Best customer service. I had purchased 3 boxes of the hot chocolate bombs. They arrived quickly but half of two of the three boxes had broken or crushed balls. Cocoa powder everywhere. Likely a careless shipper but I quickly emailed them about my disappointment. Within 48 hours I received an apology (again wasn't blaming them) and a refund for the broken ones. Very pleased with their efficiency and professionalism. Will be ordering again from them.
I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Showcase. I bought an air cooler for $300, assured by the employee that I would receive a full refund if it didn't work. The cooler turned out to be a complete disaster—it didn't blow cool air at all. When I went back to return it just two days later, the manager not only refused to accept the return but also treated me with the utmost disrespect. She was a complete maniac, rolling her eyes, sighing loudly, and speaking to me in a condescending tone. She interrupted me multiple times, didn't listen to my concerns, and acted as if I was a nuisance. Her attitude was so hostile that it felt like she was looking for an argument rather than trying to help. To make matters worse, there's no number to contact Showcase and report this appalling behavior. This was by far the most unprofessional and unpleasant encounter I've ever had. I will never set foot in that store again, and I urge others to stay away as well. Total waste of time and money!
I check their AD on the store which says buy 1 product and the second the same product for 50% off. The staff told me they change the rules today it's 25% off instead of 50% off. Their return policy is not very good. If you open the box you can't return it even though you didn't even use it. If t hey keep on doing this they will lose their business.
My daughter went in and bought a cube of the magnetic balls. It's a fidget toy or something like that. The salesperson/ manager, Dan stated he would give her a discount or at least that is what she heard. She was really looking forward to playing with this fidget. She left the store with receipt in hand and the toy. Unfortunately, she opened the packaging and threw it out. However, she looked at the receipt and realized she paid the full price after getting home. She went back to the store and asked for a refund and Dan told her final sale. My older daughter explained the whole situation and how he duped her and he was such a jerk! We will not buy anything from this store ever and will make sure that people know that it is a rip off. We looked at other stores and showcase sold this fidget you for 2x the amount it was selling elsewhere. So sad to take advantage of an 11 year old.

Went back and forth with their customer service for the whole day just to get a refund. Tried to pass off a previous order as the order that I wanted a refund for. The issue with my order was only resolved because I reached out. Would not have known if I did not email to ask about it. So disappointed!

I have never ever dealt with a company with such. Bad customer service. I have sent numerous emails trying to get someone to respond. When they did it was't even about why I had emailed them. I don"t understand how the company stays in business. So different when I shopped at their store at Bayshore shopping mall in Ottawa. The sales clerk could not have been more friendly and the service was great from her. I. guess I will have to go there instead of shopping online. Finally their online shipping is terrible. I have received updates about when i will receive my order and still waiting. Was supposed to be here yesterday. I waited all day. Having to stay at home( with my condo you have to buzz delivery people in) did not arrive. My suggestion would be go to their store not shopping online
Un happy service. Not happy with the led lights and the return policy just less than 14 days. Bought worth 90$ and just giving In store credit felt being robbed and forced to buy again after not good experienced.

