The customer service is good - whenever I have called they have resolved my issue.
My only concern is.
Whenever I place an order ( 3rd time now)
The tracking number doesn't work
And I have to contact the customer service in order to process my order.
The order / tracking process needs improvement

Cabinetparts shipped my order the next day after I ordered the parts. It took FEDEX 12 days to deliver these parts. Saw on TV last night that FEDEX had a technical problem here is Georgia that delayed 1000's of orders being delivered. Finally received my parts thru USPS yesterday. Please dont use FEDEX again. UPS much better for reliability. Problem was not cabinetparts but fully FEDEX>

I ordered the right parts, but they sent the wrong parts. I asked customer service how to return these parts but all I get is a link to figure out the right parts to order. I already reordered the right parts again, so all I need is to figure out how to return the wrong parts sent. Your return policy shouldn't be this difficult.

Ordering was easy and product delivered timely. Prices are good. Issue with returning items. Wrong RMA issued initially. Called customer service and they couldn't find the correct order. However, eventually they found the order and sent what I believe is the correct RMA.

Website made it easy to replace 34 year old hinges that we couldn't find replacements for locally.

Love the fact the hinges are still made in Austria and quality is the same originals.

I made mistakes ordering. I responded to the confirmation email but was not contacted. I originally ordered two mats by mistake, I only wanted one, I sent an email but I got both items. I thought I may have canceled the first order with the email I sent so I ordered another one. When I received an email that you were having trouble filling the second order I requested it be canceled. NowI have two items to return.

I ordered 8x hinges and one hinge was incorrect while another one was missing a small screw used for fine adjustments. I have pictures to show that I was shipped 7x regular hinges for 0.5' material and 1x soft close hinge for.75' material. Customer service has still not responded to my request to fix the order

Fairly easy, except determining what the model number is of the mounted drawer slide being replaced. Should have the model number easily visible from either the slide attached to the drawer, or the slide mechanism mounter inside the cabinet. Only thing was the name Accuride name and what looks like a stamped manufacture date of 06 10 03.

Order came as promised. Each item was perfect for my need. Will use them again

I ordered 5 salice hinges and received 4 and one odd hinge that wasn't what I ordered. Guess that'll have to do.

I ordared what I needed and it was sent then arrived in a resealable time. The price was good and the probuct was just what I needed.

Drawer slides are good quality which is why I gave 5 stars. Shipping costs were excessive and did not include mounting screws which together negated the savings vs the big box local stores.

Navigation of checkout could be easier
14 days to receive an order,, that I payed shipping on is unacceptable. I will think long, before ordering again

I use cabinet parts.com professionally but also recommend it to my customers for their DIY needs. Of the options out there they are fast and convenient to work with.

Shipped really fast! All went well. Kitchen drawers are opening and closing much better with our new rails. Had local tech install. Placed two on ones with more weight.

Web sure made the product selection process easy. Checkout was straightforward. Product (drawer rails) well-packed and arrived in a day or two.

The address I gave was not fully placed on the package and as such my freight forwarder charged me $7.99 extra for a manual handling charge. Annoying.

Doug has been extremely helpful. I am trying to replace hinges on older cabinets which are not made anymore & he was able to recommend a newer version for me.
