I found a fairly rare part, not carried by any local hardware store. The video from their website helped me measure it correctly and avoid ordering the wrong one.

It would be helpful to suggest which mounting plates are compatible with the Blum hinges you offer... but the customer relations was great and they offered help in answering my issues.

Thank you for an excellent diagram with hinge specifications to help us find the right product. Disappointed though that all screws to install hinges were not included.

Did not have any problems with this order although the hinges, hinge plates, and locking devices were thrown in together in one box. Could have used separate brown or plastic bags.

Chatted online to get the right parts. Friendly and attentive representative. Best pricing and super quick shipping. Thank you I will use this supplier again for all my cabinets parts needs.

Ease of selection. Contacted cust service when I was not sure item I needed matched what I had previously purchased at Lowe's but they no longer carry. Rec'd great help.

Not sure I will ever purchase from you again. Your customer service is essentially nonexistent and most often, non-responsive. There are just too many other suppliers I can buy from.

Your shipping costs are high. I normally order from a different site but where out of stock on some items, they ship for free if I order more then $75.00.

Wrong size. 1/2 inch too small and pain in butt to return and noting else larger from you is available.

It takes forever to get a reply, and then by email only, not phone. I STILL have not seen a complete invoice of what I was charged. I placed an order and a warranty replacement request separately (as I was unable to do them together online). However both were apparently shipped together and I now have no idea how much I was charged, as it was required to provide a credit card prior to placing both orders. This is very poor customer service in my opinion. I gave 2 stars instead of one since I did actually receive the items...They arrived in a giant bag with holes in the edges and cabinet hinges peeking out. I am surprised it arrived with all the parts. I will add that "lifetime warranty " covered hinges that have already been replaced once in 19 years since installation and are broken again should not cost me ANY shipping ($25 flat rate, whether 1 hinge or 50?! But work that out with BLUM). Not happy, but cost/time/labor prohibits me from changing completely to another brand of hinges. I would still like an invoice with total itemized cost...

Website was easy to navigate and prices were awesome I purchased all the hardware for my cabinets, on delivery of the box with the hinges it was missing all the hardware contacted cabinetparts on a Thursday they said the warehouse had dropped the ball and didn't pack the mounting screws was informed it would be shipped the next day on Friday, after a week of not receiving the missing mounting hardware I contacted them again was told for some reason the warehouse didn't ship the order, received a confirmation email later that day stating my order had shipped currently waiting for that order to be delivered.

I clicked the coupon that should have given me free shipping since I spent over $49, yet shipping was still charged. No reply or refund from customer service,

E-mailing with the customer service person was difficult...long periods of delay between e-mails. I wanted to talk with a tech but could not find a phone number...

With help from your representatives, I was able to identify and order the correct part to fix a hinge on my kitchen cabinet. This was much appreciated.

Happy with my hinge purchase. Only wish you has a dark "bronze" color as that is what is on my cabinets. I am going to try spray painting the new ones to match.

First hinges ordered were suppose to be full overlay like pictured turned out incorrect had to order.correct hinges 3/9/20 pay more shipping hopefully these ones are correct

I left a glowing review only to discover that the price had been reduced after my purchases. Kinda feel like I should get a rebate of the difference since shipping costs so much.

I ordered the wrong piece, so I will be shipping it back for a refund.

I ordered the cabinet drawer And slides, they care when expected. Only thing I didn't read I have to assemble it, but that was my fault. Great company to work with and pricing is very fair.

I ordered drawer slides fast delivery and everything worked out the way it is supposed to. I've ordered other things before and used customer service and they were great very helpful

Prices are good. Hopefully the item will ship as quickly as they claim. I ordered this item elsewhere and after 5 days it still has not shipped. I need these quick.
