Great. Was given the actual company contacts, they solved the back left and right drawer slide support systems. All good. Great products for what I am doing. I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
I was so happy to find the cabinet part on your site. I had searched all over for the cabinet hinges in stores and on line to no avail. The hinges arrived in a timely manner and they were a perfect fit. Thanks for carrying hard to find older parts!
Since it's very confusing to select replacement hinges, your service to advise on the correct ones is extremely helpful. Hopefully the recommended ones will be correct.

Pleased with the quickness in delivery, however, I will have to return them due to being the wrong size.
I was just referred to a ap for my answer. This didn't help because you can't see the product and just want to order all the necessary parts. If you had never used the product it is hard to understand what you need. Referring me to an ap may work if you used the product prior but not is you have questions. My questions was never really addressed. I order product 3 times to get what I felt I needed finally and each time of course I had to pay shipping. If I would have known what to order by addressing my questions I could have save time and money. Once I have the product in hand and can see it I now know what would be needed.
Because I was not able to replace the original cabinet hinges with the same, I had to order the new replacement but was unaware that all the parts were sold separately including screws. The door part (hinge) did not work with the original frame part (latch), so I had to order them separately.
My order was supposed to ship by 7/11. I never received shipment notification. I called customer service on 7/13 and was told it would ship that day. By 7/18, I still had not gotten shipment notification. I called and customer service got back to me that it had been delivered that day and who signed for the order.
Natasha was great but the door attachment screw holes on the hinges I received are 1/8-inch off. The door attachment screws screw into bored hole plastic inserts so I can not simple re-drill wood in door. I am disappointed so far.
Generally good; would have been nice to receive an installation flyer with the hinges, which describes adjustments; I was able to find on the website with a bit of effort. One of the hinges was balky but seems to have settled in after a day or two (soft-close hinges). Not sure I would pay again for the soft close feature.
The order came from multiple warehouses at different times, but there was insufficient shipping and tracking information. So it was a little difficult to tell what was shipped when, and when to expect it to arrive.
I ordered two cabinet hinges by number. I could read the number on the hinge I was replacing so I found it on your sight and ordered them. They got here and the holes don't line up, we can't use them. Very disappointing considering I had the exact number.
I don't like recommended buy in this site because when I have my order missing parts and damage items boxes wet for water I don't buy again
Ordered two sets of drawer slides and a bag o screws. Screws came first and slides second. All within the expected time and at an excellent price.
Trying to get a simple answer from customer service was almost impossible. I could not get through to a live person in a timely manner to get a question answered. I ordered based on a guess. Chat could not answer my question and I waited four days for "the team" to get back to me and they never did.
Parts were delivered in a timely manner and were an exact match to the broken parts. Am very pleased.

Strange...I ordered $17.34 of merchandise. If I order under $20 I get hit with a small order charge of $3.00, so I ordered one more to get me over $20 (20.23)and the shipping coast almost doubled. It was cheaper to get hit with the small order charge than it was to get over $20...Weird.
I wanted to add to an existing order I had placed within the previous hour but was told I was unable to add to it because I paid using PayPal. They adjusted the shipping on my second order to compensate. The customer service people were very helpful and I received both orders very fast.
Following Cabinetparts recommendation, the part was received promptly but did not work. Have responded to them regarding the problem with the part but have received no reply. Need to post dimensions to help customers determine proper substitution. Also, photo of the back of the part would have helped!
When I sent a message to inquire about the shipping date of my order it took several e mails for someone to understand what I was asking. It was awkward.
The drawers I received are decent quality but one was notched for the undermount guide and the other two drawers were not.
I gave 3 stars because although the website was really pretty easy to use, quality of product is good but it felt awkward communicating with costumer service via messaging & e mail and they missed notching two drawers for the undermount drawer guide.
This is a completely alien world for me and I had some difficulty parsing through all the product offerings for the hinge I needed to fix a cabinet door. Some of what I bought was right, some not, but it was ok because our handyman was able to use what I bought to fix the problem.
I took pictures of the hinges, wrote down all the numbers I could find, and emailed the information. I received a response almost immediately. Once ordered, the hinges arrived in a timely manner. I will definitely will use this company in the future.
The only negative was the shipping fee into Canada. It was 10 times higher than shipping it to a border town in the US. A small inconvenience but an inconvenience non the less. Very happy with the product ordered.
