From my initial order to the arrival of my trial products yesterday, everything has been amazing! I am 50 and am always looking for products that will help in my again process but also works with my highly sensitive skin. Granted I've only used the items twice but so far SUPER impressed with how they're making my skin look, feel and most importantly I haven't had an allergic reaction to anything! The products are way more expensive than what I'm used to BUT, my mom always said, you get what you pay for, I have to say so far. Worth every penny!
113022163 This was my order number. I did notice some plumpness in the lips but I also had a reaction above my mouth all the way to the nose. I only aplied it to the lips. First time using so I will wait and see how long this reaction will last. Although I haven't had much luck with your products I still reordered because you have an excellent customer service and I can buy with confidence.

I did the color quiz. I was wowed by the primer and concealer and how little was required when applying but the Foundation color received was slightly too light and grey. I emailed customer support and got an immediate reply with options: for color correction assistance and/ refund. After answering questions they sent me another foundation color 175 that was perfect! At 60 years of age I love the natural look! I've never experienced a company that provides this kind of product and service.

Was given an email (Mon 4/22/2024 8:13 AM) with a BOGO deal for $100 and an e-code. Ended up not getting the $100 off but only the $59 off the lowest priced item. Not very happy with that outcome.

I have so much to say. Firstly I purchased a foundation and cover up. Let me just say, I have never experienced such an exact color match as well as a formula that didn't irritate my sensitive skin! I'm never going back to store bought attempts again.

I have purchased several items from Il Makiage and I really like their products. I would rate the products 4 to 5 stars, but their business model makes me crazy. It's like dealing with a sleazy pushy salesperson. You can't check out until you have been asked a half dozen times if you want to add this or that, or sign up for auto replenish. I just want to buy what I want and get on with my life. Also once your order is finally placed be prepared for several emails, per day!
Your products are great, but man are you annoying!
It kept asking for a code or no discount to be automatically added for the lip plumper I added. I am unable to checkout with a discount of 20% that was promised and am VERY Disappointed in your services. I do not know if I will keep the trial items because of this poor service that seems to be a scam. I haven't got mine yet. But I'm hoping it mixes my skin tone and works for me. Just know the the 14 day try before you buy. Is going to take the money out of your account immediately. And they do not cancel. It's permanent purchase from the point you decided to click order. Even if. It says try before you buy. It isn't true. So I hope and pray I like these products or. I'm just stuck with them. Got my fingers crossed
Says item will be received within 2-5 days yet have no notification of tracking. Trying to deal with customer service who will not answer when it will be dispatched. Stay away from this company if something so simple as posting an item is so hard would hate to see if anything else went wrong. So sick of dishonest companies.

I have tried many products and love how often I am notified about new products. I've never been let down by Il Makiage. As for the new products that I receive and try, I get great results every time and I've truly never found a foundation that matches so perfectly and wears all day. Now I'm exploring more products and moisturizers and looking forward to trying the hand creams. I look forward to more remarkable results. I wanted to get the power lift cream - I've purchased it twice before because it is great product and needed it again! I went to the website through an email that would also give me a free product. I signed up for the auto-ship and I was only give them option for my first ship in January?!? So, great, I have to wait 4 months for my first shipment? I had to go back in and order one at full price and didn't get a free product. Made no sense!

The site refused both of my credit cards even after several entries. I tried one last time and the order went through. Very frustrating.
I had ordered a primer and foundation through Il Makiage. The primer wasn't what I wanted and returning it was super easy.
My foundation (day 20) I started feeling like I didn't like the colour match. The agent not only sent me tips to prepare my skin for foundation but also went a step ahead to help me find the right colour! I have been sent a package in the mail, cannot wait to see if it's the right shade this time. Their customer service is exceptional.

Although my package showed that it shipped successfully to my home; I never received it. My email of this concern several weeks later (due to personal reason) was responded to in LESS THAN 24 hours and solution set in motion immediately following my reply. Quick, kind and AMAZING customer service. 10 stars for this business!
I've never found such wonderful products before. The flawless concealer is perfect, and the line and large pores disappear with the primer.
Perfect for day time wear, and I have saved the foundation for our few but special evenings out.
I'm 63, have worn makeup for almost 50 years, and have never been so pleased with a product as I am with these three products.

I LOVE the water proof eye liner but it must have gotten lost in the shipment part of the transaction. I'm not sure if the time delay is on them or the postal service, but it's been a little over two weeks of waiting. So either order way before you run out or just don't get in a hurry for your makeup just incase.

Overall, I like the idea of trying before the commitment to buy as the products are a bigger price. I would have preferred the option to buy the foundation brush as opposed to needing to subscribe, but I get the marketing ploy there. I'm not big into subscriptions especially for makeup products. Excited to see how this foundation measures up to bare minerals. Hope that llmakeiage keeps their products stocked and doesn't discontinue colors like the problem bareminerals does.

I've been wanting to try this foundation for awhile now, but each time I took the survey to find my perfect match, I had the tendency to pick the color I wanted to be or look like and kept getting a different color # each time, but now they have the take a {virtual picture} of yourself to help match your skin tone! I'm hoping this will be the perfect match for me & "may the odds be ever in your color palette"… try before you buy~ you can't beat that! So what are you waiting on?
Not only this time, but every time I inquire about a product or promotion they get back to me within 24 hours. They take the time to fix things or explain how it works. It's nice to find dependable businesses still exist. This time I was having trouble with a coupon code. They did their magic and provided an extra place I could copy the code from to ensure it was correct for pasting. I'm super appreciative.

I was able to use the Try Before You Buy feature on Il Makiage for the Woke Up Like This Flawless Foundation. I really appreciate having this option before making the full commitment. It turns out the product is excellent and I bought it anyway! I didn't need any help via customer service but I did receive an email as soon as I signed up for Try Before You Buy so I imagine the customer service is excellent as well. Highly recommend!
I love the products I have received so far, but I really do not need to be asked if I want to subscribe or add additional stuff to my cart. The check out process was so freaking dragged out because of pushy sales attempts.
If I wanted to add more stuff to my cart, I would have added it myself. Seriously, I was asked about 8 different products after checking out.
I went onto the site to purchase foundation. Have the shade I need, go to checkout and can't checkout without signing up for auto replenishment! What? Absolutely hands down the BEST foundation i have ever used.ive ordered three times from these guys and dont know why i havent just autoshipped yet! Im 58 and this stuff evens my skin tone out without being heavy or cakey...the shade is spot on! Absolutely worth the price! Ill never go back to any other foundation...no one has matched their results!

Did the color match test, received my foundation. Unfortunately it was a bit off, but customer service not only took care of me, they let me keep the first color, immediately shipped out the next shade, then sent me a $25 code to redeem for 'not getting it right the first time.' This company has treated me better than any company ever has. The foundation is absolutely perfect. Feels so light weight but has all the coverage I need. I've been recommending it to all of my friends.
