I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
Needed hinge to fix mom's cabinets. Could not find hinge in local hardware store. Found part on this site. Ordered it on my phone and received it in the mail a couple of days later.
Had to order this because 110 adaptor was faulty. I could not order another adaptor. So, I had to order a complete unit for $400. Just to get another adaptor. I'm pissed. Joe Nichols

Ordered a pair of drawer slides to replace a left one that i bent. On check out after hitting pay now, i noticed them. Didnt need em. I looked for the silver lining of having some spare parts.

I ordered 24 pairs of hinges, and ordered the wrong size. Returned them well within the returns time frame, only unwrapped one hinge from the tissue paper before returning. It took over a month from the date that the USPS tracking number showed the returned items were received by them for them to refund my money. Multiple calls and emails over two weeks, every person I talked to just said they see the notes from my previous calls, they don't know why I haven't been refunded, and they will look into it and forward to their supervisor. Thirty-five days after they received my return, on my daily call to their company about my refund, I finally talk to a customer service rep who gets my refund immediately. I check my email and they shorted me $45, which I assume is for their "restocking" fee. After all of the hassle and terrible service, they only refunded 2/3 of my purchase price and I also had to pay for shipping for the original order and return shipping. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I should have read the reviews before ordering, it seems like this is their norm.
I did receive the order. However, the spacing is wrong and the cabinet door doesn't line up anymore. Is it possible to return them. I was trying to replace Blume 120.

I had to order this part twice since I didn't know what part (1/2 vs. 3/4 inch) the hinge was. There is no online support, and they don't want to talk to you on the phone, so it was trial and error.
These did not fit properly. Your cabinet generator for selection did not accommodate my mounting style.
Please forward an RGA and provide a number to call to explain what I need.
Easy, quick order and delivery. Decent quality for the price. The only complaint is shipping cost more than the drawer slide itself, as I only needed one.

The part description on the website says this part is 61/4" long. I need a part that's 61/4" long. The part that I received is 5.5" long. In addition. I chose USPS shipping for $2.99. Your changed my choice and charged me $7.95 for shipping and insisted on shipping it UPS.I even canceled this order once thinking that I made a mistake. When I re-ordered. It did the same thing. The receipt I have from you says it was delivered by USPS. But in reality, it was DELIVERED BY UPS. I filled out a form to return it and you want to charge me $8.95 to return it.I spent $17.90 for shipping and I still don't have the part I need. I did call and speak to a nice lady that did agree the site says the overall length is 6 1/4". She had to escalate this issue since she didn't know anything about parts. She also said that I would hear back from someone BY EMAIL in a couple of weeks! It sounds like your website is screwed up and that you hate your customers.You should have the decency to call them when a problem arises and resolve issues in a timely manner. I expect a full refund including shipping.
The hinges I ordered came faster than expected. They are of great quality. Unfortunately, they didn't fit my cabinet. I will keep Cabinet Parts company in mind if I ever need more parts.
Ordered an item that was in stock on August 26. Once I ordered the item I was emailed that it would ship September 2nd. A day later I was emailed again stating that the item wouldn't be shipped until September 15th because it was no longer in stock.
Wouldn't reccomend this business. After a phone call with "Customer Service" I was told it was due to Covid-19. Covid-19 doesn't determine stock and supply numbers. There could be a shipment delay due to Covid-19 but not an inventory discrepancy.

I was looking for a trash can with specific measurements. I found a trash can on Cabinetparts.com website with the measurements I needed so I ordered it. They sent a trash can with completely different measurements. I did the "live chat" online only to be told that someone would get in touch with me. That's is not how "live chat" is supposed to work. So I received an email that contained a link with their return policy. I replied stating I would prefer to send back the incorrect trash can and for them to send the correct one. They replied several days later stating they only have a return policy and I could place a new order at any time. It was THEIR fault that I now have to send the incorrect trash can back. If I place another order, I guess I have a small chance of getting the product I ordered.
I would not recommend ordering from this company. I can understand that people make mistakes... someone picked the wrong item off the shelf to send to me BUT they should make it right by sending me the correct item in exchange so I don't have to do the leg work for THEIR mistake. I have no confidence in this company to do the right thing. I will not place any more orders with them.

I found Cabinetparts.com and found the items I was looking for to be less than anywhere else I could find them. I am remodeling a house for sell and needed to finish off the kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, my handyman placed the cabinet pulls in the wrong places and I needed to reorder 5 pulls. This was done on 10/30/18. By 11/15/18 I still hadn't received my package. I went to UPS and found the package was checked in to New York on 11/01/18 and no activity after that. I dealt with UPS (not too helpful), and they told me to reorder. I spent 22 minutes on the phone with a CabinetParts.com representative on 11/15/18 and reordered the parts once again. I paid for, and was assured, the package would arrive to my home by 11/19/18. Well, no package and when I go on CabinetParts.com I don't see that the customer service rep ever placed the order. So here I am still waiting for 5 cabinet pulls that are a different size than I can find anywhere else, so I am stuck. I either replace the pulls that I already purchased from CabinetParts.com and start over, or I wait and wait for them to send me the 5 pieces I ordered on 10/30 and again on 11/15. Horrible experience. I will just go to Lowe's or Home Depot next time and pay the higher price. It's much better than the frustration.
