Great. Was given the actual company contacts, they solved the back left and right drawer slide support systems. All good. Great products for what I am doing. I ordered 2 pairs of hardware so 4 different parts. The first set arrived and half of the 22 pulls had tighter thread openings than the other half. The screws would easily twist into 11 of them but would stop after 1 rotation on the other half. Customer support helped me place another order because i needed these ASAP and they couldn't tell me how long it would take for replacements to come in. I ended up forcing the screws into the hardware and it wasnt great or easy but i got them to work so i cancelled the backup offer - that is still in process. The other shipment arrived with the correct pull but instead of the matching knobs, there were other longer handles. Again customer support answered me right away but they said they didnt know how long it would take to get the correct knobs which i need to get ASAP. Still waiting to hear about that.
Please, do yourself a favor, and find your cabinet hardware somewhere else. Web site tells a "good old boy story" but these guys really rip you off. I ordered 4 simple, small parts totaling a little over $19.00. Order was divided into 2 shipments - both shipments billed@ $6.95 each plus one had a "small order fee" of $2.50 added. Total bill came to over $36.50 for $19.00 worth of parts. Go somewhere else!
Ordered 2 hinge plates for $. 50 each, charge me $8.00 for shipping, never received email confirmation. Called them again they had no record of the order so I ordered from someplace else. Received them 2 weeks later after getting them from someplace else. My name was misspelled on the package and my email address. Called Cabinet Parts to return them they told me they would credit me for the parts but not shipping either way! Poor customer service!
Parts look good but the size didn't fit my cabinets and there don't seem to be any measurements listed to help prevent this from happening. Looking at the pictures they look identical to my current ones that i need to replace a few BUT the center piece is slightly wider so my slow close mechanism won't fit with these. It's really a shame that one more sentence could have prevented this from happeing. This is a seemingly rare part to find as i searched for it last year and could only find in india. Shipping was quick so the seller is reliable just wish the description was improved.
Purchased a self closing drawer slide on Cabinet Parts recommendation. Worked for several weeks then quit working. Emailed detailed description, pictures and asked for a call back. No response. After 5+ days of calls and emails asking for someone to call me finally gave up. Broken Accuride drawer slide, poor service from Cabinet Parts. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
I was having cabinets made, but the cabinets were delayed by several weeks. Trying to be pro-active, I had already ordered the Full Extension Soft Close Slide (the cabinets I had made didn't come with soft close).
Even though I'd never used the drawer slides the company would not exchange them for a larger size, because it had been 43 days which exceeded their 30-day return policy. Keep in mind, I didn't even ask for my money back, I just needed one size larger. To make matters worse they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes while they confirmed that they couldn't make the exchange.
This company has the worst customer service I've run into in a long time. If you don't care what week, month or year you receive your order, then ignore this review. But if you place an order, hoping to receive simple, in-stock parts in a reasonably timely fashion (several weeks), BEWARE. And forget about LiveChat (they tell u to call customer service). When you call, you will be on hold for an interminable about of time OR you can choose the 'call me back' option, and you will get a call-back which is immediately disconnected. This company is an absolute joke. I should mention that they are very efficient at charging your credit card & take your money, but that apparently is no guarantee they will supply the product. I placed two separate orders, both for cabinet drawer undermount hardware. The first order arrived and one of the blum soft close undermount slides had a small, but fragile adjustment piece broken. I sent a message and they offered to reimburse or replace. Glad they took care of the concern and did not deny me for a shipping concern. Thank you very much, my second order was also exceptional.
Look elsewhere for your cabinet needs. You probably have a local vendor who will take care of your needs well. My first and only purchase was a disaster. Also, caution to you. Check the return policy. You cover return shipping AND 25% restocking fees.
While this doesn't speak to the quality of their products, I do want to warn people to review the return policy carefully before ordering from Cabinet Parts. You are better off ordering from Amazon or directly from the manufacturer unless you want to pay a 20% restocking fee and go through a complicated return process. I returned a number of items and lost a significant amount of money because I somehow missed their return policy. Buyer beware!
They would not allow an order to be canceled immediately after placing it, on a Sunday, because they said it was "too far along in process". This would mean an order can never be canceled and this should be stated when ordering. Of course a return is possible, but shipping parts both ways costs a lot and you end up with nothing.
Whether people, or a business ethics matter. I wish I would have read reviews prior to my order, you are smarter than I. Cabinets and parts are everywhere, work with an ethical company.
I couldn't find these hinges anywhere then I came across your website. Perfect replacement for a decorative, 3 door, bathroom medicine cabinet that we thought we were going to have to replace. Cabinet has a new life and the wife is very happy!
They charged way more to ship a tiny hinge than the USPS charged them. I understand inflation at this time but that is just taking advantage. The part fit perfectly the #100 hinge for an antique 1920s Martha Washington sewing table. The product was absolutely perfect fit.
Have ordered multiple cabinet drawer glides/slides and they were delivered on time and work great. It is good to have a company deliver great products on time and that are of good quality! Will continue to order from them in the future. I highly recommend.

