First he said he was behind i told him I wanted a refund then he said he would have it ready the next day. A week later I asked what happened and said he will ship it out the next day. 6 days later nothing has been shipped and he stopped responding to my emails.

I waited over six weeks for custom name tapes. Customer service kept changing their story over and over about when it would be delivered and why. After two weeks they stopped responding. I had to contact the Virginia State Attorney General's Office and suddenly, my order was immediately filled. Its a shame because I need a lot more work done. But these guys have an F rating from the BBB and unless you take legal action - you may never get your order. DO NOT BUY under any circmstances.

I ordered a simple dog color with my dogs name on it still not have received it it has been 4 months. I have emailed numerous times, called multiple times no answers do not order from this company it is trash.

Ordered several items over 2 months ago. Customer service hasn't replied to any of my emails. I've tried calling and the tracking info only shows a label was created. When i informed them of the error they told me the item was custom made and will ship when it shipped. I asked for a refund and they refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order before I read the reviews of the company and it honestly made me a little scared. I had a personalized dog collar ordered. And I contacted them in regards to canceling the order because of unforeseen military movement. They were in fast communication and actually expedited my order being made. In all it took about three weeks as opposed to their website showing eight weeks. And they included a free leash too! I couldn't believe it. Maybe I was lucky but everything was good quality and I couldn't be happier.

Received a great product, the owner and I exchanged a few emails and was so transparent about everything. Told me that it was in the process of being shipped and that's just what happened. I received it within the week. Great collar and great customer service. Will order from them again. Mahalo Bullrunflag!

I placed my order in February of 2020. Emailed the company on 3/23/20, they told it it had shipped... it had not. Called on 5/1/2020, they told me I'd receive it the following week, I did not. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and will be calling my bank tomorrow morning to dispute the charge. This is ridiculous!

Ordered a dog collar early November 2019. Still haven't received the collar. I've emailed more times than I can count. I've called many times. I've been told every lie imaginable. That the collar will be mailed in 5 days. LIE. That I can track my shipping. LIE. That it will be shipped ASAP. LIE. I could go on and on. I'm now trying to get a refund from my bank. 100% ridiculous and a completely fraudulent company!

Ordered nametapes on the 12 of april. On the 17th i was sent a fake tracking number. On the 25 i called them only to be told that my order was to be partially shipped in two weeks. When i explained that i needed them by May 2. I was put on hold and never came back. Then my number was blocked. I filed a complaint with paypal to get a refund. Stay away from this company. The fact they try and claim to sell military items and flags is down right treason to me.

I have never seen anything like it in my life. A company that's only open four hours a day and even when they're open they don't answer their phones. I have never received my product to nametags ordered before December and it is now January and I have heard and received nothing. This is the most pathetic company I have ever seen or done business with. Avoid them at all cost, making them your self would be better and cheaper Then having to do business with these idiots.

This is the first order I place and I'm very satisfied, the collar's quality is amazing! I have 1 y.o. Gsd, he is about 110lb and the 2inc collar fits him perfectly! I love the patch with is name and the handle! The only thing that I'd say it's the waiting time, I had to wait around 3 weeks before receiving it in the mail but it's worth it.

Absolutely love their products. I bought two harness and two collars, found out the collars I ordered were to big and they were nice enough to exchange them for a different size. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Placed and order with this joke of a company on October 2019... still have not received any of my items. Call the number and no one answers, emailed them and no response. Truly a disgusting and vile company to deal with. They went to the extent to provide me with a fake USPS tracking number, when i click on the link. It stated no packages listed. Please Please do not usw this company, save your money

This is ridiculous. I have waited 4 months and still no product. I have gotten one "promise" that it was being shipped weeks and weeks ago. I have contacted the Virginia AG Office after reading all the review of people who have paid and never gotten a product.

I ordered a name tag for my vest in January! I emailed them got a responsive it would be shipped out in 7 days! It is now a couple days away from being May and I still have not received my order!
Do not order anything from here!

Pretty much the same story as everyone else here. I wish I had read these first. I ordered two name patches with Velcro backing to attach to my tactical vest. The seller indicated that all items typically ship within 2-5 days of order being received depending on the size and quantity of the order. I placed my order and payment was processed on October 14th. I emailed several times after two weeks had passed an I had not received my items. On November 5th I finally received a USPS tracking number. When I attempt to track the item it says that a shipping label was created but has not been dropped off at the carrier facility. I have emailed numerous times and attempted to call the number off the website. *******942 which goes directly to voicemail and does have a message indicating it is Bull Run Flag Embroidery but the mailbox is full and won't accept messages. Seeking a refund through PayPal now.

Don't order from this company. They are a scam company. I ordered a cap three weeks ago and was emailed that it was in shipment which was a total lie. I would give Bullrun Flag a zero rating if it was an option.

Wish I had checked reviews prior to purchasing. Apparently they are no longer in business but still taking orders and our money! I, as well as several others have complained to the BBB but somehow they have not been shut down. I placed an order Jan 7th- not until the order is placed and funds have been withdrawn do they say order will take 6-8 weeks. It's now March 17th and I have yet to receive anything. Sent several emails and left numerous messages with the responses. They basically stole my money and are getting away with it without any repercussions.

I have been in contact (well, sort of) w/them and they responded that they were going to place my order in the mail on March 23. Nope. It has been months since I ordered from them and they have not completed my order. They have been very difficult to get a response from. DO NOT order from them; you will NOT receive your order.

My order shows that it shipped on 16 April by USPS but no further information and I have not rec'd it 3 months later. I have emailed 4 times without a response nor have I gotten a refund. I wish that I had looked at the reviews before ordering.

I bought a dog collar in november its now feb 14 i e-mailed and was getting fast responses untill christmas i had to call them last week and finally got some one to pick up the phone with apology and promises of a week delivery its now a week later nothing i just might take a trip to va with a nice cort order

I can't get a hold of you on your e mail or your phone number, can't track my order. I will never order a thing from you again, you have a lousy customer service, i don't know how you in stay business.

Purchased a collar with name patch and a leash back on 4/15/2020 and still have not received it as of 6/18/2020. Have spoken to them over the phone a few times only to be lied to about the product shipping out. Was told 4 weeks ago that the product will ship in 2 weeks, then was told 2.5 weeks ago that the product will ship in one week. This business has never answered my emails, and as of 2 weeks ago I think they blocked my phone number because it goes straight to voicemail now and they do not call back. I have contacted the bank to dispute the transaction, which in the end will cost them the sale and a $75 chargeback. The only thing custom about this order was a 1.5" x 4" patch. Ridiculous...
