Great. Was given the actual company contacts, they solved the back left and right drawer slide support systems. All good. Great products for what I am doing. I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
Not a lot of instructions, but good value for the price. The value line sliders would be easier to manage with some instructions. If you are handy, the custom drawer with slides are a nice solution for a shallow kitchen cabinet.
I received the wrong hinge parts, and tried repeatedly to contact customer support. It seems that is not possible to speak to someone with any knowledge on the phone. I was forced to try to communicate by email. (The website touts a live chat feature, but I tried it and it seemed I was communicating with a computer robot) After a long saga over the past week, I was requested to send photos of the hinge parts that I received. I sent the photos, requested replacement and there was no response. I cancelled my order and returned everything.
My vanity arrived damaged. My phone contact with whom I communicated the whole 3 months was very pleasant on the phone, but often vague because he didn't have all the information either. A replacement came a few weeks later, but then it took literally 3 months from the first arrival to the pick up of the damaged vanity. There was definitely a communication issue between the company, the trucking firm and me. The shipping company finally came to pick up the damaged piece with no notice.
Some hardware was missing from the second vanity (I was told by the salesman not to send the first one back until I knew I needed no more spare parts from it!). The quality of the glass vanity top was lacking, but by the time it was installed I just wanted to be done. Also the shelf for the mirror was warped and the screws to attach it to the mirror were nowhere to be found! I did not send anything else back.
Tried canceling my order in 24 hours because item was almost double what Amazon was and shipping was way longer then what was advertised when I bought it. They wouldn't let me cancel so now I have to return. They are charging $10 for me to return the item. Returns are not free. Im even located right next to there offices in south Florida and they wouldn't even let me just drop it off.

Make sure you want what you need. Better off buying from them direct on there amazon store if anything as they won’t charge to ship back your stuff

They would not take a mistaken order back because it was beyond their deadline in a policy. They said satisfaction guaranteed, but when a company won't take back mistaken orders, what good is that guarantee?
When I selected cabinet door slides I was prompted to select additional hardware that's was said to be required. However when I got the original hardware it came with the extra pieces already attached and extra hardware was not required. Please correct your website for future orders
I ordered 4 Grass hinges from this company on Sept. 26th and five days later received an email stating that my order would ship on Oct. 10. That's about two weeks just to ship! If I had known I never would have ordered from them. For a company that specializes in cabinets parts two weeks just to ship is unacceptable. Never again cabinetparts.com!
A great way to build a cabinet and save on the valuable space that one creates. The sides are of minimal width allowing for wider and less bulky drawers. Bottoms, rear and front of drawers are easy to construct and attach. These parts can lead the way to a cabinet that looks and feels professionally built.
Was the wrong part but I was able to make it work. Website needs better details and dimensions. I have 20 some year old cabinets and original may be obsolete. Was not able to tell from your website. The original hinge had a part number but could not find in your website.
We have quite a number with the same hinges that have plastic parts that fail with age. CabinetParts are just the place to get replacement parts as we need them. Very prompt in shipping and correct parts.
I ordered an appliance garage from this company. I knew I had ordered it earlier than I needed but wanted to make sure I had it when my contractor was ready for it. Well, when the contractor went to install the cabinet it was not the right size and he could not use it. When I tried to return it the company refused as it was beyond their 30 day return time. Lesson learned, if you are not sure something will work don't order from this company. This is a standard cabinet and not something unusual. They could have taken it back easily. Oh yea, this is something they still sell on their web site.

After well over twenty years of functioning several of our cabinet door hinges were worn enough to no longer close the doors snugly. The replacements were easily installed after the failed hinges were easily removed. Problem solved.

The hinges work extremely well. Unfortunately I did not measure the overlay properly and they will not work correctly. That was user error. The cabinet parts itself worked great for the price.
Ordered a number of cabinet handles that they jammed into the smallest possible box and damaged the items. The shipment of replacements handles, these idiots did the exact same thing. On the returned items, they never credited me and 'can't find' the returned items. Incompetent and unethical.
I ordered drawer slides for a vanity. I thought I had ordered soft close. I received self close. It was not until I had installed the slides that I realized that I had the wrong type. They refused to let me return them. Because they had been installed. I had intended to re-order the correct slides. The only thing they offered was a discount on my next order. No thank you. I will not be doing business with this company again.

I was really worried about ordering these. I'm a girl and I didn't know anything about hinges. I found what I thought was right but didn't know what the heck an overlay was! I watched the video and felt confident enough to place an order. The hinges are exactly what I needed and I ordered the right overlay!
The cabinet pulls and hinges did not quite match, but we were able to improvise. The hinges were not bright like the pulls, but we were able to polish them with a wire wheel brush and get them to match.
I received package. The rev a shelf cookie sheet divider makes storage so much easier. Great product

Prompt attention in sending items, I am just not having any attention from customer service when it comes to trying to get 2 replacement parts for a Felterer 771 ECD damaged in transit.
Any mistakes (and we all make them) was immediately addressed and corrected. They sent double the amount of clips and no hinges. They had my hinges in a day and told me to donate the extra clips to HFH. I thought that was great.
A late add to the order was possible through the great customer service representative that contacted the warehouse to correct the order prior to shipping.
Of the two orders I paid for one was partially wrong, partially incomplete AND was sent to the wrong address. In both cases my order was for 21" 563F slides. I am still waiting for the second one to arrive after three weeks. The tracking number indicates a delivery. I did receive the locking devices but not thye slides. Save yourself some massive headaches and find a reliable supplier. I am now going to ask the German manufacturer to reimburse me, because they referenced Cabinetparts as a certified supplier.
