We needed to start our registry for our first baby. Being new to this we needed help. Troy at the Brooklyn location was so helpful! She walked with us in the store and gave us her honest opinion of what products are best and which ones we should opt away from. Had we not had her help I know for a fact we would have spent many many more hours creating our registry. We were done in about 4 hours which really isn't too long given the infinite number of items to sift through. Thanks Troy!
Horrible customer service was told they will call back in 24 hours and still nothing. I went to pick up my furniture and was told they will not release it to me by myself since it was to heavy 150 175 pounds which I can handle it. There was no help in the store and would have to come back another day even though I purchased and was told it was ready for pick up and drove down from New York
It will take about 11 days from the day of shipping to arrive they say--who knows, the date keeps changing. You might think twice about anything shipped through Newgistics.
I ordered the Dream on Me Zazu Infant Cradling Swing in Grey/Pink. I received the package but the only thing that was received was the hood of the swing, no swing, no remote, no covers, no toys that needed to be attached all I received was a hood that looks as if it goes to a car seat. Called the online customer service which I had to wait damn near 2hours to speak with someone and when I did she was polite but she did not send, e my confirmation email telling me that my order will be reprocessed for free. I will never buy from them again
I've spent at least 5 hours on the phone, numerous emails and hours with customer service chat online and still haven't had the crib I ordered over a month ago delivered to my house. I was texted once saying it would be delivered that day between 1-5 and they never called or showed up. I've called the delivery company 3x as well to no avail. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT HAS TO BE DELIVERED FROM HERE!

My Wife bought a Fisher Price product that is packaged fine for the shelf at Buy Buy Baby, but not for E-commerce shipping. Buy Buy Baby distribution center placed the product in a polybag slapped a label on it and the Fed Ex delivery driver dropped it on our concrete front steps. Terrible packaging. My wife happens to be married to a Senior Packaging Engineer.
Primarily high end products: strollers, car seats, cribs, etc. amazingly restricted books, clothing, junky hair bands, staff who have no idea what products they have. A real disappointment
8/11/20 Received a dresser I ordered with signifigant damage and had to wait 6+ hours to talk to someone due to "high call volume". When I finally got through, I was told I needed to talk to someone else, and that the wait time would be three days.
8/14/20 Customer service requested pictures of the damage (which were sent) and assured me that they would "start the return process".
8/18/20 Damaged dresser is picked up by Buy Buy Baby's carrier.
8/25/20 Wrote to inquire about refund status. They replied, "I have submitted for you to be refunded which will be credited back to your original form of payment. The refund may take between 7-10 business days to reflect back into your account."
9/2/20 Wrote to inquire about refund status. No response after 14 days.
9/9/20 Wrote to inquire about refund status. No response after 7 days.
9/12/20 Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
9/16/20 Filed a dispute of the original charge with my credit card company.
I believed this to be a reputable company and am SHOCKED at how horrible this experience has been. They have my $662.39 and the damaged merchandise. They have not responded to my inquiries in over three weeks, and no refund has been issued, but they send me constant advertisements and surveys about their so called "customer service".
STAY FAR AWAY, especially for large or expensive items.
Careless people shipped out a tub for a baby with holes in the padding where you lay ur baby. It couldn't be unnoticed because it wasn't in a box it was just put in a plastic bag that had holes in it as well. This suppose to be a baby store that's responsible for baby items and moms and specially first time moms relay on their trust and help. I bough that as a gift from a baby shower registry and was disgusted when I opened box it was delivered in... now I shipped it for replacement and haven't hear from nobody. Smh
Items couldn't be marked as bout and left on registry. We never know who purchased things, if it was a real order or marked at bought but not actually bought. We were shipped the wrong items and or missing parts peices or missing wraps and wash clothes. It was awful and embarrassing if for the couple of expesive items two strollers were bought and both people were attached to the idea they bought those for us. Because of their error it became embarrassing and hurtful to return it (only at a store credit) and they people had to be notified. Of all the experiences we have had via registrys or companies this is by far the worst.
This place is terrible when it comes to customer service I have never in my life seen a customer service this bad I have been on hold for 2+ hours with nothing two days ago I finally talked to and they said they was gonna refund my money for something I sent back and it would take up to 48 hrs and nothing of course I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER UNLESS U WANT TO BE RIPPED OF!
I bought tons of stuff for my newborn niece on this website. I was very satisfied and so were her parents. I will be coming back in the future, for sure!
I bought a bedroom in a box for my niece. The day it arrived we started assembling the pieces. The dresser was cracked and not able to be put together. I immediately called and was on hold for an hour plus told I had to send pictures. I took the pictures was told Buy Buy Bbay would contact their vendor and get this taken care of. A week or so went by and then they asked what product code was damaged. I found this absurd considering I bought the product from them. Either way gave the the product code. A few more weeks went buy with no communications. I sent a follow up email on 1-9-21 and no communications. I sent another follow up email on 2-5-21 and yet again no communications. I just sent another communications and we will see what happens. But needless to say the baby was already born in early December and it is March 11 and still no dresser or changing table since it was all goes together.
If I were buying any more baby items I would go anywhere except Buy Buy Baby, which is affiliated with Bed Bath Beyond, as that is where you have to file complaints or damaged items. They are simply terrible. I am stunned they haven't been taken to court or shut down.
Very nice product. Delivered in excellent condition an on time. Expecting more to be delivered. Can't wait for my great grandson to use these products.

