiler like the handle on side to hold when needed overall looks good on him. Also purchased 2 leashes not pictured. This time around wait time about 6 week turnaround well worth it. Support small businesses. Good Company Glad to Recommend. Will purchase again in future. Beware of NO COMMUNICATION if there is problem in shipping. I placed an order on April 14th for a dog collar. The parcel shows delivered on May 22nd to my San Jose office. I have tried asking for status including the tracking number of the order over voice mail and over email. Not reply from business. Really unhappy with the service. I am still waiting for my order..

Ordered a few hats off the website 2/11/19, They took my money on 2/11/19 no response on Email after 14 days.
As well as phone #. Company a total fraud. USPS label made and still sits in Limbo.
I've resigned to the fact that I will not see the products or my money.
No way to do business, in this day and age. Shamless... Taking to BBB
And be is FOR BEWARE!

I ordered my dog a personalized collar on August 8th. I still have not received the order. 20 days ago I got notice that the label was created. I check today and it has still not shipped! I have tried contacting them twice now and the only reply was that they were working on my order. It is going on two months since the order and still hasn't shipped. I would recommend going somewhere else

I place an order for some military patches on August 20th 2019. They were supposed to be shipped within 10 days. I called on September 15th and spoke with a rep who said they would be shipped by the end of that day. I never received the items and they have been unresponsive by email and do not answer their customer telephone number despite multiple calls during their business hours. I think they are scammers as I have since found many complaints on the BBB website about company.

I have never met a more dishonest company in all my years of shopping online. They lie, after lie, after lie, after lie. I placed my order on July 13th. I waited 12 weeks before I even reached out to them. Then I started sending an email about once a week and every time I got the same response "you'll see it next week" it's shipping out now" after several weeks of that I even saw that a tracking label had been generated. But still nothing. USPS didn't take possession of the item for an additional 3 1/2 weeks. It wasn't until after I did a charge back on my credit card that my order magically shipped the day after my credit card company contacted them. So close to six months later the order should arrive.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this company like the plague. This is not a Covid related delay. This is a company to flat out lies and tries to manipulate their customers.Seriously you need to avoid avoid avoid this company. I only hope people check and see these reviews before they place an order because clearly I wasn’t the only one with issues.

Ordered something in September and am just receiving it now on December I have contacted them several times with zero response emailed them call them no one even contacted me at all just received my product and it's the wrong size I say stay clear of this business hence why they only have one star review

Had the same issue as the first review for bullrunflag.com. Paid for my order weeks went by sent 4 emails to this company and they sent me a fake tracking. Still cannot get a hold of them and had to close my bank account with fear of them taking more out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! From what i now have read about them is they have changed their name 3 different times with the same amount of bad reviews for the same thing of taking your money and not shipping anything to you.

Better Business Bureau has this jerks #. They have been reported on before. DO NOT USE THIS WEB SITE. It is using good Patriots wants to its monetary gain, perhaps supporting a cell? Has no intention of sending anything out that you purchase. COMPLETE FRAUD. This is what I received and haven't heard a word since.

This is a horrible company. I ordered a collar around jan 23rd 2020... its now may 11. The owner wont respond to emails and when I called him, he promised my order would be delivered in a week. 3 weeks later I called again and he guaranteed it would be delivered within a week or I'd get a full refund and the item free. No surprise, it didnt show up. I'm sure he and his business is doing very well during this quarantine because he takes your money and doesnt produce a product. I'm convinced I would've never received the product or refund until I threatened to contact the BBB or proper authorities for theft.

I have literally never written a review in my life, this is my 1st, this company has the worst customer service and turn around time I have ever experienced. I ordered one name tape, one single solitary name tape back in November, here we are in March still no name tape. Spoke to somebody on the phone 4 separate times looking for a status and each time they said that it would be mailed out the following week. Next week shows up, still no name tape. The last 2 times I was promised a refund for my trouble, just spoke to them on the phone no refund and still no name tape! The website reviews are a LIE. Never ever... ever use Bullrun! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!

I ordered a collar and leash from these people 3 months ago, have seen them yet cause I am STILL waiting. I contacted them around a month ago and they said it was on its way. A month ago. They posted some bogus shipping link that says it's never even been pucked up from them.
RUN, RUN GO ANYWHERE ELSE! You have been warned.
Oh and can't add photos to this as they request because I have nothing to photograph.

Took 2 months and at least 15 calls/emails for these people to send my order. Promised a refund for being late and never received it and company quit responding/answering calls and emails. Owner Haadi and customer service person Omid Atakhani, if I would have done my research that alone would have raised red flags not to mention their 1 star with the BBB.

