Received 2.
Contacted customer service who attempted to ship out 4.
Contacted again and stated i was only missing 2.

Apparently could not follow guidelines to measure correctly. Part of the hinge did not fit properly but the part I need worked perfectly.

My experience was very good and the fact that a picture of my hinge allowed them to direct me to the correct items.

I have ordered from cabinetparts.com before. I like the selection of products you offer and am pleased with the ease of ordering what I need online.

Except for previous experience with UPS delivery, the service has been great and the prices are reasonable.

So far so good... There was a delay in giving me a return number. I had to email again to get it, but did get a fairly immediate response.

Cabinetparts.com gets the correct order to you fast. UPS totally crushed the box but it was well packaged and the parts were fine. Fast and reliable

When we order online it usually takes us 20 to 30 minutes. This time it was enjoyable to find the product and be able to order within 10 minutes

I would've liked better communication on order and shipping status. Also, better information on how to make returns.

I received my order but also received somebody else's. Tried talking to customer service but got no answer

You should have a few people answering questions on the week ends when most homeowners have the time to do the work.

They helped me pick the correct European hinge that I needed for my application. I tried them once I got them and they worked perfectly.

Cabinet wasn't the right size but returning was easy and the fellow I talked to were very helpful. Will reorder proper size.

The part I needed was quickly identified and I was able to order it.

I requested a return authorization as I ordered the wrong setback. I have not received a reply for about 10 days.

Once I was helped with the hinge that I needed, everything went well. The part was right and my cabinet was back to new.

Would have liked an email confirmation and tracking. I had to come back to website to check the status.

Needed replacement hinges that were discontinued and customer service was very helpful in identifying the replacement hinges

I did not get an original replacement so the holes are not in the same place. Now I need to get some one to drill new holes. A pain.

Overall it was good. The quality of the drawer guides is as I expected. Only disappointment was the shipping charges.