I went to the store today and the manager was rude. Not the first time she is rude. Ok its a small store and employee was on that scooter thing with no handle going around in the store. There were customers there same time as i was there. Manager didn't tell the employee to put it away. Its no longer my favorite store to shop. Owner of this place should check it out. Send a mystery shopper.
I ordered $468.59 including taxes and shipment for face masks and hand sanitizers on April 16,2020. Outrageous prices, but we have employees on critical job sites, and was in desperate need of supplies. My order finally arrived today and it contained two bottles of a cheap hand sanitizer (the ones I ordered were supposedly Health Canada approved). To be scammed during a pandemic is disgusting and no way of communicating with them or receiving a response or refund is beyond unbelievable and unacceptable. I am furious. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I purchased a Fitpulse Massage Gun and received a knock off. Contacted customer service and they said that the photos on their website show an idea of the products they sell. Ummm... what? Why are you selling an idea of your products. Just sell your true products! Pictures below to show what was advertised vs what I got. Absolutely disgusting. Will never shop here again!
I purchased a Himalayan Salt Lamp, I used it 5 times and it stopped working. I emailed their customer support. It has been 4 days and NO response. I reached out to them on Facebook to which they responded that it can take a few days to hear back. I suggested they send an auto email stating that fact so people don't feel ignored or unheard... to which they did not respond. With our economy being upheaved by a global pandemic, businesses should be very thankful and attentive to people spending their hard earned money at their establishment. This brand should be embarassed by their inferior customer service skills.
Bought a diffuser for $50. Went to use it about 40 days later and noticed that the inside well had a large hole in it. Obviously a damaged product that couldn't be used. Took it back to the store and was told it was longer than 30 days and nothing could be done. Said they were very sorry. If they were truthful they would have said "you wasted $50 and we don't care".
The only reason I gave this site one star is because I couldn't submit it without a rating. I really wanted to give it minus star.I ordered an item from showcase and still have not received it. They even had the nerve to send me a request to review the item i never received. I have sent four emails. Not one of them was answered. Stay away from this site.
I ordered 2 large bottles of hand sanitizer and a small item to top up theorizer for free shipping. I got the small item today... no hand sanitizer! Though all was on the shipping label and I have been charged for it all! TRY getting in touch with them. It's a nightmare. I've wasted hours now. I'm very upset. Won't deal them again. 55.00 $ for some some kitchen bags WOW. And NOW everyone is OUT of the sanitizer. Thanks SHOWCASE.
The only way to get a return label for a online purchased product that you don't want or didn't like it is to lie to them. My Item Arrived Damaged or My Item is Defective or I Was Shipped the Wrong Item. If your not happy with the product they will not take it back unless you pay the full shipping to return it which is double or more to send back. The Customer Support is Terrible. I will never shop online with them again.
I purchased PortoFit as a gift and found misleading labeling. It advertises a "full body workout" but offers resistance bands that might offer 2lbs of resistance and is extremely light. There is no mention of use as a pilates bar, which might be a slightly better explanation. The nylon web attachments are very thin and seem likely to tear under regular use. Further, Showcase has a no return policy on the product, and if two products are purchased, one with a return option and this product without a return policy, it was not made clear that this product would be "no return". I would not recommend purchase nor even use during the lightest exercise such as Pilates, unless you're recovering from injury and need to start with little to no resistance.

Check return policy on each individual item as different items have different return policies. Some misleading labeling: for instance "full body workout" is somewhat accurate but the resistance bands are so light as to not offer a workout but allow the user to move a bar.

I bought a small air cooler and found that it wasn't what I thought it would be. I went to return it and the sales lady said because I didn't have the box it came and that it had been opened I was entitled to a refund! I guess their policy is if you buy a product, take it home, leave it in the box unopened and then decide you don't want then they will take it back! Terrible return policy! I will never ever shop at that disgusting place ever again!
Garbage customer service is all you will receive from the manager. I purchased a shark blanket from the pen centre location and I was speaking with the manager at the time explaining this was a gift and I asked if it doesn't fit the person who I was gifting this to if they'd be able to exchange it and was told yes. However when returned to exchange was told because it was not sealed they would not return it or exchange that due to a code only seen on receipt with a "U" it is final sale the tag was still in place but she told me that basically there was no way she ever told me that? I am an honest person therefore expected her to be the same however she instead threatened to call security because I said I will never again shop in her store or any other showcase and I was there with my young daughter. What an awful experience all I wanted to do was to get the proper size for the person who I had gifted this to for Christmas now I'm out the money and have to buy a replacement from another source.

Christmas of 2022 I purchased a hand help massager at Showcase South center Mall along with the 3 year extended warranty, however the machine does not work so I went into the store to get it replaced and was met by a VERY RUDE woman she said that she would not replace the item and that I could do what ever I wanted, after which she pushed the box at my son hitting him in the stomach and then called security to have me removed from the store. When security came and heard my story he apologized and asked me to try a different store to get my item exchanged. This woman needs to be held responsible for her actions. I feel cheated, disrespected, violated and discriminated being a visible minority.
They advertise their products as if these are special deals for seniors. So I bought a 946Ml bottle of sanitizer for $29.95 and a 5 pack of kn95 face masks also at $29.95. Found same quality sanitizer next day at Walmart for $7.99, face masks at $10.99. This company seems to enjoy price gouging seniors
Didn't recieve my package and trying to get refund and there customer service is non existent. Theres no number to contact anyone. No one gets back to emails or chat. Had to dispute transaction through bank to grt my money back. Horrible company. Wouod never shop.
I brought the above product from the store ans called same day (18july 21) about the defect which was not filling up proper air. The store person ask me to use water so it give a pressure to the tree and csn be stat up. I tried that too and called aging next day to let them know is still not working. She replied that i can find out and call you back. After that i awaited for 4 days but she didn't get me back and at last when i called today on 23rd july21 she replied me that's the final sale you can returned or replaced it. So now what should i have to do?
I bought a E-scooter from them and got the $60 warnty my scooter stop working and I tuck my scooter to get it fixed but they sed it was my fault and I should buy a new one. Then I called a scooter repair place and they sed it was faulty because the battery and electronics were broken. Just for context I never pulled the scooter apart never round it hard and changed it the way the manule sed. Everything is over priced