Payed for item's i ordered on April 17/2019 received a tracking # was told by email it takes 7 to 10 day's received a tracking # that's NO good I've made several phone calls can only leave messages I've got no return calls several emails no reply it's now May 22 / 2019. Contacting my bank & BBB + Attorney General Offices felling thrift; wire fraud + E-commerce breach of contract fraud sueing for the max on all accounts my order # they gave me is ******* it's time for you all to do the same and have these criminals arrested, put out of business and have ICE look at their green cards their rating i give - ooo. See y'a in the news or class action law suet signed. B. OXFORD.

I think it's a scam company, they got me for $300.00+, never received merchandise, tried contacting them multiple times, no response. We have filed fraud charges against them

I ordered from Bullrun Flag and they billed my credit card immediately and sent me a tracking number with a promise of delivery within ten days. It has been two month and still have not received my order. Response by email is terrible and they will not answer phone number listed on website no matter what time you call. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The first week of November I ordered a custom patch for a hat. Being that it was a custom order, I didn't want to get too antsy about it. Last week I finally reached out to them asking about it. Told customer service I still had not received the patch, and he said "that's impossible, it went out two weeks ago". My tracking number said it never left their facility. He said YOU need to call and track it down. THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think I'm out of luck. If you are thinking of ordering from this company don't waste your time!

Ugh, I'm disgusted. I wish I saw reviews on this site before I placed an order in OCTOBER! I ordered a collar and patch and was charged right away and given a tracking number TWO MONTHS AGO but my order never shipped. I emailed them about it once a month ago, and they promised to get it out the following week. They never sent it. I've emailed multiple times and they're ignoring all my emails. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I just ordered for the third time from Bullrun Flag Embroidery and I have been impressed with every product I receive. I started by ordering my own dog a collar, and then friends and family envious of the beautiful collar asked for one. As we have 6 dogs in the family, I just keep ordering more collars and different colored name patches to switch out on previous collars. The collar itself is a large buckle for larger, pushy dogs on a leash and the first collar I ordered is over a year old with minimal wear and tear. As mentioned, one of my favorite features is the velcro name patches and flags that can be swapped out. I only wish there were more lighter colored options for embroidered names as on the dark collars, the names do not show up as well. The only negative is that the collars do take awhile to receive. There is a disclaimer on the website that states orders take 8 weeks to fulfill but honestly they can take longer. This is typical for a small business making a custom product. It's 100% worth it as these durable collars attract attention everywhere you go. I am so excited to receive my third order from this company and likely will continue to order in the future.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping takes awhile but is worth it!!

Store is open 4 hours a day 5 days a week, 3-5 day to respond to an email? No wonder I haven't gotten my order yet after 21 days.

I always try to support small businesses but this was by far the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I ordered a hat on November 26th, was told it would take 10 business days and that it would arrive before Christmas. They didn't even get it out until 15 business days and then USPS didn't even try to deliver it till the Saturday AFTER Christmas. It was deemed undeliverable because they tried to deliver to a closed business on a Saturday after Christmas so it went back to the state. I told Bullrun about this (mind you every time you email them it says that the email is undeliverable) and had to follow-up 3 weeks later to ask them why they hadn't picked up my returned hat yet and re-delivered it? The most infuriating experience I have ever had and I do a lot of online shopping.

We ordered a 2 inch custom collar for my Doberman. The collar we received is well made. The workmanship is top notch, and you can see the passion in each product. Buy with Confidence!

Purchased a 2 inch custom padded collar for my Doberman. Covid has stretched the lead time a bit, but in my honest opinion, the quality is worth the wait by far.

DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH BULLRUN! They take your money, create a blank FedEx or UPS shipping label to show effort or intent, but in the end there is no product and they keep your money. Online thieves. I should have noticed they were suspicious when they weren't registered in the Better Business Bureau. I ordered military name tapes on 4 March 2019 and I do not have them yet on 23 April 2019 -- with no explanation! They stopped replying to my messages 2-3 weeks ago. Pursuing legal recourse.

So, this company is a total joke. I ordered 1 single 4" military tape from them. After three weeks of waiting I messaged them with no response. So, I opened a dispute claim on PayPal and received a shipping notice within the hour. Three days later I received a tracking number of simply UPS. First of all, you aren't going to send a single tape UPS when you can drop it in a regular envelope and send it with regular postage. But, I decided to humor them and wait. After another week, I escalated the dispute to a claim, they never responded and I received a refund through PayPal. I would like to mention the company and my physical address are literally less than 200 miles from each other. They wasted 7 weeks of my time total and the tape for my enlisted son had to be scrapped which coincidentally was for his birthday. Don't do business with Bullrun Flag Company, they are dishonest. They sent the shipping notice so I would drop the dispute, knowing I would have no further recourse from PayPal to get my money back, wow. This company tries to put on a facade of patriotic and American, no way, avoid at all costs.
