I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
I am forced to buy hinges that are guaranteed to fail within a few years of use. They were sold on the basis of a lifetime guarantee.

If I had not contacted customer support about my order, I most likely would not have received it. I waited over a week before getting in touch, and your rep said that someone would "look into it". Less than an hour later, I received a shipping confirmation. An apology would have been a nice touch... "We misplaced your order, we are so sorry, we are expediting it right away". I'm glad I received my order, have ordered from you before, and most likely will in the future, but now I feel like I need to keep an eye on you guys.

The first cabinet/trash can insert was too small (our mistake). So, my husband returned it and then went and ordered a new one. However, I paid for the first one and he paid for the second one. It has been almost 2 weeks since we sent it back and I have yet to receive a refund for the return. My husband was online with customer service yesterday and they promised to fix the issue, but this morning I still do not have a refund.
I contacted customer service 3 times asking for an e-mail confirmation of my order. I did not receive an automatic one when I placed my order or after my requests. I am still waiting. Other than that prompt delivery and secure packing we're outstanding.
I ordered 46" drawer slides rated for hundreds of pounds. They weighed a ton (ok not really). But they arrived in a couple of days, much faster than I expected. I shopped around and after much comparison, these guys had the best price/shipping rates. They're half installed in the back of my jeep and seem sturdy and working well so far, but it's way too early to give them a decent eval. Overall happy so far
Associate. I spoke with did a fine job answering my inquiries. Was disappointed to learn that the mixer apparatus did nod include the base as pictured only the hardware. I'm now left with finding a base to attach to make useful and user friendly. Items purchased have not been installed yet but, I hoping they work as desired.

I wanted to order Hafele lighting. The sales associate that I talked with knew little to nothing about there products and said that I would be put in contact with a lighting specialist----who never became available. I finally basically guessed at which components that I would need and placed an on line order. Luckily I did pretty well and only had to order two extension cables to complete my project. Shipping was very fast and prices were good but customer service----not so much.
I really liked how your website had a picture of my old part and its replacement. That is much easier than trying to compare part numbers. I also appreciated the video showing how to replace the hinges.

I did however have issues with several screws. (2 of the 22 flat head screws had heads with driver slots too shallow which rendered them useless and 1 of the 33 round head screws was cut flush without a point)
I initially ordered the wrong size hinges but did not realize this until it was too late to return -- that's fair enough and my own fault. But I may want to return them anyway even with no refund since I have no use for them and don't like to just trash them.
The glides arrived in a timely manner. They seemed to be in good working order but when I installed them a week later I found 1 was slightly bent and 1 had a defective soft close mechanism. I then went to look at the return policy and found the return of defective parts window to be 2 days. I didn't bother to fight for my $40. My next order will be from another vendor.
Two of my new cupboards needed the ability to open wider than 90 degrees. I purchased 165 degree hinges and plates suggested by cabinetparts customer service and installed them. When done, the cabinet doors had a gap between them of 5/16" which was greated than the 1/8" I had before installing. Subsequent purchase of different plates recommended by customer service did not fix the problem. I am currently waiting for response to my recent complaint that I seem to have wasted my money because the problem has not been solved.
I am inexperienced when it comes to cabinet hinges, but I needed to replace some that were no longer functioning properly. Your website helped my find what looked like what I needed so I ordered a pair to try. They work perfectly so I have ordered more for the additional cabinet doors that are not closing properly. I was pleased with your website and delighted to receive my order so quickly.
When my first order response came back it was unclear whether or not I could get the pulls. I emailed the company and got a quick response to my question that yes they could get the pulls, but it would take longer. This was fine with me. Perhaps in their first email they could have clarified better the availability of getting the product.

Once my order was place, I never received a confirmation email. I called and found out it was just a glitch in the system. I received the confirmation email before hang up the phone with them. My order was delivered two days later. My only complaint is the bulk ok drawer glides I ordered did not come with screws. Other than that, the service was very fast, the prices was better than everywhere else I searched online and the customer service was excellent. I have ordered and will continue to order from this company.
For many years, I was a loyal Cabinetparts.com customer. They were always my "go to" vendor. During the pandemic, I contacted their customer service department for help in purchasing a mini European hinge which holds a mirror on to a bathroom cabinet. It was challenging to find the correct hinge and plate because it was from an older cabinet. I purchased several different hinges that were recommended by Cabinet Parts' technical people. Unfortunately, none fit. I kept asking if I could ship my broken hinge to them so I would not keep purchasing the wrong product and having to incur the back and forth shipping charges that mounted. That question was one that none of the reps bothered to answer until recently. Due to COVID, they ceased the practice of accepting product from customers. I understand that. This is an unprecedented time.
Finally, I decided that this was a losing battle and I would seek another solution. I sent a complaint message about the numerous times I ordered and returned the hinges and plates (taking the advice of customer service), having to pay the ongoing shipping and return charges. After I sent the complaint through the website, "Jim" responded that they were sorry for my inconvenience and would take back any hinges and send me a return shipping label to make up for the inconvenience. I thought that was very nice, and good business sense.
After a week passed and the shipping label had still not been sent, I contacted "Jim" again, The shipping label was finally emailed. I immediately packed up the products and shipped them back. After all of this wasted time, effort and money spent, I just received a credit solely for the returned items WITHOUT the courtesy shipping refund that was promised. It is not that this was a great deal of money. The issue is the numerous wasted hours going back and forth with Cabinet Parts' customer service, the frustration of not being able to get proper help, and the added insult to injury that they don't even know how to diffuse an unhappy patient situation by simply providing the courtesy shipping cost return that they offered. Sorry CabinetParts.com, but I won't be shopping with you again, and I certainly cannot recommend your business.

Shop elsewhere. This company no longer employees the knowledgeable technical people they had in the past. It is a shame.

The cabinet hinges did not fit because customer service at CabinetParts.com repeatedly recommended the wrong item. Each time I purchased and then returned the incorrect products, i had to pay for shipping. That cost exceeded the price of the hinges,

Shipper had an incomplete address, leaving off unit number and fedex could not deliver. I had to call fedex, they wanted only to work with shipper, but there was no phone number on website. Finally got unit number added and parts were delivered next day. Parts were incorrect, my fault. Waiting for RMA. I have more money in these slides than they are worth.
My old hinges stopped working. The cabinet doors wouldn't stay shut. These new ones were very easy to install, easy to adjust, and now work great.
