I did not realize that the item that I order (cabinet hinge) was not a complete hinge & was only part of it. I also needed the part that attaches to the cabinet wall. Luckily, we were able to find a spare and I didn't have to create another order for the piece.

Experience was good however I received only one half of the hinge I purchased. I anticipated receiving the whole hinge based on the photo I saw. I was able to use the good half of my old hinge so I did not seek customer service.

Need to talk to customer service to send a picture of the part that I really need.

I was supposed to receive a quart of touch-up paint with my cabinet order but it was missing. I contacted customer service and sometime later I received a small envelope with a touch-up paint pen instead of the quart of paint.
Last year I ordered the same cabinets for my daughters house and received my quart of paint so I don't know why there was a change in sending the expected quart of paint.

I have 15 cabinet doers and each have a Grass number 850-1 on left side and o4-12 on right side of the hinge. About 9 have broke at the cast iron part where you screw on to the wood. And I look for more to brake in the future. Why aren't these hinges recalled? They are just junk. Thank you, Lorenzo S Ramirez

The only issue that I experienced was I thought I was getting a drawer slide that would self close slowly. But I just received a ball bearing slide. What was pictured and what I received were two different items. Disappointing

The web site was easy to shop for the parts needed. The delivery came in on time and the parts sent were exactly right.

This was a reorder of same parts, to ensure I have ample supply. Used some from first order, and they worked great. Easy to remove and replace; don't have to be experienced to do. We have many kitchen cabinets with these hinges, so stocking up at HUGE DISCOUNT to ensure no issues as the need to swap out happens. THANKS!

Good pictures to help find right hinge
I have ordered twice now for the right hinge. First time I think it was my mistake. The second time I think it was your mistake. Cannot seem to get the right one. Your picture looked exactly like the one I needed, even with the 1 1/4 marking on it but did not get that one.

I received my items and I understand it's a trash can we're talking about but it's an expensive trash can. I received all of my trash cans scratched and scuffed. I called customer service and was on hold for 15 minutes and gave up.

Everything about my order was very prompt and professional. The only negative was the cost for the product with shipping. It seems to almost have doubled from my last order of the same product. Is it possible that you would recommend a local vendor who sells your ColorFlex caulk?

Description was spot on and no issues with parts everything came as stated and shipped when stated. No hassle ordering.

I bought 2 packages but in the midst of the job, I realized there was not any screws nor the plugs. I had to use the old hinges and used the old plugs but got it to work. The hinges are useless without the screws and plugs.

You need two separate pieces to have a workable hinge. The packs of pieces are two different amounts so you wind up with a bunch of half hinges. They didn't come with any instructions. They didn't come with any screws.
Lesson learned buying on line!

Using the Help Tool the hinge and mounting plate suggested the wrong part which I am returning. I just received the hinge and mounting plate suggested by Customer Support. There are two problems. Either I need to know how far from the edge to place the mounting plate, or I received the wrong parts.
I did notice that the part number on the hinge is not the part that I ordered.

Finally got the parts after a long wait. Cabinet Parts was the only place to get the parts I needed. I would recommend them.

Great experience. Quality part, arrived quickly. Online installation video made it easy-ish even for inexperienced homeowners to install.

Received order quickly. Placed a second order of rear slide brackets and received quickly. Haven't installed them yet.

Purchased to replace on our Italian MCM crushed velvet sofa. They worked perfectly. Solid and stable.

I need 3/8" wide hinge but received 5/8" wide.
I suggest asking customers the dimensions of the desired hinge.

There was an issue with the products I purchased and I returned and they did not credit me for shipping even though they admitted there was an issue with the product. BAD BAD BAD!
