I ordered a tile that turned out to be out of stock. They took the money right away then immediately sent a 2nd email saying out of stock. Didn't refund at all. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? Never responded to any of my emails regarding refund. Customer Service person knew nothing on any questions I asked, she didn't see order #, didn't have email right either. I had to push hard to get her to admit my refund amount and if it was actually processed. Didn't allow me to speak to anyone else. Lets see if I actually get refunded and stated redoing the response email all actually reaches me. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. There phone calls come through as SPAM RISK not an actual business name.