The hinges were as described in the section tool. Unfortunately, I have a little more complicated job than just an offset hinge. My job involves both offset and inset at the same time and I'm still searching for a solution.
I ordered a new drawer box and soft-close drawer slides. They came shipped separately-- the slides and a set of screws first, followed about 2 days later by the custom box. I thought shipping was on the high side and I would have just as well waited to have one package delivered with everything. The box and slides were good quality. My only installation problem was with the round-head screws provided, which interfered with the smooth operation of the drawer slides, and caused me some frustration before I figured it out. I don't know why the suggested screws were these round headed ones, when flathead screws were really called for in order not to bump against the slide mechanism. Next time I'd look for those on the site or else just provide my own. Otherwise a good experience once everything was sorted out.
I was very pleased with the prompt delivery and high quality of the hinges I ordered. Parts were all metal, replacing the metal with plastic internal parts I had before, that broke after a period of time. These new ones won't break, which is a great improvement!
We needed to order some cabinet hardware, a $430 order. This part has been in short supply so before we placed the order, we contacted them. Their faq said it would tell you if it was not immediately available. No such mention. Placed the order, claimed it would ship today. If we wished to cancel we had a thirty minute window to do so. Three hours later, an email that it would be a month before shipping. Tried cancelling online, too late. Called to cancel, they place a ticket to cancel and that was it. No email confirming. Called later, same thing and nothing. Check reviews and see that they have a history of doing this. I will not use them, I never do this to a business but I do not recommend anyone buy from them
I'd love it if Customer Service would honor my order. Website was coded for Polished Chrome, I clearly ordered Polished Nickel. No exchange, per customer service. I'm spent almost $2,000 and ordered 80+ pieces of cabinet hardware. I just want them to make these 6 pieces right. I've had to revert to the BBB to try and resolve. #cabinetpartscom

Watch the website closely. Colors are not all correct. PC = Polished chrome, NI = Polished Nickel, regardless of product title. Scary!

I ordered $118 worth of antique copper cabinet hinges from this company, through their listing on Amazon. The hinges they sent me were dark brown/bronze. Not even close to the advertised photo. They requested a photo from me to prove the wrong items were sent. I immediately emailed them a side- by- side photo comparison with their ad photo. They expect me to pay for return shipping to correct THEIR mistake! Take your business elsewhere. These guys are a joke.
About month ago I place order amount $8.91 and paid for second day delivery extra $17.15. Delivery was as regular for 6 business days. I return item in second day after delivery and receive money back $8.91 only three weeks later. Total I lost money and waste time for communication with service staff. Double check your order if you plase on CabinetParts. Do not recommend this store!
I ordered 15 inch drawer slides paid 124.00 extra for the overnight shipping. The drawer slides arrived but the bottom left and right clips arrived two days later. Trying to reach out to customer service. I feel as I could not use the drawer slides I should be reimbursed the shipping

The website showed a green handle as an option, I didn't receive it so I was told by your customer service representative that it was being shown as green but as nickel. I've seen your product on other websites and it too showed the color green. Your representative was not nice st all to be, had an attitude and made me feel that I was very wrong.
