So far so good. My first order was 80.00 for 80 hinges, this order was 30 hinges less and it is 134.00. Not happy with that experience. But, satisfied with the hinges I received.

Shipping cost was exorbitant for such a light box. I had to order five bins to get free shipping. Which was about the same as ordering the two I actually needed.

I ordered the incorrect parts on line. I have contacted customer service and supplied pictures and what numbers are visible and asked for the correct part numbers. So far no answer.

I only live approx. 120 miles from your location. I live in Brandon Fl. It took approx. 10 days to receive this order. Much to long to travel across the state.

It seems like it took a long time to get my order. I think I should be able to receive ordinary things within 3 or four days but if I recall it took two to three days before you processed it.

Quick and easy. Had shopped around for hinge entered number on back of hinge and it popped up. Made a quick purchase. Cabnet door installed after being off for past few months

Had ordered the accuglide drawer glides.
Only needed 3 to replace glides in our bathroom. After some modifications to existing structures they were easy to install and seem to work very well.

The representative I was dealing with for my hinge order was very helpful and even sent me instructions on how to measure to make sure I ordered the correct hinge. Hinge is in and working great!

Wish shipping was bit cheaper but I got what I need for my cabinet which was built sometime back

They have a good selection but would have preferred speaking with someone to order because what I thought was the part I needed turned out to be the wrong part.

I find the buying guides very cumbersome. Rather than allowing me to select the drawer size, I was required to go through selection devices that made no sense to me.
