Disagree with your small package surcharge. I'm not buying 40 pulls if I don't like them. I need to see 1 before I can place the big order.

Great parts! I've been looking for these hinges for a while my local big name stores dont have them and you guys do and I appreciate it.

We found the drawer slides online and quickly installed them in a 40 year tool box.

Unfortunately, the hinges I bought do not fit. Live chat advised incorrectly. I have to return them and hopefully find new ones that will fit.

I was disappointed that the hinge did not fit better into existing holes. We needed a router to make the right hand pieces fit properly

Easy and effective experience. I sent them a photograph of the old hinges to be replaced, they recommended a replacement, and it worked perfectly.

It was easy enough to select and order.I would of liked to had a tracking # after confirmation of my order without requesting one

Didn't care for the on line interface as it wasn't specific enough with directions &/or steps to follow to get what you needed
