These guys are low life's. Same thing happened to me as it did everyone that ordered from them. STAY AWAY SCAM. And watch you accounts guys like these will go back for more

Ordered patches January 17th 2020, constantly giving the run around still no patches as of April 2nd 2020 filing dispute with credit card company, stay away.

This has to be some sort of scam they will take your money and never ship your products. Purchased items in 12/14/2019 and as of today 02/11/2020 have yet to receive a reason or the items.

About a year ago my 12-year-old daughter at the time was struck by a train. I took my 3-year-old Dogo Argentino "BUBBABEAR "to owe you medical center children's ICU and we both stayed with her for 19 days 24 hours a day until she came out of her coma. The very next day I was separated from BUBBABEAR and couldn't find him anywhere! After for long months I was notified by dream Dogo Network that he had been found 150 mi away from home. I immediately went and got him back! After that I wanted to call her that was strong and good looking to celebrate his homecoming. I contacted Bull run and then listen to my story and immediately expedited my order. It came within 10 days and not only is it a strong well-built caller but it is also really good looking! Do not, repeat, DO NOT, order from this company. They will not ship your order. They will run you around until the two month window for your credit card disputes has closed. Waste of time.

Excellent product with great service! Ordered a new collar for our Diesel and the quality is exactly what I was looking for along with the craftsmanship.

Ordered on March 6th, Pre Shipment with what is probably a fake tracking number from USPS on March 12th... then silence. Multiple emails to some dude who emails back with no real info just that it is going through 1 of 6 steps? WTF?

My bad for not reviewing the company before i ordered. Sucked in by the patriotic theme of the sight also my fault... given the name of the guy responding to me, i am probably supporting a cell of some kind... Omid Atakhani? Anyone else deal with this asshat?

Placed a dispute with BBB already. Company should be called Bull$#*! flag.com

UPDATE 4/5/19 Emailed this guy to let him know i had filed a complaint and would suing for much more than the cost of my order... within 10min, i get a reply that i will be refunded in full and "there is no need to take any actions"

Back in early December, Website stated "Place order in time for Christmas". I just needed 2 simple name patches. Ordered 12/8/18. I received order confirmation right away and an email stating my order will be processed and may take 5-7 days for custom name tags. No worries, didn't push the issue due to it being custom. I emailed 18 days later, the USPS tracking number stated that the shipping label has been printed on the 10th and the post office is still waiting for the package. Today is the 20th. These people do not answer emails or respond. I finally called and they fed me a line of "BS" that it takes up to 15 days to embroider a name on a patch and another 10-12 days for shipping. They say, I'll have my patches 5-7 days after Christmas and it Takes 7-10 days for the mail to travel to Virginia to Florida. If that isn't the biggest load of BUlls#@T I have ever heard. Stay away from this company at all costs. I knew I should have had these embroidered at a kiosk at the mall while I waited. It kills me that I even have to rate them with 1 star to even write this review. They suck and deserve nothing. On time for Christmas my $#*!! Poor customer service, no communication. Bad business.

Placed an order 33 days ago, they stopped responding to my emails 16 days ago. This place is despicable. DO NOT order anything from this site, you'll lose money.

Ordered a collar approximately 12 weeks ago and yet to receive any product. Try and call support and you will receive an automated message that goes direct to voicemail. Email response is based on algorithms of what is types which determines their response. I filed a complaint t with the BBB and received a response from them stating that the business in question failed to respond to the BBB inquiry. THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM PEOPLE GETTING A FREE PRODUCT IN RETURN FOR A POSITIVE REVIEW. Companies like this, if you are willing, will send free product if you write a positive review. Unfortunately for them, I will not stoop to that level and would rather people get a product. What a disgrace to the name BullRun after the historic American Civil War battle of Bull Run. NOT MADE IN AMERICA. Wish I would've thought to look at reviews before placing an order.

Received collar and love it just what I was looking for great quality with excellent craftsmanship got lots of compliments and inquirers as where I got it

I just filed a complaint with the BBB because the patches I ordered 3 months ago have still not been made or shipped. My emails do not get answered and when I do reach someone they tell me they will be made "next week". That has been going on for 3 months. This company created a shipping label 18 days after my order was placed yet nothing has been made or shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed an order on April 14th 2020, I was aware that there was a delay due to COVID for orders being sent out. Estimated times was 8 weeks. It is now July 24th and I have not received my order, what makes it worse, is that I have called and emailed several times with no response what so ever. So far, I'm not sure if this page is a hoax or their customer service just sucks. Im highly frustrated and will probably try to get my refund through my bank. It wouldn't be so bad, if there was any communication. My recommendation - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Gave me runaround for 3 months, kept telling me order would be shipped, but it never did, guy is a total scammer.

Customer service sucks. Said Covid was causing delays. Requested refund and they never responded back. I recommend you use my experience as a warning not to order from them.

I'm not even sure this business exists. They take your money and there's no products or communication. Filed dispute with PayPal. Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Placed a pretty big order at the beginning of January 2020. It's about to be April and still have received nothing. Emailed them with no response. Do not purchase from here.

ORDERED a simple custom key chain tag. They said it shipped and would be here in three days. It is now 3 weeks and they say this:

I placed an order on March 15th and they said it would take 5 weeks. I still haven't received my order. They sent me an email saying it would be shipped out on May 4th and it would take two days and its still not here. I asked for my money back and they wont answer my emails. DO NOT ODER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

8 weeks no collar, no call no email no service. Find another service provider with better turnaround time and customer support. I tried to work with them but excuses aren't good for business

Recieved our custom collar, harness and leash today! The quality is worth the wait guys! It did take some time to recieve but it's worth the wait!

Ordered one simple patch in February. Have not received it nor have I been able to make contact with them.

9 weeks to wait for an order to arrive, they dont answer the phone and are horrible with emails. Poor quality custom lettering on dog collars.
