The app is very intuitive! I've used quite a number of banking app and so far this is my favorite!
At the same time it's not overpowered with functionality, but everything is there, so I don't have to go to my web acc to do something.

I was not very fond of digital banks, but what made me change my mind was the fact that I found Bunq to be a fully licensed bank with the same operational sciences as any other traditional bank. They have a licence from the ECB and this means they must insure each deposit of up to 100 000 euros.
I am not completely sure, but I think it is the only digital bank that has such a licence. This instantly makes them the most favourable option among their competitors.
And the features… This is where the magic happens. An abundance of useful tools…

They are quite good. I have no prior experience of working with banks remotely, but in this case I faced no troubles.
I just entered the website, read some information on the blog, downloaded app and everything got clear to me right away. Now I am already a client here, I like the surplus of functions and features, there's kinda high interest, so nothing to complain about.

Enjoying the ride with bunq is something that I love with all my heart.
This expression means that I like both using their services and travel around countries and paying for purchases with their metal card, withdrawing funds easily. It's not challenging to find proper ATM and moreover exchange rates are very appealing.
I had to wait for a while until my metal card was delivered, but the fact that I can activate online payments right from the scratch is attractive anyway.
So thanks to the bunq as they continue improving their services and conditions.

The very first thing I've done as soon as I entered the website of this bank - checked out help center. Or FAQ section, whatever.
Well, I should state that the information is explained transparently enough not to bother client support once more.
As for the quality of services, then this bank is a leader in digital banking services and I admit it.
There's such a brilliant variety of plans starting from ordinary savings accounts to top-notch ones with all goodies, an opportunity to open sub and joint accounts, to withdraw funds in different ATMs and so on...

Yes, their advertisement grabbed my eye in the first place, whoever created this slogan deserves some extra bonus. :)
But not only him. An even bigger bonus deserves the team who crafted their products.
YOur first impression would be: okay subaccounts, nothing special. Yes, it's absolutely nothing special and definitely not rocket science. But why no other bank came up with this feature before? Once you get used to them, you will not settle for anything else. Simple but practical.
And about the freedom again, through their app I can do everything from everywhere!

Nowadays I realize how much time I had to lose to do a few things. Physically going to banks, meeting with all the people, physically printing documents and providing them, waiting for contracts to print, signing them to open up accounts, sub accounts, downloading their apps separately, worrying about security, waiting for transactions to be fulfilled, manually calculating family budget expenses, noting the FX rates to check later in order to understand whether or not I got ripped off.
I do exactly none of them right now. The moment bunq came into my life, well, things got changed pretty significantly. I am effectively saving a lot of time and money, both of which are extremely important. I think I will be using this app more and more frequently.

Their plans selection get along with my expectations from the bank. I mean I did know that bunq offered several plans at your disposal, but the fact that each of them can boast certain unique characteristics, such as different functions, was kinda fresh to me.
Other than that, their client support team is quite responsive. Delays in response aren't excluded, but it's okay, I ain't mind waiting for a bit longer than I planned, because I realize how much work they have.
All in all I am thankful to this bank for being my money management solution.

Bunq app is a very convenient app to be honest. Although I didn't have too much experience interacting with online banking apps, I managed to figure everything out pretty fast and start using it.
Also the free trial period is super helpful to define what you really need from the company.

It's commendable how bunq has limited the bureaucracy, which is a common thing for this industry, to as little as possible. The registration procedure is simple and will take a few minutes.
There is no need to go to a physical branch, only to sign some stupid documents. Everything is available on your phone through a simple and convenient app. In fact, they don't even have any physical branches, isn't this amazing

Recently, I realized that with modern technology we could automate many processes in our lives.
Every time I need to get some document from the state authorities or perform some registration action I need to personally visit state officials and fill out documents manually.
So when I heard about the bank which has digitalized all processes, I realized that this is exactly what I need.
I want to perform any operations without visiting the company office. And this bank gave me that opportunity.

Of course this bank like any other has some peculiarities that may or may not be liked.
But this bank has some features that make it really special.
Such features include the way the bank takes care of nature. Some companies offer different kinds of charity or helping the environment. But this is the first time I've seen that care for the environment is so integrated into the services. I can literally monitor every tree that the company has planted.
Another feature is the harmonious combination of modern trends and classic services. This allows both me and my parents to receive quality and convenient services.

Bunq app is quite comfortable to use on a regular basis. It's not overwhelming with functionality, just all the essential things.
Not very satisfied with the client support. They take too much time to respond and sometimes people have very urgent things.

First it was my bank exclusively for traveling purposes. It offers decent options for payment abroad and deals to get the most of your spendings while traveling.
But now I use it not just for that. I created several sub accounts to make my spendings more efficient. All of them were set up a certain way so that it's almost automatic. I have very little participation in the process.
Sme questions could be raised about the withdrawals and the free limits. However the thing is this bank is operating online predominantly and the people who use it have their needs online too. In this regard everything makes sense to me.

I have tried to open an account and for some reason it didn't work out. I then asked to delete all my data (according to GDPR).
Until this point I was polite.
A few weeks later I got a reminder that it was not possible for them to deduct the fee.
What fee?! I requested to delete my data and never be contacted again.
Again, now demanding, asked to delete my account including data according to GDPR regulations.
So today, September 18th, 2022, I received a survey where the only 2 questions were about if I was aware that they couldn't deduct my fee!
Again! What fee!? I never had an account as every time I tried my ID was denied, and therefore I requested to delete my account. Including my data.
Don't use them. Even when the onboarding fails they want to get your money. The GDPR rules aren't being followed and that should say everything!

Don't use the products. A company not following the GDPR regulations can not be trusted.
