Packing was terrible. Good thing the slides are pretty tough but it's still amazing some or all didn't escape the carton.

But have to say delivery was fast.

Only concern was that when delivered, there was a large whole in the box. You could see the draw slides sticking out. Fortunately they weren't damaged.

Received the parts but also needed the base plates. So I had to order those separate.

Your checkout procedure needs a review. When I accidentally ordered more than I wanted I had to jump around getting the number down. Happened on the delete cart number by accident. YUK.

I ordered a bunch of drawer slides and hinges and they all arrived within the week.

It arrived way quicker than expected. It was a quality American-made part. I am very satisfied.

Very positive. It would have been more helpful if the website could have noted that the mounting brackets don't come with the hinge. I was able to make my old brackets work.

I was sent 6 vacuum filters that all came as individual packages. I receive 5 of the 6, but thought that maybe one was lost, but it showed up a few day later... So all is good. Thank You!

The part I ordered was listed as a substitute for an existing hinge. It isn't. So I'm not happy in that I received wrong part but it was inexpensive enough that I don't want to deal with this anymore

Product is missing parts. Customer service does not have a real live person you can talk to about the issue. Still waiting for someone to get back in touch with me about the missing parts

Lowest price on this particular hinge that I could find anywhere. Ordering process was simple, order was received on time, and the part was installed without issue.

Had one part that was incorrect as received. Called customer service and emailed description and photo. Had to call a second time before the replacement was shipped.
