We needed to start our registry for our first baby. Being new to this we needed help. Troy at the Brooklyn location was so helpful! She walked with us in the store and gave us her honest opinion of what products are best and which ones we should opt away from. Had we not had her help I know for a fact we would have spent many many more hours creating our registry. We were done in about 4 hours which really isn't too long given the infinite number of items to sift through. Thanks Troy!
Horrible customer service was told they will call back in 24 hours and still nothing. I went to pick up my furniture and was told they will not release it to me by myself since it was to heavy 150 175 pounds which I can handle it. There was no help in the store and would have to come back another day even though I purchased and was told it was ready for pick up and drove down from New York
Made an order more than two weeks ago. They claimed to have shipped it twice but refuse to give me a tracking number. I keep emailing them complaining about how I did not receive my order and they keep replying that I should call them but won't give me a phone number I can actually use (I am not in the US). Made an order of more than 400euros and 15 days later all they did was take my money and lied. I am reporting them for fraud. Stay away from this shop, don't give them your hard earned money.
I recently purchased a $1400 bugaboo stroller on buybuybaby's website. And when it arrived, it was a USED stroller, with scratches and marks, that had been repackaged and sent to me. Some of the pieces were even still connected together (not completely disassembled before repacking.).
Unfortunately customer service was no help, offering only a refund, which itself required me to go to a FedEx (in NYC. With no car. With a 30 lb box). Or go out and print a return label and schedule a pick up. So either way, at cost to myself of them send me a used product, for $1400. Unbelievable. Will never use again.
Save yourself some time if you really do need/want to SAVE money. Go to Burlington 1st for sure!, Walmart, Amazon or Target. FYI: This place is no where near reasonable in price. It really sucks when you're hoping to save some time and so you search cheap or discount baby stores on Google...& places like this are listed. I hate liars. I'm surprised they are allowed to falsy advertise like that. Anyway it's not a discount store. It's a regular priced +$20 or more store just so u know.

You won't be saving any money here. So if u've gotta watch your $ and like to get the best deal possible, DON'T shop here. Burlington has the best prices I've found so far!

We wife bought a breast pump online on April 9th. It still has not arrived. We've called 5 times now. I understand that because of CoVid that delivery times are going to be awful. The issue is that every time we've called they say it will arrive in 2 days. It's not, and if you have no control over it, why lie? Stop the nonsensical apologies on the phone and either fix the problem or admit that you lack the ability to do so.
Manager Michael was very rude, after my sister & I explained to manager Michael about 10 times the adapter buybuy sold me did not work with the car seat. He had me stand waiting with my 6 DAY old newborn baby & 3 year old for 30 minuets while he did god knows what at the register. At the end he admitted buybuy sold me the wrong adapter but did not even apologize BUT had us wait an additional 20 minuets, I had my receipt/cc card & items were still in boxes. Michelle is a liability to buy buy Baby... unsatisfied customer
I bought a baby bed from this store and I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The mattress was comfortable and the size of the bed was adjustable, so it fit perfectly in my room next to my bed. The baby had no sleeping problems.The whole shopping experience was delightful, so I am definitely going back to this store!
Went to their website and a window popped up stating enter your email and receive 20% off this order. The instructions said that the discount will be applied at check out. I found a gift for my expecting daughter, added it to my cart, filled out all the information and proceeded to check out. Offer declined and cannot be used for this item. I called customer service and was told sorry can't use a discount on this item. Told the agent that it was buybuy Baby who presented the offer then rescinded it at check out, not cool. She was unable to help and when I asked for a manager I was told a manager cannot help. I feel I was sucked in to filling out my info and then rejected because the 20% discount would have been approximately $70. Poor customer service and an untrustworthy company.
Sucks been on hold 2 days in a row for over one hour to have them just hang up the phone today i been on hold trying to get a hold of someone for over 2 hours this is so un professional i have been trying to resolve a issue with a item i bought in November of last year which is still not resolve unsatisfied customer.
Went in to the new Deptford location and I had the best experience ever in a retail environment. We have just had our 2nd baby and used to shop at the Cherry Hill store but since this one is closer we made a run over to get a new stroller for both babes. As usual when we walked in the place was mobbed but we still were greeted right away, we walked over to the stroller department and met kay-dee she used to help us in cherry hill so it was nice to see a friendly face she walked us through all the double strollers and helped us choose the city select! Which is amazing. Anyway kay-dee introduced us to thomas who continued helping us through out the store picking up some other things for the stroller and a new baby carrier. I was really impressed by how well they knew their stuff since they had just opened. We will now make this our home store since kay-dee always takes care of us and this new staff seems happy to assist with whatever we need.
I ordered a breast pump from them on 1/16/21. While I was on the shipping Page it said the estimated date of arrival would be 2/1/21. After I paid however it changed the eta to MAY NINTH. I'm due 3/13/21 which means I would have to go two months without my $159 breast pump! When I checked to see if it had shipped it said that it would take at least to days to show the tracking info. Its now 1/31 and it JUST showed me that my pump has been sitting in NJ for three days!
Ordered activity gym on 4/29, received a Baby blanket after 5 days. Contacted bbbaby CS and was told to send the item back as soon as possible so that I can receive the correct item sooner.
They got their item back but mine... well...
Long story short, after several encounter with CS (which was a minimum 1 hr wait on average days) and hearing different false processing time estimates, I received my order on July 11th.
I am returning it and getting my credit back.
Getting a refund instead of the item would have taken additional time, so was I told.
I would never have purchased from this store if it wasn't my nieces baby registry. The website was so bad it took me 45 minutes to place an order for 3 items. Then I supposedly purchased 2 of one product after paying. I called customer service and after being on hold for 45 minutes they told me I needed to contact them within 30 minutes to change the order. How the hell do you do that if they don't answer the phone? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Now I'll have to ship back the extra item... ugh!
This company has horrible customer service. Ordered an item on the 24thbof July. It was shipped and never received. Waited a couple days to see if it would turn up. Nothing by the 5th of August called and made a claim. Was told I would receive a refund for missing item to wait 4 days. Two for them ro process and 2 for my bank to process. It's now the 16th and no refund. They do not respond to messages or calls.
We ordered an expensive stroller to be delivered to our son and daughter-in-law. The stroller didn't arrive and when I went online to check the order it was marked CANCELLED. No explanation Nobody contacted us. I have emailed their allegedly helpful customer service department 3 times in three days and have received no response to my enquiry. We have given up and will send cash to our son and daughter-in-law so they can simply purchase the stroller elsewhere themselves, What awful customer service!
Be careful before you think about ordering anything.
They will make you hate the product before even they ship it to you.
I have been waiting for my order for many days and they always say it will be delivered within 24h but in fortunately they didn't even ship it.
Don't be scam by their offers, because you will hate the moment and wish that you spent more money in state of ordering from them.
Also, the customer services is poor because you will have to wait for at least an hour to be connected to a representative than he or she will tell you the same thing in the order.
I will never deal with them again...
We bought a mattress that costs nearly $300. The store just shipped the mattress without any packaging! The manufacturer's plastic bag that wraps the mattress was ripped in multiple places, and the mattress cover got dirty. We couldn't clean it all off.
Today at 12:45 I went to the tukwila store to return total body pillow which my husband bought for me 1 week ago. As we arrived to register the two ladies working there were very rude from the start. As soon we said we want to return one rolled her eyes and called manger and they told we can't return it because it's used.so I asked to speak to Manager. So I explained to the manger and she said we can't return because it was used but I explained to her I opened to see if I actually like it. The only reason I am returning it because it has no support. She roller her eyes and keeps telling me we can't accept because it's used. They are very unprofessional and rude. I have been going there for 4 months now and never have I seen this type behavior.
Customer service, there isn't one. I tried to call the support line there was an hour wait. E-mailed the support system they told me to do. Suppose to get back to me in 72 hours. Did not happen. I needed to change the shipping address that they put in. I filled out the correct information
They had the right person but put my billing address in. Never dealt with a customer service that took so long to help with a problem

