I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
Ordered something and had to return and replace it two days after receipt. Delivery confirmation received from FedEx - item was delivered and signed for June 19. A month later and no delivery date for the new item and no credit for the return. Reach out to customer service five times with a return call always being their response but no one ever contacting me. I'm fed up at this point and request a cancellation of the item I had replaced and hadn't shipped (Found it on Amazon w/ two day prime delivery and cheaper from... cabinetparts.com). I finally got a hold of someone on the 6th try who tells me it's been pushed through to the accounting department and my credit will be issued by the next day. Wait two days without a credit before calling them again. This time I'm told by the rep that my package arrived damaged and a supervisor would be calling me the next day to help me file a claim with the carrier. 42 DAYS AFTER IT WAS RETURNED THEY'RE TELLING ME ITS DAMAGED?! So, you took my money, took my product, and now I'm out a product and my cash - and still waiting for a return call from a supervisor a week later. I'm about to be past my 60 window for filing a claim with the carrier but I guarantee that's their intention because this product was never damaged to begin with.
So here I sit wasting my time trying to get in touch with someone while no one returns my call as I'm guaranteed they will. The canceled item was delivered and I have a return authorization for it but refuse to return an item and then get screwed out of my refund; I'd rather sell it on ebay. I have another order that was placed in May and has since been cancelled but I'm getting shipment updates for it and is apparently shipping August 26...? I'm sure I'll be charged for that too.
No instructions on setting up from edge I use Kreg jig so I'll just figure it out thought they would of been more sturdier
It didn't make sense for you to ship me a small packet of screws and 1 small set of drawer slides in separate packages as they could have been shipped together for economy of effort.
I tried to cancel one incorrect order within an hour of placing it and it did not stop its shipment. Shipping charges exceeded the cost even though I returned it.
I sent a chat to one of your reps and they helped me find replacements slides and sockets for kitchen cabinet drawers. I hope these will fit and the sockets do not break as the current ones have.
Everything shipped quickly. No damage upon receipt. Fantastic selection with no issues. Will use again in the near future and will recommend to others.
Tech answered my questions and confirmed the hinges I was ordering were correct. The YouTube video made the installation a breeze.

It took a little longer than expected to receive my order. I ordered a sample from another company the same day and it arrived about a week before yours.
Good experience overall with product and service except for the required signature for delivery. It is a royal pain to have to structure my day around receiving a package.

You shipping department shipped via ups even though I gave you a PO Box address for delivery. UPS would not deliver and I had to drive to the UPS warehouse in another city at 8:00 pm to pick up my package!

Packing was terrible. Good thing the slides are pretty tough but it's still amazing some or all didn't escape the carton.
But have to say delivery was fast.

Phone them for excellent help. Like painting today- 250 greens, 250 hinges to choose from. The only drawback to the chat was getting an answer two days later.
