They sent me a shipping code and never got it Reply email says mailbox is full. Scam. Had to contact Paypal to get my money back.

Same scenario as the previous reviews: they provided fake tracking info, then stopped responding to my emails and provide no way to reach them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Fraud website, no product. Processes your payment and delivers nothing. Paypal notified my money refunded. Paypal to be terminating merchant

Never got my order after payment. Luckily my credit card company was able to successfully dispute the charges. Total scam.

We ordered a new collar from Bull Run Flag& Embroidery for our 1 year old pittie puppy-he's approximately 70lbs already. He has a big thick neck& a lot of pulling power so we needed something heavy duty. We purchased the 2 inch Personalized Tactical Dog Collar Custom embroidered K9 Collar with USA Flag Camo Thick Service collar for Large Breed Dogs - With Handle. When we first put it on our boy Ike, he wasn't quite sure about but now he absolutely LOVES his collar! The fit is perfect & having the handle is so nice! The removable patches are awesome, you can add your pup's personality to their collars! Love the buckle, nice heavy duty so he won't be able to break it (I was looking for a collar w a heavy duty buckle, there is NO way he will break it!) We are so pleased with this collar, we will be ordering more products! We were also pleased with the turn around time from when I ordered to when we received it (for being a custom order). Love this business is in USA- specifically in West Virginia! Thank you for your products! We will for sure be ordering more for our other fur-babies!

Ordered cap, did not receive any tracking or response to calls and email. Had to cancel charge on card!

It's been two months since I ordered 2 name tags and still nothing! I've tried to reach out to this company and no response! Never again.

I ordered a single nametape from them. They said it would be shipped in 5-7 days. That seems a bit long, but ok, I was giving them a try before ordering several dozen for my cadre. I wanted to see the quality and service. I am glad I did.

About 7 days later, I received a 'sorry, we are running behind but it will be shipped soon' email from them. A few days later, I got a tracking number but it WAS NEVER SENT! I kept checking the number and it said, 'a label has been created but item not shipped'. So, I waited and waited. Finally, I emailed them and no response.

I took the issue to PayPal and said I did not want the item anymore. I instead went locally and had the job done by a professional company. After I submitted the claim, within 48 hours, they claim they shipped the item. It shows delivered but it NEVER arrived.

This company does not have a phone number on their site nor do they answer emails AVOID THEM. It's the most unprofessional experience I have had and I plan to review them all over the web (including the better business bureau) to let people know about this horrible company.

**Side note. I own a business and sometimes we make mistakes. It happens and I get that. The difference between a business (or a decent human for that matter) is owning up for your mistakes and trying to make things right even if it's a simple 14 dollar loss. That said, they should have sent an email apologizing for their error, refunded the money as I asked, and I would have shipped the item anyway or given them credit as an apology. At least the first two, but no. They decided to be unprofessional in their response too which is why they deserve to have this review all over the web.

I ordered 3 custom dog collars and they are beautiful and durable! Very high quality, I will be ordering from them again.

Love my item. Dislike that I had to wait 3 months for it when the website said turn around time of 8 weeks.

I have waited 17 weeks for a dog collar. This is insane, total waste of money do not buy from them. SCAM

Ordered 2 patches march 2nd. It's now August 3rd. Can't reach anyone from the company and fighting to get a refund. What a joke.

Ordered in Feb and no word! Very shady company and I will be seeing them in court. No returned calls, etc..

I made an order for a simple patch on Dec 7 2018 and its Christmas. Smh. Don't buy from these scammers. I'll be reporting this