I placed an order on Saturday for a pair of shoes. After reading some of the reviews (which I should have done first), I changed my mind and tried to call to cancel on Monday. I was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered. I had to send an email to cancel the order. Their website conveniently doesn't allow them to be contacted on the weekends... the email wouldn't go through. Since Monday, I've continually gotten canned email responses that never address my refund. They are refusing to refund my money. BAD BUSINESS! Their website advertises 100% money back guarantee. My next step is reporting them to the BBB. Do not buy anything from this company!
My baby furniture was suppose to take 9-11 weeks which is already a long time. The salesman of course wanted to make a $2K sale so he swore it would be closer to 9 weeks. Now that it has hit the 11 week mark, they say it will be 15 weeks. So I am about to give birth with no furniture except a bed. Since I have the bed together I am stuck still waiting or I would have to get a bedroom suite that doesnt match. This delivery date is unacceptable.
I ordered a toy from a brochure they sent out for a Christmas present and upon receiving it, I wrapped it up and never checked it. Shame on me for not checking. Come to find out that when the present was opened for the baby, what I ordered was switched out for something else and I was never notified.
To this day, Buy Buy Baby has never responded to my letter or this review. My granddaughter is now 18 months old. I stand by my what I wrote before, I will never purchase any product or recommend Buy Buy Baby to anyone. Worst customer service ever. Patti Dwyer
I purchased the AILA Sit and Learn (Animal Island) for my 1 year old grandson. I was absolutely amazed at his reaction to this durable little unit and the well planned curriculum for this age group. I give this 5 stars because in our busy world for me to take the time to write this review, you know it is a great product.
I've never had to deal with such a terrible company. I order glass baby bottles that I was so excited about and they sent me a toilet seat. I right away submitted for a return. I learned I had to send the toilet seat back before they even start t send me the correct item. So I got it dropped off with fedex and it took 5 days for it to get delivered to buybuybaby. I called customer support after it finally delivered, to see when I was getting my actual order and they said it will ship in 24 hrs. Well that was a lie! I had to call back 2 days later bc I've yet to receive an email saying my order was on its way. The costumer service person is now saying it takes 4 to 5 days for them to process my return and my package will ship after that. Like this is going to be a month long process by the time I actually get my bottles if I ever get them. Like this is ridiculous, like either send the right products or get a better return system.