Ordered this product it has been delayed for days from the time it's Suppose to got here kept calling kept getting the run around they do not help you advise you to shop somewhere else And they even went as far as tell me I did not have a fedex close to me and that is a lie I get fedex deliveries all the time by other companies I have a fedex store 6 miles away from my house.
I had gone to this BuyBuybaby in the Springfield location on 9/01/17 at 5pm to buy a car seat for my friend! She had her baby shower later on that day! Aperandly her mom got a car seat so she call me to make sure i didn't purchased it! That is when I decided to go back to the store same day at 5:30pm!" So I gave them my receipt and the lady open the box! And found a use car seat! Horrific! She call the manager, and the manager said he had to call the manufacturer and that he will call me back not until Tuesday! So they can find out what happend? He didn't refund my money back and then he call me today! Monday to tell me that he will not refund me my money because the business can't lose money! And that I should call Greco my self and see if they can do anything for me! Be aware don't trust this company! When you buy something from this store please open it! Because you will lose as a customer! The manager name was Mike Maddox. He was not helpful at all.
The store employee and management are a joke and very childish wouldn't recommend to anyone. I hope this is somewhat helpful.

Horrible company to deal with, BE AWARE return time starts with order date not date you received. Trying getting a GIFT CARD in exchange for a ALIA play school thing because did not like it once i opened it for my grand daughter and i was according to them 2 weeks to late due to order date. RIDICULOUS.

Ordered an item as a gift from a registry. Was to delivered to her home. 4 weeks later... no gift. Spent a hour & a half with customer service. Rude, not helpful. Blamed the USPS, then COVID.
If I had known that EVERY item I ordered would be shipped separate with NO tracking numbers, I would have saved myself a big aggravation and went shopping for the items on the registry ( at a different store). Not only that, I would have saved the shipping cost as well. I will NEVER shop this website again.

Bought a $40 pillow (which is a LOT of money for me). After two nights, I had to stop using it because it gave me severe headaches. I went to try to start a return and it COULDN'T FIND MY ORDER NUMBER OR ZIP CODE. It would NOT bring up my order at all, so I had no way to return it. The closest store to me is an HOUR DRIVE. I tried to contact customer service through Chat, but when I clicked on Chat, nothing happened. I tried to call, but the wait time for the phone is OVER AN HOUR! It was near impossible to contact anyone at this company, much less try to create a return. HORRIBLE customer service! I will never buy from these people again!
I ordered a crib 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I am now being told to wait up to 3 more weeks. We have spent over 10 hours on the phone with customer service (in addition to multiple emails) trying to get the crib. No one seems to care that my baby is due in 3 weeks and I don't have a bed for her. We get nothing but attitude or promises of call backs that never happen. One gentleman has stopped answering my calls altogether. For a company in the business of babies, dealing with first time mothers, I find this atrocious. The delivery date was supposed to be 12/8. To be fair, the initial problem was with a damaged shipping label. That is not BBB's fault but instead of working with FedEx to correct the issue I was either misinformed about what was happening or told to call FedEx myself. As I was not FedEx's customer they would not work with me. The crib was eventually returned to BBB's warehouse. Did they call to inform me that MY property was back in their possession? Of course not! And I haven't received any kind of compensation or discount for the issues either. Now the vendor won't work with FedEx and we have to wait for a delivery service. I would have expected BBB to take some ownership to rectify the issue (work with their delivery people to get shipping expedited) so that I have a crib before my baby is due - heaven forbid she's early. Buy your crib elsewhere. I had registered with BBB but will be completing my registry with one of their competitors.
Ordered gifts online for a friend's baby shower. Within the hour received an email that my order had been canceled. When I was finally able to find a phone number and get through to a real person, whom I could barely understand over the phone, I was told there was a problem with my payment. I checked with my credit card company and there was no problem and the charge had already been posted on my account. I was then told they would have to file an investigation and it would take 24-48 hrs to hear back and I would have to call back and check and in the meantime, re-order the items. I elected to cancel the order myself and dispute the charge on my card and make my purchase elsewhere. TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!

Ordered two larger items, convertible car seat & travel system. It was Black Friday so there were good deals including $100 credit with purchase of $300+. The car seat arrived normally but the travel system kept being delayed, three separate times the delivery was delayed. The travel system arrived sooner than their anticipated date, which is obviously not a problem. I looked in my account for the $100 credit since, according to their website, it would be there was items shipped but it was not there even after I had received the items. I reached out via their customer service Chat line, was given the name of a representative that would help me shortly. I waited 2 hours before reaching out again, got a new rep who thanked me for contacting Bed Bath and Beyond (which they also own but still...) and without me explaining my problem told me my items would be there before 12/20 and that they're waiting for a carrier to pick them up. Again, I've already received both items. So once I actually explain my question, and establishing multiple times that yes I've already received it, he told me it would be a week from date of arrival that it would be credited to my account. Besides the point that it's misleading based on what their website says, according to their shipping/tracking I still haven't received my product. Will I get the credit a week from today or a week from when THEY say I received it? Who knows. I wouldn't do business here again except I have $100 credit supposedly on the way.
